This company provides false advertising on their website. They DO NOT provide services to men as the personnel stated "Men will not come back after the first visit and can't [handle] these treatments". They WILL NOT provide services to people with ANY light colored hair. They WILL NOT assist in any refunds with Groupon and they HAVE NOT put this in their fine print on Groupon. They are a fraudulent company that is intentionally scamming its potential customers. Already found several others stating that this company will not finish in the 6 sessions and if it is done through Groupon they will make several excuses as to why it doesn't work. Since my wife has blonde hair and I am a guy we are unable to have laser hair removal according to the personnel that are on the phones. Paola is seriously the best , she's so nice, professional and she really knows what she's doing. After being unhappy with the results from other places my friend recommended her to me , she's been going to her for years, and I'm so so happy I found her! She makes sure you know about how it works before anything, she offers full body and also specific areas too. She has package deals that are AMAZING, I've never seen better deals. I do full body because we live in Florida and the pool or beach is always the move , for 3 full body sessions it's 900 dollars , that runs it to 300 dollars a session. It's so worth it , if you know anything about laser it's pricey, but this seriously amazing pricing , and she is seriously meticulous, she gets every part of the area you end up choosing she doesn't rush through it. She really takes her time to help you and make sure she gets everything! Paola is an amazing laser tech, she really cares about your results , unlike other salons I've been too that just want you in and out and only care about getting your money, which is common for Miami. If you tell her there's a specific area that has more hair growth and or she notices it , she will be extra attentive to that area. One time she didn't have time to get part of my body so she went out of her way to make me an appointment and get me in specifically for that and to help really get another problematic area for me, it really helped me get rid of what was left, and it wasn't an additonal charge, she simply helped touch up real quick and I was on my way! I honestly saw results so quick (in laser patient time that's a week to 2 weeks) I saw lessened hair growth in areas that I usually always would have regrowth. Now I have nothing! Shes really helped me and (continues) to help me get results, she really makes sure that your getting the most out of your treatments during and in between. I have hormone issues, and PCOS so hair growth was always a problem to me, however thanks to Paola, thats not the case anymore. If your new to laser and need a good place you can trust and get your moneys worth and more, defenitley come here. Absolutely a great experience. Paola is extremely profressional, patient, and was amazing. I previously got Lasered by another company that ruined my face by using the wrong setting and damaged my skin causing major major breakouts and scaring my skin. Paola took the time to go over my skin type, the correct way to laser, before treatment care and after treatment care. She worked with my schedule to try and accommodate me. I had different technicians throughout my treament. After my 6th session I still seem to be having a lot of hair but thought I would just need a few more treatments. Today was my 7th session and the first time having a session with Paola. It was the most unpleasant appointment I've ever had in my life. She asked me the usual questions: about when was the last time I had been in the sun and if I had any new medications or treatments. (I started breaking out due to the mask and when my facial hair grows it creates small breakouts so) I started using an OTC face wash (benzoyl peroxide) not knowing I shouldn't. I also told her I had used an eyebrow trickle razor ONCE prior to my last treatment. I was aware of not using a razor but since I could not find my trimmer I used the eyebrow razor which has similar blades to the trimmer. She told me I was not allowed to ever get laser with them that I had to look for a different place. I told her I was aware of not using retinol which I avoided completely but not about benzoyl peroxide. She could have simply educated me and asked me to stop using it and to not use the eyebrow razor again if I wanted my treatments to be successful since she mentioned at the beginning that 6 treatments werent enough that I needed more. She also stated that the reason I still had facial hair was because I was shaving, not true, because I had only shaved once. And I knew to shaved down towards the hair growth never up. She was so rude, she did not want to do my laser session and said I'm going to do it today but you are going to end up doing laser all your life because you shave. She was very rough with the laser on my face she did it so fast as if she didn't even care. & She did not laser all the spots. She then porceeded to apply the cortisone cream so aggressively over my face. I was so ready to leave and not ever go back. After being told I could never get laser there I read the groupon reviews and google reviews and noticed the reviews where Paola was pleasant and professional were on the FIRST appointments which makes sense. I also read on groupon that she did the same to other clients after the last treatment. Someone wrote on Feb 2021 that she dislikes returning clients, that it's a one deal per lifetime with them and that groupon clients get to experience her rude side when I was willing to pay full price until they offered me an extra session if I bought it from groupon. I wish I would have known sooner. I hate confrontations and having to write this review because I know she makes a living off of it but honestly that's not the right way to treat your clients. I use to drive 1 hr and 15 minutes to their location and I am glad I wont be doing so nor recommending anyone. read more

Face was burnt and scarred out of negligence. If anything goes wrong the owner Paola would not even offer you an apology nor have any concern for you. I have never seen anything like it. Honestly, I was shocked. I am being kind by not posting pictures. I had to ask for the least a refund, as there was ZERO concern and the cost to try to reverse the damage caused is very pricey. She actually said she only refunded the money because she was "annoyed" by the communication about it. Very unprofessional. You will not be treated like this at a reputable business. I am so happy I was introduced to Beaming Beauty. I went in initially to just remove that annoying hair on my upper lip and was amazed that 3 weeks later I didn't even have one hair come back. Although the process does sting, it only hurts in the moment and the staff there try to make it as comfortable and it's over in minutes. Paola is professional, she chooses the correct laser and setting for your skin tone. This is especially important when getting laser performed on black (African-American, Caribbean etc.) skin. Many places will tell u that they know how to laser "all skin types" but once you get there and have the service, you realize they don't know the correct settings to laser black skin and/or don't hv the correct laser equipment. Even if you have had laser before (as it is not a life long cure, - pregancy shifts in hormones, growth pattern etc. can bring the hair back) Paola will still explain the process well. This is important bc sometimes in this region technicians are limited by their mastery of the official language, so u cant really ask questions. She is timely and her space is clean. As with anything, nothing is perfect. The modest cricisms I have follow: Paola needs to get a professional magnifyer with a light- be it glasses or the round look-through-like ones that you see other estheticians and ppl who work on skin have to get a better view of the skin. Right now she uses a hand held $7 - 2x magnifying mirror from Ross and her flash light on her IPhone to look at your skin. Also, it would be cool if she did like most places and in addition to her current diligence, consistently laser in a row to ensure the region is done, as opposed to looking for individual hairs. What happens with this search and find strategy and gvn her light/IPhone combo, she sometimes misses hair. To her credit, she will give u the mirror when she is done to ask you if you see any, then laser them. But u still have to point them out, and gvn the lighting in the room you may miss some, then see it when u get home - but now your session is over. . Paola has hustle, she's okay. She's not syrupy sweet, endearing, or doing much towards rapport; just in and out. She's not even gonna look at your chart with the mind to at least acknowledge your name when you come; she knows u by your time slot and area lasered. Also, I prefer to write reviews for ongoing services after I have been there a couple of times. Many ppl can be nice or professional with the 1st time new customer, then after that not so much. I used a groupon; that went well. However, as she redeemed it she brought up the option for me to gv her a review, then gestured at the 5-star rating as she asked for me to review her on the spot as she stood there. I couldn't decide if I appreciated the hustle, or was put off by the assumption and eagerness.. Overall good, but those are the quirks. read more

First time having laser and I am on my 3rd session (out of 6) for my upper lip, I will admit it is painful but extremely quick and I am in and out in about 5 minutes. This was my first time getting Lazer and I was so scared. Paola made the whole experience easy peasy! So right now I've done 3 sessions(4th is coming up) so far and I don't have to shave for a month. I would get maybe a little patch of hair growth but it's so soft you barely feel it. It's pretty cool. I am a wimp when it comes to pain but she makes it real easy to handle. My experience at Beaming Beauty Laser, has been very pleasant. I've been coming here for over 6 months and have been treated with respect and they make you feel comfortable. In regards to the treatment it self the reality is that getting laser is uncomfortable and to some even painful. I have a mid tolerance for pain and compare to other shared experiences I've seen online mine was not bad at all. The laser used at this facility has this compressed air attachment that releases the cold air at the same time of the laser, which means you are constantly feeling hot and cold while the technician is moving the laser around. This to me almost numb the areas, resulting in less pain. Will definitely recommend, the prices are pretty good. read more
