Extremely disappointing and unprofessional valet serviceI have been coming to this medical office…read moreregularly, and unfortunately, my experience with the valet service has been extremely disappointing. This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. Everyone paying for valet service deserves the same respect and the same service, regardless of what they drive.

With so many called ""Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons"" in Miami it is like to find a needle in a haystack. I moved to Miami from California 9 years ago and was ready to fly back after having many dissapointments and have been dissatified by many of such doctors. Not many of them do or don't want to do facial fat transfer, they try to get the easiest and most money making procedures like facelifts and fillers. One of such doctors put lumps of fat under my eyes where I had 4 spots that turn out to look like fat cysts, went to 2 others, one was able to remove one cyst but 3 still left and another one left me some scars that were hard not to see so I decided to give Dr. Martin a last chance before flying back to my California doctor and I am so very happy that I did. stands by his work and makes you feel very comfortable to realize that he really does care. Dr Pérez-Gurri educated me on the procedure as well as the recovery. The team at Imagos had the chance to show me around their facility and continued to share information with me. I left that day knowing I had found the right surgeon. About a month and a half after my first appointment I got my breast augmentation surgery with saline implants under the muscle. I arrived at their surgery facility at 6am and was on my way home by 9:30am. Throughout the whole process and recovery I experienced no pain at all which was shocking to me as I was extremely flat before surgery. Some normal discomfort occurred but no actual pain or side effects from anesthesia! It's been over a month since my surgery and my implants have been settling nicely. I get compliments on them and people can't tell if they're fake. A lot of times when I mention I got them done they say they wondered if they were fake or not because they just look so perfect. I am extremely happy with my results and my decision. I will never forget Dr Perez-Gurri and his team for taking such good care of me and uplifting my confidence. Thank you Imagos!
