My nail tech Anna gave me one of the most beautiful gel manicures I've ever had and I've converted to be a regular here. The only thing stopping me from giving this salon a 5 star review is I felt the appearance of the salon overpowered the pampering. The pedicure chairs are more geared towards aesthetics than comfort. They're not uncomfortable, but I definitely am a fan of massage powered chairs that recline when receiving a pedicure. I tend to have high standards with pedicures, and the result certainly held up to my standards. I just wanted more of a luxury service when receiving my pedicure like a massage and use of a scrub and lotion to wrap up the service. So I was reached out to by one of their stylists to be a hair model and I accepted because her work looked good on her Instagram page and we came to an agreement of what I wanted and the color I wanted to achieve during my visit. Throughout more than half of my visit I was complaining about something, whether it was that she touched my roots and I didn't want her to or that the balayage she did literally looked like I had lines on my hair or that my hair looked orangey and not ashy. She did completely different techniques on each side of my head which I'm not a hairstylist but I've done my hair enough to know what's right and wrong. I complained so much that the lady brought over the owner, who by the way shouldn't have a business if all she's going to do is tell you you're wrong and make you feel stupid. I complained that my hair had basically a whole straight line on one of my lower hair layers which is not what a balayage is and the owner starts "a balayage is meant to be looked at as a whole, not in different sections..." L O L ummm what?! So you mean to tell me that I can't put my hair up and can't get the lines fixed because I should look at my hair as a whole. This salon owner is laughable at the very least. If you don't believe my story, at the very least look at the photos for proof of the B.S that was down to my hair. Also, that difference in color you see at my roots is because I said I didn't want highlights and then I had streaks of highlights done and I asked for it to be covered up and the lady did my roots ORANGE BROWN instead of dark brown and then only did my front top roots........... Beware of this place and the deceiving photos on their insta. I basically spent so much money a week later to get this fixed by someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I think Ramona is her name. She checked the appointment book and told me to sit and wait a moment for my manicurist. My manicurist Adriana was very nice and professional. First she did my pedicure. She always answers my texts promptly to book appointments, speaks English, and is great at translating if needed. She is typically there, which is helpful in this appointment-only salon. The salon is small but always clean, and they are constantly busy, so be sure to book ahead. Prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and my nails typically last three, sometimes even four weeks, which is crazy. My nails have never been so long and healthy. Also let me know there was a guarantee and they would fix it up if it got damaged in the coming days. The skin around was pretty messed up, so I promise you these little nails are a testament to Miriam's hard work. I could also tell she was just excited by how pretty it was coming out. If timing is a concern, I made an appointment but there was no wait when I got there on a Tuesday afternoon. I would advise calling ahead, because I get the impression they close on a rolling basis.
