I went here because I trusted the Hochstein name, but I'm really disappointed. I've had Botox done at least 20 times in different places over the years, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. This was a birthday present from my boyfriend, and I hate that it actually made me look worse. I spent 20 minutes telling Liane Lindo I wanted a natural look with some movement, especially in my forehead. She said I needed way more, but I talked her down. She finally said $750 was the absolute minimum because it included my neck. I agreed, trusting her judgment. Now my forehead is completely frozen and sits way too low, making my eyes look smaller -- which is frustrating because I even said, "Botox can open or close your eyes depending on who does it." Clearly, this had the opposite effect. I also have a weird circular swelling under my eyes, which I believe is from Botox being injected too low in the tear trough. I asked about it during the appointment and was told it was for wrinkles -- but the result is clearly not right. They were nice in person, but I've texted and called several times with no response. I honestly can't imagine how bad it would have been if I had agreed to the higher amount she first suggested. read more

At one point, I only used the MedSpa for facials; but since I recently had a full body lipo done with Dr. Hochstein & as part of my procedure, I was encouraged to go in for a lymphatic massage. Now - need to tell you...I'm not one for massages but I'm so glad I listened...! A week after my procedure, I had my first lymphatic massage with Mari. I was bruised all over, still very swollen and my body felt like I had just left an intense Orangetheory class so the last thing I wanted was someone massaging me...! But my friends...it did me wonders...! Mari started by relieving the swelling with a machine on all of the lipo areas; and then, she started the lymphatic massage. I could feel the strength of her hands relieving the body aches & melting away in each area the fat pockets that may have still been there. The massage lasted about an hour; and after it, I felt lighter and the intensity of the aches was reduced. The second week after my procedure, I went back for another lymphatic massage; but this time, Diana took care of me and she was absolutely magnificent. I thought that Mari's massage was over the top but alongside hers was Diana's massage; their techniques are parallel to none. Diana's massage - same procedure but she did take more time in the areas she deemed needed more work; and afterwards, I felt that she gave my recovery a much needed boost. Within days after each session, I felt less swollen, less bloated; and even though still felt the discomfort anyone feels after surgery, I felt that I was on my healthy way to recovery. Now - They do recommend you get several of these massages after surgery and the MedSpa does offer a package deal that's definitely financially appealing so take the deal & run with it since they're gonna be much needed on your way to recovery. All in all - I find that the MedSpa it's not only for the IG model that wants to look fabulous for her millions of followers but it's also for someone like me - a stay-home-mom that just wants to look her best at 50. Terrible I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for Botox which they don't have. Instead of using dysport they gave me some generic stuff for $8 a unit. I don't know, but I usually pay $17 a unit at my dermatologist. It lasted all of 2 weeks. I called complained went back which is not close to me btw. Now it's wearing out again. Botox usually lasts me for 5 months. I am really unhappy. My friend also went with me and had the same problem. I asked her if hers wore off in less than a month. I went in to get botox with Dr. Arnoff for the first time and a month later, I have these crazy looking brows that I didn't have before. I find it odd that she's not even listed as part of the staff on their website. They had posted a picture of her on IG introducing her, and that picture has been deleted. Luckily, I took a screenshot of it. I called to see if they can fix it, but they told me that Dr. Arnoff would have to give me a consultation and any work would we done by the PA. I was terrified that whatever other attempt they would make would make my face look worse, so I didn't even want to go bac. I'm praying to God that the botox can wear off quickly so that my face can look normal again. Would you go back to the same place that messed up your face??? Why is Dr. Arnoff not working there? I received Kybella at this facility and I must say, aside from the procedure itsself, the office is fantastic. A lot of people are nervous about completing any cosmetic enhancements. I visited Hochstein Med Spa for the first time on Wednesday for my usual fillers and Botox, as I've been looking for a new place I can be consistent with for a while. I had a very easy experience getting on their calendar and when I got there all the staff were super nice and friendly. You could tell everyone loved working there which was a good sign for me. I filled out some paperwork and was called in immediately. I had my appointment set with Melissa Danni, ARNP. I was a little nervous because I've only received fillers from a physician in the past but Melissa turned out to be the best injector I've had yet! Not only was she super sweet but she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. She gave me some suggestions as well and not only did I love the results but I had ZERO bruising after for the first time ever. The office was also super clean and chic. I hung out for a little after in the relaxation room where there was complimentary coffee, snacks, and drinks. I'm so happy I finally found a place and an injector I want to stick with. Nurse Chloe was amazing. She was very attentive and answered absolutely every question I had which ultimately helped me come up with a regimen for my face. I initially went in for PDO threads and she informed me a little more about it and recommended a filler that gives much better results and longer lasting results and I love them. I was planning to add more filler but was given the bad news that we had to dissolve some of my previous filler, wait 2 weeks, and then fill them again. Today was the last of 3 PRP sessions with Chloe Celusnek & sadly, we walked out. The facility is very clean & very expensive looking, however, the service is just as "cold" & needs a lot of improvement. When you get there, they take you to a room quickly. However, On the 1st & 2nd appointments, we ended up waiting between 45 mins to an hour after the appointment time before we were attended. For this 3rd appointment, we were the first appointment. I told the girl in the front that today we could not wait 30-45 mins because we have an appointment after. She said no problem & put us in a room. At 10:20, I went back to the front & asked where Chloe was, it's been 20 mins already. She got up, went to the back & another girl comes up and tries to tell me she's finishing with another client. I didn't buy it & asked to find out exactly how long she would be. They couldn't give me an answer & finally told me she wasn't there. I walked out at 10:35. They are extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate with your time & not worth wasting your time. If you value your time, go somewhere else. read more

A must have experience! My experience at the medspa was INCREDIBLE. Booking was very easy. I had a birthday recently and decided to get some filler and Botox as a little birthday present to myself. Setting the appointment: My call was answered almost immediately and the receptionist that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Getting there: The facility was easy to find as it was right off of 95. Parking was incredibly easy. I walked right up to the door, took a short elevator ride, and entered into a very glamorous spa-like atmosphere. It's super luxe, with cute artwork, comfy couches, and smiling receptionists. I immediately felt at ease. The experience: I signed in and was immediately taken to the back. I.V therapy : I had THE BEST I.V. Hydration with Belkis. We talked about my nutritional needs/ iv goals and she asked if I wanted tea and if I was comfortable. She was super sweet. I decided on white tea from a large selection they had on hand. She brought it to me on the cutest tray and made sure I was comfortable. After, she brought the I.V. Bag and I received what had to be the easiest stick of my life. Before I realized it, the needle was in, I was hooked up, and ready to go! Filler : Next I met Chloe. She was so professional. She asked what concerns I had with my facial appearance and what experience I'd had in the past with fillers. I voiced my concerns about lines near my mouth (I'm unsure of what they're called) and forehead lines. She smiled and reassured me we could do something about them. BOY did we :)) We talked about my options and I felt secure enough to move forward. Numbing cream was placed on the spots and she returned a short time later. The procedure was painless. I was more curious than uncomfortable. She was quick and thorough. I looked at my face afterwards and was AMAZED. She had taken care of my problem areas and left me with renewed confidence. I felt AMAZING. I can't express how satisfied I am with the services. Follow up: Chloe gave me aftercare instructions and her contact information. Then only waited a few minutes before being escorted back to take a few facial photos before going to procedure room . I did a BBL laser treatment. Practitioner ( I forget her name) was friendly and informative about treating hyperpigmentation. During treatment, she was sure to ask how my face was feeling to ensure comfort level. The laser feels like quick snaps of a warm rubber band on your face. I was never pushed to buy anything more than what I came for but received a suggestion for a dermaplaning or hydra facial before next treatment. Yesterday I visited Hochstein Medspa. I walked in and it was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was clean, modern and so glam. The front desk staff greeted me with a friendly welcome as they gave me my paperwork. I only waited a few minutes to be seen, although I wouldn't have minded a longer wait in the comfy waiting area. The reason I am writing this review is primarily because of Liz and Rolando. I could not have asked for a better experience. Rolando took his time with me to explain the treatment I wanted to get. I never once felt pressured. Rolando answered all of my questions and was as sweet as can be. Liz was the second person to visit me in the room. She was honest and extremely helpful. She was able to help guide me to the appropriate treatment that would be best for the results I desired. Although I did not end up choosing the treatment, I will not hesitate to come back for all of my future medspa needs. I frequent medspas, and have never had an experience as pleasant as this. On 6/11/18 I went to the Hochtein MedSpa for a shot a scar I have on my face (don't remember the name of it) and my sister went in for the Hydra Facial. Anyways, let me start by saying that this place is gorgeous and the staff in very very friendly, definitely make you feel welcome. I saw Jelena for my shot, she told me that it may not help like I wanted it to and that I would need to do the Halo laser treatment and that it would probably help out more, the treatment is $1,500 so it was something that I felt I needed to think about first.. However, as I was on the elevator on my way down to the lobby, I decided that I wanted to go for it. So when my sister and I got to our car, we discussed it for a second more and decided that I would go through with it. So right there in the parking lot, I called the office and spoke with Ally at the front desk. I was like 12 PM I believe. I asked if Jelena had any openings and I was told she could do it at 1:30Pm, so I took the appointment that same day. ( we had driven an hour from West Palm Beach, so we decided to hang out in the car downstairs and just wait the 1 1/2 hr.) Once 1:30 hit, we made out way back up. I was brought into a room where another woman put the numbing gel all over my face, she told me it would be about 20 mins, then she would come and wipe it off, then my sister and I waited in the waiting room area (very nice room BTW) however, to my surprise at around 2:00PM Jelena walked in the room to get coffee or a drink and was surprised to see me, when I told her I had made an appointment almost immediately after I left fro 1:30, she informed me how SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT!! so you can imagine my shock. Either way, she told me she had to do some botox and would do my Halo next, so I didn't mind.... I waited until 2:30! with the numbing cream on my face ( I was told the longer i kept it on the better it would be for the laser, so of course I was going to keep it on) HOWEVER!, what I do MIND! is how when someone finally comes to get me from the room (again at like 2:30!), it's to tell me that the machine isn't working. So here is where my frustration kicks in!, this is a Med Spa! you are supposed to be on top of these things, I don't know if your machines get checked out, but it should have been... and no, not before you come get me (specially since I was told they had done a Halo procedure already that day), or at least have a back up machine... I found all of this UNACCEPTABLE!... so not only did Jelena not know that she was going to see me again, I keep the numbing cream on my face for an hour, and then you tell me the machine isn't working and that I would need to come back... I was frustrated, the girl at the front desk offered to give me a $50 credit when I came back for my Halo, but I'm sorry.... after all that... $50 towards a $1,500 treatment AFTER ALL OF THAT!? umm... no... not worth it.. sorry. I wish I would have had a better experience, but no, I won't be going back. Please check you equipment out, before you make your patients wait an hour with numbing cream on their face, oh and don't forget to inform your staff about the appointments they have! because mine had no idea I was even back in the building.... not very organized, at all... and it took my face close to 2hrs to get the feeling back. read more
