This spa is just great for laser hair removal. Their staff members are extremely friendly and intuitive to the needs of their clients. I was so nervous because it's a freaking laser, LOL. However I was paired with the aesthetician named Iris. Iris was great she helped kept me calm, she answered all of my questions, and she followed up after my treatment. I have actually come here before and have now purchased a package and will be visiting more often. The hair removal process is extremely easy and I was told that they have one of the new and latest models of lasers which make it pretty painless and helps with the prevention of rapid regrowth. This is 100% fact, I rarely have had to shave after just a few sessions. From head to toe, from your armpits to your legs they cover it all. Today I received my third and final Morpheus 8 treatment on both body and face. My technician was Connie, and she is wonderful! Not just as a professional, but also just as a person. Easy and fun to talk to, she is very concerned with your comfort and your results. She makes treatments fly by. Despite being told results would continue for months, I have already seen smoother and more supple skin, as well as some fat reduction on my back. (only place I used fat reduction). I had another treatment series for fat reduction on my arms, and was happy with those results too, also with Connie. Today I made another appointment with Connie for a HydraFacial for next month. Had an appointment with Iris for hair removal. The person at the front desk who helped me book my appointment was so helpful and kind. She gave the impression she cared. And Iris was great! Goes through everything about the laser and her treatment plan. Takes her time and cares about if you are in pain or not, while trying to get the hair gone quickly. Shes also very friendly. Terrible spa. I made an appointment twice and both were canceled. My third appointment was on a Saturday. The receptionist was rude. She kept asking me if I wanted to reschedule. Kept saying the nurse would only be another 5-10 minutes. 40 mins later I was seen. I complained about the wait. She said that they were behind all day. I brought it to her attention that she should've called and informed us of that. She switched her story and then said only the last appointment ran late. The whole time I waited she was chit chatting with another employee. What is her role? The very minimum should be keeping track of the appointments and greeting guests. She couldn't even manage that. Finally I see the nurse. I went in for a consultation on hair prp. She informed me that I would NEED to do 3 sessions of iv treatments before we do hair prp. Thats not true. No other spa does this. The process is good enough on its own. When I informed her that someone from her spa told me that it was optional, she then agreed and said it was optional. Its wrong to up sell like that. We could maybe say it's a communication issue, but in that respect, a person providing a consultation should know how to communicate. I also went for a consultation for my mom to get Botox. The nurse didn't even bring a mirror for my mom to use as she was describing the process and treatment. She couldn't give an actual clear recommendation. She also couldn't perform Botox if we decided to pursue the treatment. On the phone I was told she would be able to get a real consultation and treatment. The spa has terrible service. I don't see how or why anyone would give it 5 stars. I wonder if they offer something for a 5 star review. There is no way it is a 5. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere dependable. A place where they provide customer service. A place that doesn't try to rip you off. And hopefully a place that knows what they're doing. read more

I am giving this place two stars because of Iris! Iris is actually 5 stars! She is AMAZING! This place has a very unprofessional owner who thinks my business was worthless after the mistake they made twice! I should have know she was unprofessional when she asked me what color my skin was for the first time they messed up! The machine for darker skin broke. The second encounter was the front desk girl who took it upon herself to reschedule me (after she told me she was not able to) they didn't send me a text, they didn't call me, they just did it! I drive one hour from where I live for iris, only to be kicked out by the owner after I got upset for this happening TWICE!! she got mad at me because I was upset! She kept offering me free stuff to " fix the problem". I refused the free stuff and wanted the services I already paid for. But instead I was kicked out for being upset with their mistakes!!! Purchase 2 Groupons in the total of $550 following their advice over the phone. After driving 1hr n rearranging my schedule because they decided to cancelled the night before, I came in happy n eager. Well, to my surprise they refused to honor our conversation. Lady upfront was a complete asshole about it, very cold n with a fuk off attitude. She will make the nicest person into a complete bitch. I thank God it happened this way. Shows me if something went wrong with my procedure, that's exactly how they would react. Cold, nasty n with a fuk off attitude. I don't recommend Groupons here. I think they may have a more polite attitude if they feel u paying in full but if u don't want someone on a budget or on a tryout why market throughout Groupon. Well, they lost one. Very disappointed in the service I received for Restylane Silk, the price was twice the cost of other salons, and I was left with lumps in my upper lip that lasted well over 8 weeks as well as a scar. Also, the lines/wrinkles I wanted to fill are still visible. No one should have had to go through the embarrassment and inconvenience I went through and the lack of customer service from the staff and the manager is inexcusable. I spoke with the technician, Leslie, as well as the manager, Angela to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, and I have not heard back from either one which caused me to have to leave a bad review for others to not go through the horrible experience I did! Just received an IPL laser treatment here and I am very pleased. I obviously can't see results yet, but the experience it self was VERY pleasant, compared to other places I have gone. The doctor was not trying to hard sell me on anything which I really appreciated. He told me my options, what the procedure would be like and how each laser differs from the other. I've gone to 4 med spas in the past and always left very upset because they would flat out tell me a particular treatment wasn't going to work and then would try to sell me a package of their most expensive treatment. Which tells me that they aren't looking to help me, they are just trying to make a sale. BIG RED FLAG. After my consultation with the doctor I asked if it would be possible to do the treatment same day and without hesitation he was able to fit me in. The IPL was done within a matter of 10 minutes. I was also able to take advantage of the Yelp deal they have going on. I will definitely be going here again the future. read more

Went for Botox in frown lines, forehead area. I was very happy with the results, however, since the muscles in my forehead were paralyzed, the lines around my eyes began to get deeper so I went back to treat the area around my eyes. Since I don't want that frozen look in my face, I decided to just get 8 units, 4 each side. The left eye looks wonderful but the right eye looks weird and I even see 2 additional lines I didn't have before. The PA did not even take before pictures to compare, she says the unevenness is not from the Botox but from from my eyes, that I could go see an eye doctor. SERIOUSLY?! She also said that maybe I have an infection on the right eye and that's why it looks so different from the left one. Needless to say, I am not happy at all. That's what I get from getting that stuff into my skin. Just look up testimonies from people that got uneven results, it is pretty common. Sadly I am a case but the PA kept telling me it was not the Botox and that its my eyes, my actual eyes causing the problem. I KNOW my face and it did not look like that before. She doesn't even mark the areas she will treat. So make sure, if you go on a Wednesday when she is there, that she takes before pictures and that she marks the areas she will treat so that the treatment is even. Or make sure that you see the actual doctor, she is just the PA. Or go somewhere else because they only have a Botox specialist every 2 weeks and if something goes wrong you have to wait 2 weeks to go for a follow up, another big no for me. So, I learned my lesson. Gladly this is reversible and it will go away in time. read more
