Dila nails rescued me!!! I spent an exponential amount of money to get my nails done and I received a rush job. I was so upset and disappointed with the work. Desperate for an establishment to help me, I went into Dilas and they restored my faith in humanity lol. The service, the cleanliness, the kindness and my NAILS!! Well, it's a wrap. I have had 3 mediocre experiences with that salon. There is never anyone to check you in at the desk. They have an Ipad to self check in but don't check it so you basically have to check in twice. My first appt was messed up when I made it online. They said please call next time; I did call and the appt was still wrong. Yesterday I made an appt for 3:30pm; we check in and wait for 15 minutes and left. They watched us walk out and said nothing. Customer service at Dila is a JOKE!!!!! All the ladies speak Spanish and talk to each other so loud that you can't even relax. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE . read more

After searching for the past two years I have finally found my new nail salon. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable. The place is clean very tastefully decorated and the staff is excellent. I got a next GEN manicure with Amanda and eyebrow wax. I told her to do anything to make my nails look pretty and she NAILED IT!!! I am so happy and so pleased with my results. Been here a few times now and the highlights are gorgeous atmosphere, high quality pedicure chairs, great color selection and everyone is very warm and greets you. Overall pern happy with how my pedicure and manicure turn out but I will say that the consistency of how everything is done is not always the same. Example, today I had the herbal neck wrap, same pedicure I've asked gor for before previous times the girl forgets. Same with asking if I want a drink or if I have a preference on scents. It's little things but it changes the experience when things are missing and you have to remind them. Today was by far the best. I had Brenda and she's so sweet and attentive. Here are pictures of their presentation for pedicures which I just think is absolutely adorable. Definitely would recommend and if you find a person you like I'd make sure to see them consistently. read more

Really fun atmosphere. We went at Christmas time and the Saturday we came in the entire staff was wearing Christmas pajamas. It made the whole experience really fun. The manager said they'd be starting head spa services soon, which I can't wait to come back and try. The only possible downside is that sometimes parking can be tricky in this area -lots of cool businesses in one location can sometimes make it hard to find a spot. But if you can, it's well worth it! read more

What a horrible place. I made an appointment arrived on time was made to wait. When I finally sat down, the woman began my manicure - five minutes into the process. Her manager came and told me I had to move stations because she now had a different client. They were so unprofessional with my dripping nails they made me move stations and wait. 1-Star Review Dila Nails - Boynton Beach, FL This was hands down one of the most humiliating and unprofessional salon experiences I've ever had. I came in expecting a relaxing service. Instead, I left embarrassed -- and with two completely different nail colors, despite communicating clearly from the start. They applied the wrong polish on my toes, didn't have the correct dip powder for my acrylics (which I wasn't told until mid-service), and then somehow tried to flip the entire situation on me -- loudly and publicly -- as if I had done something wrong. To make things worse, I was handed a pathetic 5% off card as if that would smooth things over -- then I overheard the owner whisper to the nail tech, "make SURE you charge her full price." As if I didn't hear him. As if I'm stupid. It was insulting, underhanded, and screamed guilt and unprofessionalism. That kind of behavior isn't just shady -- it's intentional humiliation and deflection to avoid accountability. And yes, I absolutely walked out without tipping. I don't reward disrespect, dishonesty, or being publicly gaslit. If you value your dignity, your time, and your money -- go anywhere else. read more

This review is specifically for Betty. She is an amazing nail tech. She doesn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish, so I do need to use a translator app on my phone with her. But it's really not an issue, as she gets exactly what I want and delivers. As a massage therapist, I need a nail tech who understands I need more than just my cuticles trimmed. I need the skin right around the nail that gets rough trimmed. She does just that. No nicks or cuts. Just perfection. I always get gel and as anyone knows who gets gel, you can really see how skilled a nail tech is in applying the polish as the nails start to grow out. Betty does such an amazing job of keeping the bottom of the polish in a perfect round line. It's not messy or jagged. The salon itself is decorated festive for Christmas right now and it's quite large with great pedicure chairs that have the massagers. There's plenty of parking. They have an insane amount of polish colors. I only with they had more DND and OPI options. But as I go more and more (been three times now) and try the different brands, I hope to find others that I can rely on not to chip like DND and OPI. I can't speak on anyone but Betty, but if you want a really beautiful gel nails, she's your tech! read more

I can't believe the nail salon l've been going to for over two years ruin my birthday nails and still made me pay full price. 3 hours for crooked French nails? I almost cried how angry I was. And when I expressed that the fondations was not straight.in the middle of my service...The receptionist told me all nails are different some will be straight and some won't so it can't be fixed What?.. I told him he should be ashamed of himself! That's the biggest lie if I've ever heard one and he used to do nail's himself before moving to this new location. read more

I love Dila Nails! I usually have Ruby do my nails because she always surprises me with doing something very creative at the end. I also recommend Diane or Amanda they are awesome. The place is a must see, all the equipment is brand new state of the art. You must get a pedicure, the chair message is worth it alone. Two minutes I was out the door. My only other thought was maybe the hair wasn't long enough for the wax. She could have said that in the beginning and I could have rescheduled. I was a walk in and was greeted at the door. I was immediately seated for my pedicure and was introduced to my tech. Immediately I knew this was going to go wrong. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Although he did a decent job with the polish. It being a week before thanksgiving, I had a specific design in mind for my manicure. I showed a picture and asked if he could do it before he started. I was guaranteed a yes. The manicure was ok. My problem started as soon as he started polishing. I tried to explain but his English was limited. Another nail tech came over and explained what was needed. He still did not do it. The pictures I uploaded are of the base coat. The first picture is of the design I wanted. Do you see how sloppy and uneven it is? The polish doesn't even extend to the tip of my nail. As soon as I saw this, I asked for the top coat so this can be over. Now for the kicker. The same tech who came over to explain what I wanted took my payment. She asked if I wanted her partner to "fix" my manicure as she saw I didn't get what I wanted. By then I was over it. I said no thanks, just the check please. She continued on explaining that next time I should make an appointment. How he (referring to my nail tech) doesn't know much. I looked at her, confused. Why would a business have someone who is inexperienced or "don't know much" assist a customer who is paying for a service? I was so baffled. I tipped my tech and left. Never ever again.

The little things, like well-kept nails, can make a huge difference in how you feel.

You can tell she's really good because many of the other women who come to the shop are sitting in the waiting chairs just for her, even though there are other ladies available to provide the same service. She takes her time and makes the unpleasant experience of threading bearable. There is one other lady named Saima who did a great job when I had her once and she works weekdays when Nesha isn't there (Nesha works Friday-Sunday) so you have someone to get those brows done if you can't wait til the weekend. Prices are okay, $11 for brows. Make sure to ask for a punch out card if you plan on coming back often-they don't volunteer that information but they have them.
