My wife is handicapped in a wheelchair. The owner/Manger sort of Insinuated I go elsewhere. Transferring my wife which I am capable he discouraged me. He could maybe have just held the wheel chair back Or moved a tiny table blocking me. Said he was afraid of being sued but wouldnt move a tiny table. Disgusting arrogant. Never been treated so poorly started when he saw her. Place was sort of empty. Hope this posting makes them close read more

I have never EVER had such a bad experience with any service provider. 4 women, 4 appointments, 4 mani, pedis, pre booked weeks in advance. waited over an hour with an empty salon to be seated. They never even did 1 of the pedicures, or apologized. Ruined one girls nailbeds completely. Created a disgusting hostile environment for everyone there. Embarrassing behavior by all. This place Truthfully deserves to be shut down with all the negative reviews. But if anything, dont go there because they are horrible people!!! read more

Ben was super nice but my nails turned yellow in less than a week. Also find this place overpriced compared to area salons. $70 for pedicure and Nextel plus tip is a lot to spend every couple weeks. read more

So I went to Organic spa a couple months back. I ended up going somewhere else after going there twice. First off, the last time I went I was rushed by Mike who seemed stressed out and annoyed. I left somewhat satisfied with what he did with my acrylic fill. A couple weeks afterward, I noticed one of my nails had fungus, and 4 of them just popped off like they were press ons. I started going to another place who basically took off every nail that was done at Organic Spa. I have never ever had that happen to me. Luckily we noticed this before it was worse than it was, I just have to soak my fingers in vinegar. It looks like a fancy place when you walk in, but it's far from that. What a joke. If you want fungus included with your nail appointment, then have at it. Go to Kim Nails on Atlantic in Delray Beach, they are amazing and so friendly! read more

WOW! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles, I felt like this was the perfect place! Struggled to find a new nail salon after moving to FL and didn't need to look any further after going here! Tiara did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and was incredibly polite! Ivy made my nails that another salon had destroyed look absolutely beautiful again! I will definitely be going back! read more

I've been looking for a LONG time for a great nail place. Organic Nail has all the color choices you can think of, very friendly staff & accommodating. I had to cancel last minute & the receptionist was beyond friendly was not mad instead found a new time & moved me. Henry did my nails with NextGen which this was my second time ever getting them done & I must say I'm hooked! He did a great job giving me what I asked for. I would recommend coming here in your in the Palm Beach area such as boca delray etc. Lots of chairs for pedis & nice chairs to sit in while you get your nails done. read more

Clean spacious nail salon - this is my favorite nail salon in my neighborhood- I am a "regular." Receptionist is quick, friendly and efficient booking appointments. All nail techs seem to be excellent, though I have my favorite! I love Next Gen nails Which he does quickly, perfectly, and lasts forever! Recently I brought my 6-year old granddaughter with me for a mani-pedi. Everyone in the salon made a fuss over her and she had a grand time. She picked out 5 different pretty sparking colors of polish. The tech painted each tiny nail a different color, creating a Rainbow Unicorn mani-pedi! Very special! Thanks so much to everyone!!! read more

I decided to get a dip instead of a manicure. Unfortunately the girl smudged my thumb and instead of fixing it she just polished over it. For $45 you would think that she'd fix it but didn't. I didn't have time to get my nails redone so I dealt with it but I encourage you to ask for what you want. read more

IVY & HENRY are the best for manicures. I'm happy when either one can take me. Both are incredibly talented. The shape is ALWAYS perfect. I can be picky sometimes and shape is so important if not the most important thing to me. Henry is great for custom work. They are delicate and work quick (sometimes). I always feel at ease when my nails are in their hands. I 100% recommend them to anyone in the area. Make sure to ask for Henry or Ivy ! read more

$30 for a pedicure that's chipping after 12 hours!? Not only that, but they used mini scissors to push skin to the side on my big toe and had no idea how to clip an ingrown toenail. She called over a veteran to help her who told me "it's dry skin not ingrown). Which is not true, dry skin doesn't cause pain on the side of your toe. The technician I had did not do the same process as the other technicians (I was watching the others use a buffer, good amount of oil for cuticles etc). Mine did not do that. Furthermore, she took off my polish 2X bc she realized she "didn't let the base coat dry" enough before applying polish. It looked chunky and smudged. My big toe is in pain today so I am returning to have them reapply my polish and never coming back here again. read more

Decent service. You can tell they rush and they don't paint the entirety of your nail. Nice service but the lack of detail is apparent. How you do small things is how you do everything. I wasn't offered a beverage or even water like others were. They do have zoya color, which is non toxic and organic, so I'll return, but my expectations are low. read more

The customer service at this salon is truly the worst I've ever seen. I have never experienced such mean and disrespectful behavior from technicians. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Had my appointment all wrong then got mad when I tried to correct them and you can tell they were taking S*** . Manager argued with me saying i asked for nexgen and regular pedicure when I asked for acrylic full set and polish change. Asked for medium length nails and they are just as short as my original nails. Had a cut on the side of my finger that the tech reopened and caused me to bleed because of negligence. You can tell he wanted to go home . I got French and the white looks all cracked underneath my nails are still bumpy even after I asked him to fix it twice. Charged me 90$ for a polish change and two tips on my toes nails and a full set gel. Again just please stay away!! I never write reviews but this is worth sharing ! read more

I haven't even been to the salon yet... I just called to schedule an appointment - my first ever in this salon since I just moved to Delray Beach. I have been getting NextGen manicures for several years at my old place down south and I'm tired of commuting to get my nails done. Anywho, while the receptionist was very sweet and accommodating, she hesitated scheduling an appointment with a technician being recommended that I specifically asked for. I did tell her I have very sensitive skin and am afraid of the drill (I know, a nail tech's dream client!) but she wanted to match me with someone who was available when I got there instead of booking me with my request outright. I'm puzzled by this. If I follow through with this appointment I will update my review... read more

First and foremost, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! The salon has an amazing vibe and is very clean. They have an array of colors to choose from in Nexgen and in regular polish for the toes. Henry is truly so talented when it comes to nails! I got white Nexgen with chrome on my natural nails. Henry did an absolutely outstanding job. He was very quick too but did not rush at all. B did my Royal pedicure. She was gentle but ensured that my feet were extremely soft.
