TLDR: I've tried many med spas in and around Weston, but this is the best one. I keep coming back for laser hair removal and facials. Sometimes there is a wait, but I always leave so satisfied. Prices are very good for the great quality they provide! I have gotten laser hair removal in many places, but when I got it done at BioVital, the results have lasted the longest with minimal touch ups needed. It is fast, painless, and an amazing price point for the quality of the service. Everyone is so nice, knowledgable, and it is truly the best place you could get laser hair removal. Everything is clean, sanitized, and all employees are properly masked. Recently I started going here for facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. I chose this med spa for facials because of their amazing products -Skinucentials. Really reputable company with great ingredients. And my face shows it! I have really sensitive, acne prone skin, and they know just what to do. I have loved the results from their facials - they take their time, I felt relaxed, and got great results. As a sufferer of HS (hydranitis supparativa) I have read that laser hair removal helps some people (but it has to be a specific laser - which Bio uses). I get abscesses under arms, bikini area and butt. I saw a Groupon for Biovital and figured what the heck, it can't hurt, so I purchased package for small area - my underarms. At my first appointment, the laser couldn't be done since I had an active abscess. But I tried again when it cleared and all went well. It only slightly hurt in the middle, like a rubber band snapping, but was so quick so it was OK. Besides, 2 seconds of mild pain is nothing compared to crazy abscess surgeries. I immediately noticed a difference in the reduction of hair from my first visit! I think after the 2nd or 3rd one I remembered I hadn't shaved my underarms in a week, and I was so shocked and happy I forgot and it was OK. The hair wasn't 100% gone (it never will be), but all that was left were fine little blonde baby hairs that no one can see. You go back every 6 weeks, I think I got 5 or 6 sessions. Next week is my final appointment, and I decided to purchase the Brazilian package after having an abscess surgery today for my "kitten" area. Biovital has been amazing, the sessions are quick, and everyone there is so caring and explains everything. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could. If you have HS and I are on the fence about trying laser, DO IT!!! read more

I'm satisfied with the services rendered but really disappointed by their customer service. In the hour I was there I overheard 4 people going back and forth with the reception because they had coupons the reception did not want to honor. It was painful to watch customers simply ask them to honor either the coupons they had received or the groupon discounts they say the match. The reception then had to call another person every time to get their approval, making the customer feel uncomfortable and wasting everyone's time. It's astounding to me that instead of wanting to create a loyal, recurrent customer base they would rather argue with each and every customer about 10-20%. read more

I have been a client here for 5 years and was completely blindsided this visit. I'm very upset that no one told me the price went up by $100!!!! That's not what I expected to pay. I'm writing a bad review because that is completely unfair to not inform the client prior to treatment for such a huge increase of fee. Carolina and Amanda have done my laser and always made me feel so comfortable. The rooms are clean, sanitized and they are all so kind in the office. The alexandrite laser they use is the same as Ideal Image but at a fraction of the cost. I've also rarely every had to wait for my appointment time which is a plus! I decided to also try my Dysport there with Dr. Carlos, which was AMAZING! He does such a great job and I saw immediate long lasting results. I got a text with a promotion for a peel so I call to make a appointment and they told me it will take 45 min. I made my schedule around my lunch time. I went there and end up waiting a extra 15 min on top of that and when the lady that was suppose to work on me walk on and tell me to follow her. She walk so fast I didn't know which room to go too. She couldn't wait for me as this is my first time here. Then she told me it will take 50 min for the peel which I won't have time cause they were late on taking me.
