I made an appointment for my child and provided all of the necessary information. The call starts off well when it came to insurance information, the orsini could not understand anything. I reiterated that the info I was providing is correct since it's mili insurance. Fast forward the day BEFORE APPOINTMENT, the office kept calling as i was at work. Then i receive a text message asking for me to send authorization. The person requesting info initially did mot identify themselves, only when i asked who tney were. I then called the office a few left a message. when someone did rwturn my call i was told authorization was expired and that I needed new authorization stating "new patient" due to the code. I told the person it did not make any sense since the authorization clearly had an expiration date and number of visits. I then cancelled appointment. Most of my doctors are at Mt. Sinai on Miami Beach so when I got referred to Dr. Zaiac's office I assumed they were a respectable office offering great care. I have never encountered a more rude office staff in my life! First of all you need to leave a message to get a call back. And then the P.A, Anabelle returned my call so I could ask some questions about their Botox procedures as I had never been there before. I was surprised to learn the P.A. is the one who administers the Botox...not the doctor. I had not seen that before. After my questions were answered Anabelle thought she had hung up the phone but she didn't. She started telling someone there that she gets all "these kinds of calls"...that "this woman was asking....". Anabelle was disgustingly rude in her unwarranted comments. I was completely taken aback. I decided to call and let the office manager know and I left her a detailed message with my phone number. I also wrote the office on their website. I have not gotten a return phone call or email. I thought I would at least get an apology. Their prices are much lower than other offices but I guess you truly do get what you pay for. I wouldn't go there if the Botox was free. There are so many dermatologists for Botox I don't know why anyone would give them one penny. read more

Dr Zaiac did the Moh's skin cancer surgery on my lip. I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my lip after a lifetime of sun in Miami Beach. It was obvious and extensive. Dr. Marin Zaiac spent time getting me over the fear of having cancer through detailed explanation outlining the high success rate of Moh's surgery. Moh's skin cancer surgery is a technique where the surgeon uses microscopic analysis of each section after excision to make sure nothing but the cancer is removed while leaving as much healthy skin as possible. My next major concern was looking like a grouper who had a hook come out of his lip. Due to the years of skill developed in part from keeping up with the latest techniques due to being a teaching physician at the University of Miami Medical School, Dr. Zaiac was able to mitigate the scar left by the surgery even though a huge part of my lip had to be removed. Due to Dr. Marty's talent, now no one can even tell unless they look really closely and even then they only see a faint scar that has faded over the years. Many people need to see a cosmetic surgeon after skin cancer surgery. Because of the skill of an experienced physician with a steady hand, I was spared the pain and expense and had my life saved at the same time. I saw Dr. Zaiac in 2012 to inquire about removing minimal red spots from my face. He suggested a pulse laser gun on the first treatment and to return three days later to remove the redness with the same laser gun. On day three days later to remove the redness, the redness didn't go away at all. He said here is some cream. I have permanent scars on my face and can never go a day again without camouflage foundation. The staff never called to see how I was and Dr. Zaiac was in and out of the room in two minutes. Do your research first and find a dermatologist that takes the time to evaluate your skin to see if you can handle the procedure. I ended up going to another dermatologist who said my skin was burned and the cream I was using was making it worse. read more

Dr Zaiac is the kindest , most knowledgeable Dermatologist you could ever find. We are lucky to have him here in south Florida! It's no wonder that there are so many doctors in training learning from him, as well as Doctors from overseas! On my last visit, he had two doctors from Thailand observing. That tells you something! You can rest assured that you are in good hands, whether it's for a medical procedure or cosmetic work. The office help and nurses are all very warm and friendly. I would not recommend this doctor or clinic ever. I went there to take my son who has a mole on his head for the first time on 2013 and needed to be re- checked once he turned 15 so we went today 7/16/2018 first they said we had no appointment for today because we were not on the list when I called and got the appointment last week. Anyway they accepted to see us not before collecting $50 copay which would be nice if the doctor would have taken the time to check him but instead he said that mole was nothing but a regular mole, he said he scrape it out once he gets a hair cut because he cuts no hair which I'm not asking for, I only wanted him to pay more attention to no son but he took less than a minute with us, not even a minute and he got $50 dls plus whatever they will bill my insurance for. It is unfair and honestly a legal way of stealing money from you and to top it off he will say to think if we wanted to remove the mole and if it grow again will have to scrape it again. What is that? No biopsy done no other test done nothing. Horrible doctor and horrible service. read more
