I see that previous reviews were negative due to wait times and I have to say, that was not our experience this week. Although Dr. Moore's assistant did tell us that he likes to spend a lot of time with each patient and that there may be a wait, we were seen by about 3:00 for a 2:30 appointment and that included spending time completing paper work and the initial intake with the assistant. We were out of there in under an hour so I have no complaints at all. I already made an an appointment for myself to take care of my own skin issues! It took them longer than a week to call me back but then I was told that it has been too long, I will be charged and there's probably nothing that can be done to the scar anymore. Not once I was told there was a cut off date, second don't lasers work at any time on scars? Don't people search for scars treatment at any time? So be warned if you are going for laser treatment it won't work as per the staff.... Or is it the free laser that doesn't work? Great to know to someone that went through that.
