Jenny is amazing. Very nice people. She takes her time very thorough. I would recommend her highly

It is adequate for my needs for a male manicure. Not as good as I have had up north, but convenient. Trying to find something more comparable. read more

I'm very disappointed and angry about my visit to this salon. The front desk staff spoke to me in a rude, judgmental way as soon as when I requested service for my seven-year-old daughter for a quick overlay on her nails. She bites her nails and sometimes bleeds, and she has anxiety related to biting, so I chose a very short overlay to protect her. I didn't think I needed to explain my reasons, but there was no helpful information given--I wasn't able to get any clear explanation about age restrictions or service considerations. I even tried to understand if there was a safer or different way, but there was only judgment. Front desk staff were rude and judgmental. I felt pressured and disrespected I left without the service and went somewhere else and was happily helped. read more

Had a horrible experience I came into this establishment showed them a picture asked if they could do it. They reassured me that they could re-create the style i wanted so I scheduled the appointmen. I come to my appointment that should've been no longer than 45 minutes and that turned into two hours and me leaving unsatisfied will never ever be back. read more

Worst worst fill-in manicure I ever got. Overpriced watered down old gel polish. It chipped 3 days later. $65 for a fill is a joke. This olace was filthy and probably doesn't follow osha. I checked thief social media and the nail tech is so uneducated that she's covering up a fungus and then posting it on social media, and she's clueless she's violating sanitation protocols. There's cross contamination all over the place when she dipped in the same brush to the acrylic and then she probably uses it on other people and then uses the contaminated brush and gel on other clients , now she will spread that fungus to everybody she uses that acrylic jar on. POV your not to smart by creating a safe space for expression because you are breaking Osha s sanitation protocols by double dipping and spreading it to other customers!!!!! If you can't recognize a fungus you probably slept thru the cosmetology certification or you were never certified at all. Slot of unlicensed nail techs working in south Florida salons. They lie about pricing to and just make up whatever amount they want because in reality, nobody really goes here and they have to charge every customer as much as possible read more

I was in a hurry today and stopped in to get my nails done. To my surprise, this place was great with accepting walk ins! No frills or anything with the place, hence my 4 stars vs what I would expect from a nail place to give them 5 stars. That said, I am really pleased with my nails, Susan did a great job! It was my first time, and I will definitely come back again! read more

Every time I come here, I say to myself that this will be the last time. If it weren't for the highly skilled nail techs, I would go somewhere else, but I believe I can find good nail techs at a different salon so this will be my last time here. Apex nails does not make me feel appreciated as a customer of 6 years. My appointments consistently get screwed up and the past few times I've been there the nail tech has been 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment. I make an appointment for a reason, which is so that I don't have to wait. My recommendation to Apex Nails is to work on your time management and appointment setting skills. Thanks. read more

Now that I have been back home to Florida for a few months and been able to visit a few salons I think I can say without a doubt this place hits a great across the board. The little shop in a busy plaza has many traits I enjoy. At one salon I visited they did not put the soothing bath beds in your water, and they up charge $5 for two acrylic tips versus $6 PER NAIL that I found at another. They do take walk ins but I have noticed that they are very honest about the wait time and will tell clients to come back later if they wait is long. I've had four techs work on my hands and feet and each one have done a beautiful job any given time. The two guys with the tattoos are pretty laid back, have gentle but firm hands and are thorough to the corners of my small cuticles ( which I appreciate). Standard pedicure is $23 and Nexgen is $30. It's the best rate around that I have found and the service is what I appreciate too. The massage chairs are nice and comfy, I've fallen asleep almost twice while I'm receiving service. Special shout out to Kevin for a beautiful look ok my new set of nexgen nails on my own nails length! read more

Tried this place after my old salon raised pricing and nails were coming off. I've gone a month with my current nexgen set (by Lynn) and they're still strong. Reasonably priced and well done. read more

decided I didn't want to do my own nails so I called Apex nails on military got in 5 o'clock they close at six waited maybe 20 minutes they came over said it would be about five more minutes which is fine. One of the young girl started and after she glued my nails on I was getting a full set and a young man Name was Kevin came over and he was going to finish me and I have to say he did fantastic job fantastic I was very very pleased with the job that he did and it was $48 that was a full set of nails with gel polish of them! read more

First time visiting this location & boy were these people super unfriendly. The pedicure itself was painful she scorched my feet and the massage itself was not comfortable. Left to sit for quite some time without being given the bill either. It's funny you'd think these people would want to impress new clientele... read more

I came here solely based on the Yelp reviews. This salon is your typical mid priced nail place. The employees were friendly, and my pedicure is still going strong after 4 weeks! I would recommend this place over other salons in the area. read more

I was a first time customer for a pedicure. I had called for an appointmen, but they said to just come. I was ignored For 20 minutes until possibly a manager said. Manicure...pedicure. The technician never asked my name or told me hers. She basically grunted through the service. She did the service In 20 minutes leaving rough skin while carelessly polishing leaving many edges undone. I felt so uncomfortable I simply left. read more

Tee is AMAZING. I moved here from ny and finally found someone who consecutively does an amazing job!! I'll never go anywhere else !

I decided to go to a different nail salon since it was around where I was taking care of errands. It is nice and clean. The prices, however, are not. Since I was paying cash, the manicure was 10 bucks. It would have been two bucks more if I would have used my card. Plus, I asked how much some of the other services was and they told me that it depends on the day of the week that I go in there. They offer a 10% discount if it's Monday through Wednesday and it's regular price on the other days. What a ridiculous strategy. If I ever go back, it will be for a manicure only with cash payment. read more

Apex nails is usually my go to nail spot. I guess when I go I don't go during peak times. Today I am sitting waiting on my pedicure and the workers take everyone but me to work on. I guess some workers see how obvious it is and say the others had appointments but no one asked me or the other people whether they had appointments or not. I hate to bring up race but there is definitely bias went it comes to customer service here. I have to pay for the base service but my tip will reflect my wait. read more

My nail tech was Sonny, my nails are bumpy and very flat, not impressed at all. I will not go back!!

One of the worst salons. The customer service is awful. I asked how much nexgen and a pedi would be. She said $60. I got 3 colors but no design. She charged me $65 not the $60 that I was told. She said it was because I got 3 colors on my nails I have never been charged extra for more than one color with no design. She was rude and she did an awful job my nails are thick and she got the base coat all over my skin. It was my first and only time going there. read more

i have been going to this salon for over two years and finally found two techs that I like today I used one of them and hate the mani I got to top it all off they keep changing there prices every time I go now and of course they don't tell you this before you go not sure if I want to go back and they probaley wouldn't care read more

Worst pedis ever. I write pedis because I took my mom. We left with our feet in worst condition than we came. Not only do my feet feel horrible I could have gotten a better polish by Helen Keller. My favorite part is the cross talking about us thinking we don't understand. Horrible horrible place. I'd go on but I now need to buff my heals. There goes $35 I'll never get back. read more

Run the other way! I left with my pinky bleeding. I came for a pedicure and gel manicure because my regular salon was closed. The technician could not stay in the lines and felt the way to correct it was to take my skin off around the nails. I came here on a whim when I desperately needed a pedicure and wound up with Sky getting a full set. I was so happy with the first one, that I went back.
