Really not even 1 star... i dont know about all technicians but I had a boy/man.... to start he did…read morenot put any soap when he soaked my feet,did not use anything to sterilize. When it came to my cuticles he pushed them back, I asked him if he was going to use oil or cuticle cream, his answer was you soaked enough you dont need anything..... he trimmed my toenail & made me yell & jump out of my seat, when asked what he was doing he said you have ingrown toenail... I DID NOT HAVE AN INGROWN TOENAIL.... IN between all of the arguing he stated "we're not here to do anything bit to make your toes look pretty.. Im wondering even if he has a legitimate license!! That's not a place I'd do over!!!

They're crooked and not shaped well but she charged me for it. I'm very unhappy with my nails. I told her they were too short to do the shape I wanted right from the start. I asked her to fix the shaping and the crooked nails multiple times and they still look like this. I just got back from my appt and they already look like they're starting to grow out because she didn't put the acrylic all the way down. She didn't do enough coats of the polish so they're splotchy and my nails weren't dry when I left. I'm extremely disappointed with the shaping and I asked her to fix it enough times to the point where I felt like I was offending her. I never leave reviews like this but she asked me to come back for my pedicure the next day and I said "I'm sorry honestly I don't think I'm going to come back I'm just unhappy with the way my nails turned out." She asked me to point out what I didn't like, so I did, and then she told me I never asked her to fix them. These nails took an hour and a half and they look like this. She then said she's never spent that long on someone's nails. I already felt bad someone was waiting and despite my attempts they still were not fixed. Then she started denying that anything was wrong with them. She took my hand and showed the other customer waiting and asked her if she saw anything wrong with them and brought her into it too. It felt very unprofessional to bring another customer into the situation. She charged me $85. I wanted to see if I could pay half but she had a tone that made me uncomfortable and an attitude. I'm extremely disappointed and upset not only with the services but the behavior. If I'm paying $85 I want to be happy with my nails and I'm not. This was very uncomfortable for me because I never speak up and I always try to trust the process but this was unacceptable. I apologized for taking up her time but I'm simply just unhappy with the way they look. Now I'm out $85 and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and do my pedicure. Mimi did a fantastic job on my nails. She was meticulous with the polish, and she shaped my nails nicely. My nails looked terrific! All three of us got gel manicures ($40) and they came out perfect. They don't seem to do any nail art, but were open to use using multiple colors and simple designs! Yesterday, I called to book an appointment. I first asked if she had availability at 10 a.m., and she said no, but offered 11:30 a.m. instead. I told her that time wouldn't work, so I asked about the evening around 6 or 6:30 p.m. and she confirmed a 6 p.m. appointment. Shortly after, I called back to see if she had any openings around 12:30 or 1 p.m., but she said no, so I confirmed we'd stick with the 6 p.m. appointment. When I arrived at 5:45 p.m., Judy informed me that she could no longer do my lashes. She claimed my appointment was at 3 p.m. and that she had texted me to come in earlier however, I never received any call or text. She had clearly booked someone else in my time slot and simply decided not to honor my appointment. I told her this was extremely unprofessional, especially considering I've been a long-time client. Her response? That she didn't care. I was shocked and disappointed this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If you value your time and being treated with respect, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Loyalty means nothing here, and clients are clearly not a priority.

I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. Unfortunately, I felt like there was very little attention to detail throughout the appointment. I found myself having to point out a few steps that were being skipped, which made me feel like I had to supervise the service instead of just relaxing. For the pedicure, the polish color I originally chose wasn't applying well, and instead of suggesting another option, more and more coats kept being added. It ended up being so thick that I finally asked to switch colors. Once we changed it, it looked much better, but I wish that had been suggested earlier instead of continuing to layer the polish. The dip manicure turned out okay overall, but it's much thicker than I prefer and doesn't look very natural. I also wasn't asked about the length I wanted, and a few of my nails are filed a little lopsided even though I requested an oval shape. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either. I was hoping to find my new neighborhood nail salon, but I left feeling like I had to pay close attention throughout the appointment rather than trust the technician. I don't think I'll be returning.
