I asked the receptionist if she had any small samples I could try of a specific moisturizer. She gave me a full sized bottle of one to keep. I was so pleasantly surprised! The PA was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The assistant was a young lady that had a pleasant personality. it was a great experience and I'm happy that I found a great dermatologist close to my new home.

My wife recommended Dr. Spatz when I developed a large bump on the back of my head on a Saturday morning (at least that is when I noticed it). I only had seen 2 other Dermatologists on 2 different occasions for unrelated problems and was not happy with those visits (long waits, 1st visit = multiple visits for tests, follow-ups, etc.). I called & left a message Monday morning and they were able to get me an appt within an hour. I arrived early, filled out the obligatory paperwork. Office staff was very polite & professional on the phone as well as in person. Appointment was at 9:30 and they called my name at 9:30. I maybe waited for 5 minutes in the room for Dr. Spatz. When he came in he was very professional and friendly. He provided his assessment based on physical observation & no additional tests. He gave me a course of treatment very quickly (e.g., prescription). He provided reassurance that it was not serious and I was out of the office in 15 minutes. He told me to schedule a follow-up and if the cyst is better then just cancel the appt so that I "don't waste" my time taking off from work. The guy actually cared about my time?! Blown away. Since the visit 2 days ago, my cyst has decreased significantly and it looks like I will cancel the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Spatz! I wish I could use him as my primary doc.

Dr Elias takes the time to explain to you what he thinks is going on with your particular health issue and the course of treatment he recommends. Sometimes he has medical staff join him in the room, during my last visit it was his physician's assistant and another young lady and they also have always been respectful and concerned about your issues. I know they have a wide range of services here and specialize in skin care and I can wholeheartedly recommend this office for any dermatological needs you might have.

I was very satisfied with the time and attention she gave me . In the past I had melanoma , so it is important for me to see a dermatologist,few time a year. The office personnel's were very good and in time with my appointment. I did not have to wait over 2 hours plus in the waiting room, like the other office that I was going before for a few years. After sitting there for 40 minutes, I went back to ask how much longer it would take only to be told that I was never actually checked in. How is that even possible? This is a basic front desk responsibility, and because of their mistake, I wasted my time sitting there while they had no record of me being there. No apology, no accountability, just a shrug and "you weren't checked in." Completely unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they handle something as simple as checking in a patient, it makes you question how the rest of the office is run. I understand places get busy, but this is not acceptable. Patients shouldn't have to double-check that staff are doing their job correctly. Very disappointing experience.
