Let's be honest: handing over full control of a laser beam to another human being--especially near your most sensitive, top-secret body zones--requires a massive amount of trust. Enter Jen. Jen is a rockstar. Laser hair removal in sensitive areas is never going to be a spa day, but Jen makes it as lightning-fast and pain-free as humanly possible. She is so efficient that before you even have time to reconsider your life choices or brace for impact, you're already done and walking out the door. Beyond Jen's wizardry, the whole studio at Semper Laser is top-notch. The space is spotlessly clean, the front desk team is super polite and welcoming, and the prices don't require you to take out a second mortgage. It's an exceptionally professional spot, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're on the fence about getting laser done, Semper Laser should be your go to. Your skin (and your pain tolerance) will thank you! read more

Went for a consult last week for myself and my daughter. Easy scheduling and staff is friendly and helpful. We had 4 free sessions we wanted to use on a small area. When you schedule the appointment be ready to hear the sales pitch. 4 sessions is not enough and you'll need at least 12 sessions which are a month apart to allow hair to fall out. There is a 70% off on hair removal packages going on right now. You might want to check groupon they have 8 sessions starting at $99 for new clients. Wish I checked before. The clinic is really clean and very professional. We scheduled our first free session on the same day to try. All went well and will use the other 3 sessions. Good place to try laser hair removal. read more

I found this place from Instagram and couldn't be happier with my decision to check it out. The space is modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable with your treatment. I'd say the pricing is reasonable. I've only gone for a few sessions, and I'm already able to see a difference, and I have extremely light colored hair. Don't hesitate to check this spot out if you're interested in starting your laser treatment. They offer a free session, which is a great way to check them and out see if you're comfortable. It will be a great decision, definitely a time saver! read more

As a new year promotion, Semper graciously selected me for eight small sessions at no cost. Excited,I made my appointment, confirmed, and arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was promptly brought in and offered all the packages, as expected, everything was going great. After 20 minutes of speaking to the coordinator, she tells me that unfortunately they cannot proceed with my laser appointment as scheduled. She further explained that there was an emergency and her laser person had to leave. They were able to bring in another laser specialist who was already on site working, however she was with other people and my time was not included in her schedule. I told her that I understood that it was no one's fault, but at the same time they should've called me to advise before hand and recommended a new appointment slot or date, and not have me drive 35 minutes for absolutely nothing. She only apologized and kept on offering new slots, but that isn't the solution when your patient is already there. I asked her if my 15 minute procedure could go on and she could slightly back up the following appointment (the person hadn't arrive yet) by 15 minutes so I could get the service. She said no as the other people already had the appointment established weeks out and confirmed (as I also did) and she wouldn't want to move them down. As a new client, you would expect an establishment to do their best to make a positive impression, and help establish a relationship for future sales and recommendations. Semper failed completely at making a positive impression. No amount of free sessions can make me overlooked the disrespect in time and the lack of consideration shown by their team. I will not be returning nor recommending. . read more

I've only completed two sessions so far but I was already seeing results after my first session! I always wanted to try laser hair removal but I was nervous about scarring (especially for African Americans). The process is completely painless and QUICK. The best way to describe it is just tiny pinches. I'm currently lasering my Brazilian area and my armpits. Both areas take about 15-20 minutes to complete so you are in and out rather quick. I just suggest that if you want to get a laser treatment done soon to book ASAP. Semper gets very busy and can be fully booked months in advance. read more

After debating if I wanted to try out laser hair removal as a result of my darker skin tone, I decided to try Semper since they have top of the line equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively painless the treatments were. Each time that I go it takes no more than 20 mins from the start of check-in until I leave. Obviously time fluctuates depending on how large of an area you are having done but they are thorough and get you in an out. I have done 5 sessions to date and looking forward to the remaining. As a result of new locations opening up and each being closer and closer to my home, I have gone to the Miami, Hallandale and Pembroke Pines locations and all have been the same quality service. read more
