While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. He used a needle rather than a cannula, which I believe allowed for greater precision -- especially in the hands of a clinician with deep, expert knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue planes. Because I needed correction from previous work in a very delicate area of the face, I researched extensively before deciding where to go. Dr. Greene is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with specialized training in head and neck surgery, and that level of expertise clearly shows in both his assessment and execution. Considering his education, high-volume experience with injectables, and the quality of care I received, I also found his pricing to be very fair. Between his expertise, excellent staff, and great personality, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Greene to anyone seeking skilled and thoughtful care -- especially for complex under-eye filler correction.

This practice in Weston was highly recommended by two separate family members who are patients of Dr. Le (the male physician). When I found myself needing a specialist in the field recently, I struggled to get an appointment, leaving voicemails and even sending messages through their site. Yes, I have an inflexible work schedule, but that's all the more reason to help a new patient in an unusual, extraordinary circumstance. The earliest appointment was six weeks away for Dr. Le (the female physician), and much longer for the other one whom I wanted to see. It's a very busy practice I know, but they weren't accommodating in placing me on a waiting list for a cancellation either. Nevertheless, I took the appointment because I wanted the option of a second professional opinion, but it was disheartening to have to wait that long. In the interim, I found another practice through my insurance, who after explaining the situation, squeezed me in after hours. Six weeks later, I went in, "payment first," and joined the pool of waiters full to the brim. Although I made it a point to arrive twenty minutes earlier to complete paperwork, I still had an hour wait just to meet with the medical assistant for an e-Questionnaire inside the room. After her, came a PA to whom I had to repeat everything to, and then another 30 minutes later, the doctor came in to examine me--it was an unnecessary team of three, plus me in the small exam room. I could barely breathe! While the doctor and the office staff was cordial and professional, I'm not willing to give up the diamond I found in the other practice, for any of the potential treasures that could be found here. Some things aren't worth discovering. Therefore, I refrain from recommending....

My first two visits were fine and I really like the doctor. He's human and recognizes the patient also as such. Which I find to be increasingly rare. He also will take the time and trouble to personally, sincerely apologize for snafus. That said, they've had computer problems for the past week or two. My first appt. last Wednesday was cancelled due to this. I was fine with this (based on my so-far-good experience) and let it go. No one called me in the following 4 days so I did so on Monday. Ended up rescheduling for today Friday the 29th. Went for my appt promptly. Evidently the computer problem was still a huge issue - the office was backed up. I waited an hour before being called. When I finally saw the doctor he was very apologetic, but no one knew what I was there for and there wasn't going to be enough time to do it. I wished (and made my opinion known!) that someone could have 1) had a paper list and 2) asked the patients as they arrived what the issue was. If that had been done, I would like to think I would not have wasted a potential income-generating hour just sitting. Too bad no one reimburses you for that. Seems only logical and courteous to me. Of course I will go back but it leaves kind of a bad taste. Hopefully that will go away, back to the way I experienced it first!

Ha. Made an appointment with Dr. Wilentz for myself, husband and two daughters. I was seeing him to treat my melasma. Husband wanted to get some new moles checked out. Kids had some dandruff issues, which apparently is pretty common. We were able to squeeze all 4 appointments in the same day within same time frame. Score! They are located close to the City of Weston City Hall area. Checking in was quick and efficient. I forgot the dermatologist office emailed the forms prior to our appointment but I forgot to fill them out. Husband and I knocked out paperwork pretty quickly. They saw my husband first. Then they called me and my daughters in together. The nurse was very sweet and friendly, I didn't get her name. Wish I did. Once she covered the basics and asked a free questions, Dr. Wilentz came in. Didn't wait long at all. So nice. Dr. Wilentz is great. He is very efficient and straight to the point. Offered suggestions and talked things out so we could understand. I also had him talk to my oldest about basking in UV rays to tan and he had a smart answer for her. But now, maybe she'll listen because she heard it from a skin doctor and not her own mother. Lol. They were able to send our prescriptions directly to our pharmacy. They also use Pill Box Pharmacy located in Weston too where I had one prescription sent there. Everything else went to my regular pharmacy. Visit was quick and informative. The staff was wonderful. I think Dr. Wilentz is also re-branding this office with his fellow dermatologist, Dr. Shani Studnik. I noticed they have new business cards and their bags had "Studnik + Wilentz" branding. You also can't miss all the renovations happening in the office too. Can't wait to see the finished look when we come back.

I was assured I would lose at least 9 lbs. with the HCG diet- it sounded attractive/motivating. I scheduled the next available appointment and was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The center was clean, spotless and impeccable- good sign already. The doctor who saw me was clear to understand, informational and transparent and answered all my doubts on the spot. I took home a 21-day treatment plan. 20 days in, I have lost a total of 8 lbs. It may not seem like a lot, but to someone who is 5'1, 8 lbs. may seem like double in person. Staff has been attentive, friendly, courteous while still remained professional. I have had to pick up some B12 shots here and there and they have been so kind to conveniently bring it to my car. I recommend this center to anyone who wants a little push in losing those few extra pounds. They do weekly check-up calls and follow your progress. Rather than standing behind their treatments, they attempted to sell me additional sessions, which feels reminiscent of a pushy car salesman tactic. It's disappointing, especially when other clinics confidently offer guaranteed results with no hair regrowth. Moreover, I noticed that some staff members don't thoroughly cover the treated areas, which I believe contributes to the lack of effectiveness, further raising concerns about their practices. I asked for before and after pictures of treatments for other services and a staff member showed me. Then I asked a doctor in their facility again and he said they don't have such pictures for the treatment they were selling. So they are either out of sync or lying because the first pictures shown were mediocre.
