Although I shared my dismay as to how the doctor never told me it would leave a permanent scar, she proceeded to do the same procedure on my leg leaving me again with a permanent almost quarter inch divot scar on my leg. I just don't understand why these doctors are not clear with their patients that this, often unnecessary procedure, leaves permanent scars.
