Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". I just called there to ask what machine was used on my daughter. I already had it written down in my notes but just in case I had the wrong brand. Or maybe they were several different types like the Candela one two and three? I'm not in the business, so I was calling to get more information Because the bottom line is, I'm trying to help my daughter with a successful. Laser Hair Removal. The first girl was nice on the phone. She may have even been the owner, but she quickly passed it to lyric, who is so unprofessional and was immediately on the defense! I told her several times why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? I said I'm trying to help my daughter. I'm not blaming you guys. She kept talking over me. I actually can probably pull the recording from my kitchen surveillance here if need be. Lyric who was so adamant improving that no results should be seen yet, didn't even have one of my daughter's appointments logged in the system and just asked me to get my husband's proof of payment to prove that we were there for the October session. Because whole her argument is that my daughter then only had five Treatments, bikini, armpits, etc. and not the 6 (where supposedly you see results ) and THAT'S why she sees zero results but if I could prove that she was there in October, Please! Such BS! I have EVERY single appointment date jotted in my notes section of their contact including details on the strength of the laser that was used every single time. I got all this info from Lyric each visit & wanted to have this info to see how long it would take to see results, etc. But again, let's remember I did not call just now to complain or have them on the defense about the laser not working. I simply wanted specific details on the machine used because yes, now I'm going to try a different Laser Hair Removal place. I didn't tell them that, but I assume they figured it out by my questions. And who is she to treat me like that? & Be so nasty saying she has a professional assistant, and there's no way she would not have one of the appointments recorded. Oh and she made me laugh at one point by saying I was being abrupt with her. It was because I raise my voice and saying why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? She didn't know what else to say. She completely lost that one appointment. but she will back that company and machine told her death. What a great little employee she is to have! ((Sorry to be sarcastic but that actually makes me smile)) After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and to see zero results. Not only my 14-year-old daughter but my husband! But this Lyric was alway snippy from the first time I met her. Any employee that is quick with the mouth when you are happy, paying customer you can only imagine how they can turn when they are put on the defense. And let's remember I never did any negative reviews about this business. It has been months since we have returned. I kept ignoring the text saying where are you? It's time for your next appointment! I was simply calling to ask them. What type of machine they had used. And now that they have made me feel like the fault is mine... You need to know what kind of business this is!
