As a new comer to the Boynton Beach area, I've been shopping around for new everything. Today was an attempt to find a new nail salon and boy do I wish I choose differently. I was a walk in and was greeted at the door. I was immediately seated for my pedicure and was introduced to my tech. Immediately I knew this was going to go wrong. The pedicure was mediocre at best. Although he did a decent job with the polish. It being a week before thanksgiving, I had a specific design in mind for my manicure. I showed a picture and asked if he could do it before he started. I was guaranteed a yes. The manicure was ok. My problem started as soon as he started polishing. I tried to explain but his English was limited. Another nail tech came over and explained what was needed. He still did not do it. The pictures I uploaded are of the base coat. The first picture is of the design I wanted. Do you see how sloppy and uneven it is? The polish doesn't even extend to the tip of my nail. As soon as I saw this, I asked for the top coat so this can be over. Now for the kicker. The same tech who came over to explain what I wanted took my payment. She asked if I wanted her partner to "fix" my manicure as she saw I didn't get what I wanted. By then I was over it. I said no thanks, just the check please. She continued on explaining that next time I should make an appointment. How he (referring to my nail tech) doesn't know much. I looked at her, confused. Why would a business have someone who is inexperienced or "don't know much" assist a customer who is paying for a service? I was so baffled. I tipped my tech and left. Never ever again.
ACAMAZING!!! Stop over spending. This place is not only over the top but they are super sweet and accommodating beyond any other place around them. They are so meticulous and if a nail breaks shortly after they fix for you at no charge. They do amazing work and are super creative. PRICE IS THE BEST!!
Ripoff!! AVOID Terrible service, i called first they told me over the phone full set acrylic $38 I get there she said is $7 extra if I wan tip, the $38 is only acrylic on top of my real nails I say ok with tip, in the middle of the service technician asked what shape? I say medium just regular, he said any shape is extra $7 only square and round shape include on the service....i say ok i don't want to pay extra just do round if it's included At the end she charges me $38 PLUS $7 PLUS $7 I told her technician told me round shape was included It's not about the $ but I'm very upset I was told $38 over the phone and they charged me $53!!!
I came here yesterday for a pedicure and gel mani. I had a great experience and I'll be back. If you come here, ask for Harry. He's amazing!
Always get my nails done here. And always looking good. The front desk, the staff always nice and friendly. They always make sure we get good services in here
Gorgeous establishment! Moved to the area and decided to check it out. Nail tech was very sweet and gave a great hand massage but as my friend would say "they are good from far but far from good." Right at the end she cut me up pretty good with the file, there are air bubbles on 2 nails but I only posted the pinky, and my biggest peeve, multiple nails are fully painted as the sides are barely painted. Might give it another try for how nice the facility was but overall I wasn't completely satisfied with my trip.
I want to start by saying I've been living in Boynton Beach for almost a yr, I have not found a salon that I could say, that's my go to. However, after today's visit I can say this is my go to. This is a new place in the are, I've driven many times but I was extremely hesitant but I'm happy I made it in. Amy was the tech assigned to me and she did an AMAZING job, when I tell you I left happy, I left happy. She went above and beyond is like she knew what I wanted. My gel pedicure and gel manicure look amazing. I would recommend this spa hands down. Thank you Amy for your amazing work.

ZERO stars!!!!! What a complete nightmare!!! I don't think the person performing my pedicure was licensed by the state of Florida. He filed all nails all different length's and hacked my little toe and I complained about it because it looked like it was bleeding and hurt very badly. They handled the situation awfully. They asked if I had injured the toe numerous times to avoid discussing what had occurred. Oh, The entire bottom of the chair was leaking on the floor and there was no water in the tub. Again....excuse upon excuse. I ended up being so upset that I walked out...well before they had to wipe down my wet sandals. I asked to speak to the manager to report and they wanted to do an investigation of the toe. It was such a complete nightmare! Absolutely do not go here!!! read more

I went yesterday with my sister for a pedicure for the first time. First- my chair was leaking water.second- she cut my toe. Then the guy doing my sister's pedicure cut off half of her pinky toe nail. I asked to speak to the manager, his name was Neil. I wanted to fill out a workman's comp report. He didn't want to comply. We walked out because there was no concern on the salon's behalf. They had no regard for the safety of their customers! I would not go here if you want to keep your toenails. read more

First timer here -- went in for a last minute gel manicure and pedicure, did not like the results of either service. The atmosphere is beautiful and the employees were really nice but the quality of their work was not up to par. Everything was so rushed. Will not be returning. read more

Very pleased! Tried a new nail salon near by to get my nails and toes done for the first time in FOREVER. since it's been so long, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. My technician, Lynn, was very helpful and patient and helped me figure out what I thought I wanted vs. what I was really trying to get at. The staff was all very nice and I was offered water and wine during my time there. The salon is clean and bright and has a great selection of colors with technicians capable of doing some really nifty designs (I mean, they had dried flowers in the mix, which I will absolutely try one day). Absolutely recommend! read more

I LOVE this place. Bright and spacious, excellent massage pedicure chairs, a ton of polish choices lates out nicely. And everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention my nails looked amazing! Went back twice and will be going back again for sure! read more

NASTY!! UNPLEASANT & RUDE! PRICES ONLINE ARE NOT BEING HONORED! I was referred to this new place and went in to my appointment when I was greeted by receptionist in a very rude manner. Nail tech Lynn was very pleasant. I was asked if I was aware of the $5 charge for removing nextgen and said yes but nail tech was told to charge $10 instead which I found it ridiculous. Then the manager, My came and addressed the matter with nasty attitude, rude demeanor, said the price is $15 !!!! By the seconds prices were going up without a reason! I asked why?? and she said since I was getting a regular manicure the charge will be more!!! So she said TO LEAVE IF I DID NOT AGREE WITH THEIR PRICES!! And 2 seconds after, refused to provide me services continuing with the nasty attitude and ending with this lady bringing her face close to mine! unbelievable! DO NOT GO THERE !!! And I was told to leave!!! All I did was to asked why prices were changing and I was asked to leave immediately!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! read more

I went into this establishment yesterday for a fill-in and a nail repair with french tips. The nail tech decided to use pink acrylic and also changed my nail shape without my approval from oval to almond because in her words "almond is sexier." My nails also have black specks in them from the acrylic that was used. Although I wasn't happy with my nails, I let her complete them and I left. Less than 24 hours later 2 of my nails cracked and one of them completely came off. I decided to return again today. I walked in and explained what happened to the gentleman at the front desk. While explaining my concerns to him I was rudely interrupted by a woman who's said to be the owner. She took one look at my nails and said " you came in like that so it's not our fault, we can't help you! She was very rude, loud and wouldn't let me speak. A customer noticed the woman yelling at me and asked me what happened. While I was explaining what happened the owner decided to interrupt us and said " do not speak to or bother my customers" I politely asked her to stop yelling at me and she proceeded to tell me to get out. The employees noticed her behavior and asked me to ignore her. The employees also offered to fix my nails but after being humiliated by the owner, I no longer wanted to be in the establishment and I left. I am appalled by the entire incident. I've never experienced anything like this before and I will never return. read more

Not terrible but not great. First Lady cut my nail (I still had dip on from previous set so they were kind of thick) she cut my nail so short you couldn't save the length. These are my real nails. I asked to soak first and she went straight in with the nail clippers. After she cut my pinky so short I said "this is my real nail I don't want them that short. Can we soak them first and then cut?" She still clipped the tips of all my nails before soaking. I decided to just have the next lady cut them down after they soaked. My nails aren't very strong without the dip so that wasn't a huge deal but I did want to keep some kind of length if I could. She didn't realize but she filed my thumb nail on a diagonal... I just wanted to leave at that point so I didn't say anything. When I was getting my toes done I asked if that was the color I chose because it didn't look like it. She said yes 2 coats. I took a picture of the color so I wouldn't forget. Yes it was the number, but the color was not correct. Seems like the label is wrong and the number I chose was really for the color next to it. Unfortunate experience. Was hoping to like this place. read more
