I finally found a nail salon that completely exceeded my expectations I love natural-looking nails and specifically asked for them to be thin instead of thick/bulky, and they turned out PERFECT. The salon itself is pretty basic, but their work exceeds every single expectation that I can even think of. The pedicure chairs are nice and comfortable. They have a large selection of polishes. Most importantly, the salon is immaculate. Price points are very reasonable. Kim Nails and Spa checks all of my boxes. I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses. Peter and Kim are wonderful people, and I am so happy that they are located in my neighborhood.

I just had to write another wonderful review. So in my last review, I mentioned that I just moved to FL and had to find a nail salon that was as dedicated to their customer's needs, professional, competitively priced and friendly as I was used to in NY. And I found them! So, I get dipped manicure and when I soak the old manicure off, my nails peal on the sides. Peter was the ONLY one who knew how to build up the sides of my nails so they were all square, they looked great. When I went in for my last appointment, Peter was busy, so Kim took on the challenge. She has never done this before, but she said she watched Peter do it. I trusted her and left it in her hands, literally lol. Well, let me tell you, this girl can do ANYTHING! They came out Amazing!!! Kim is now stuck with me forever!!

Not sure about bathrooms. Plenty of parking, behind the Firestone. The place was super fun. Everyone was joking and having fun. They took care of you immediately. I was surrounded by people that have been coming for years. They knew most people by name and did a great job. I got dip powder and regular pedicure. They did a lovely job and it was so fun! Will definitely be coming back! I have been told that they get really full so definitely call and book an appointment. They make you feel like your hanging out with family and friends! I live in boynton and would gladly drive down to Delray just to go here.

Back again! There are more expensive fancier places but for as a legit mani pedi, this is the best ever! We have been in Fort Lauderdale and I am from Atlanta and the service and the pedi is best ever! If you are a man or have a man that is reluctant to get a mani pedi! Bring your crusty old feet and nails here! They treat you like a king! I have really thick nails and skin and they fix me to the point that after Kevin fixes my feet, I wear open toe shoes! Not my normal combat boots! It is Saturday 5/16/2026 and it's all men in the chairs! Oh they are so ON POINT catering to the customers that being extra instead of prissy champagne they give us a shot of tequila! Atlanta nor Miami has anything on this place! I'm a real customer! The owner of this place was the most disrespectful, rude woman. Publicly embarrassed one of her employees, watched her verbally argue with a client, calling the client disrespectful for mentioning she was uncomfortable with watching her berate the employee, and my nails were not amazing. Bad ownership = bad service. Never coming here again. Do better Kim nails! read more

I wanted to give my nails a rest so I tried Kim's Nail and Spa. Removed gloss or dip, didn't remember which and had a manicure. It was a Sunday,so convenient and quite busy, always a good sign. I was surprised at all the color options for gloss and dips and of course not as many for a regular manicure. She did a thorough job grooming my nails. I should also mention how friendly Kim is to every customer. You can see she appreciates their business. Though lots of help, not a factory atmosphere like other places I've been to. The owner was extremely disrespectful. She took 2 customers ahead of my appointment one in error, the other because she had an appointment. When I expressed that I was up set she said " no one is perfect. I was very polite and understanding, But I did say she could at least apologize. Terrible poor quality job! They manage to do your nails very thin so it will brake and you will be back to spend $ sooner. My nails broke in her hands when she was buffing it, I asked her to add more acrylic and she refused. Within 3 days after doing the refill, I had 3 broken nails and she said it was lying saying my nails were thin when I got there. LOOK FOR ANOTHER DECENT NAILS PLACE!!! read more

Visited Kimmy's for an exquisite pedicure given to me by Kevin. Before Kevin started, Kimmy applied acrylic on top of my big toe, where my nail had split onto the nail bed and part of it had peeled off and was missing. Kimmy was wonderful and the nail looks natural. She's small but mighty and larger than life. I had a great time with everyone in the salon. It's a class act in Kims Nails & Spa , what a wonderful place to have a spa day. I will definitely be back and will be bringing my family with me next time. I really want to like this spot but I had issues last time I went. The nail tech didn't shape my nails the way I wanted and they didn't have gold to do the design I wanted. The design wasn't anything too crazy and we spent over 40 minutes trying to replicate what I wanted with the gold...needless to say it didn't come out anything like the picture and I ended up getting charged more because she took so long on my design. On top of that my nails had bubbles on them from the nail polish. I'm not in town right now so I can't go back to get them fixed. Not worth $115 Plus tip. If you can't do the design or shaping, just say it and I'll pick something else. read more

I came in on my work break and told them I only had an hour and a half to get one service done. I specifically chose Gel-X because it's supposed to be faster than a pedicure. When I arrived, the technician was moving extremely slow, and when I showed her the design I wanted (a simple French), she immediately started talking about how a deep French costs more--as if I didn't already know that. On top of all the unnecessary back-and-forth about money, they didn't even have Gel-X short tips in stock. So basically, they wasted my entire break and my time for nothing. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. I will never come back here again. read more

The quality is top tier and definitely will go again if I am ever in the area. Walked in this place and it was a great decision . Maria did my acrylic nails to perfection to include the shape and color . I have been looking for a place where they execute what I want with precision . We are specialized in Nexgen (SNS), Full Set, Builder Gel, Gel-X, Fill-in, all type of waxing, eye lashes extension, Manicure , Gel Manicure, and best in town Pedicure. Our Nail Techs are proficient at all aspect of Nail care and will provide you with wonderful experience.

History

Established in 2014.

It's a small Gem hidden in the back of the plaza that we found and decided to open as a Nail Salon in Summer 2014. Good thing is it has big parking lots, most of the Salon around us have small parking. The disadvantage is the shop is hidden, behind Fire Stone Tire. We believed with our experience, we can build up Clientele so we take it. It took us a whole year to build up Clientele, mostly by word of mouth, Google, and Yelp. We believe that friendliness, quality work, and cleanest will help us success.

I walked out of here covered with blue green turquoise wax (how many people can actually know the color of their wax unless it's left behind in big quantities) and still with hair that a Brazilian wax should have removed. Two minutes I was out the door. My only other thought was maybe the hair wasn't long enough for the wax. She could have said that in the beginning and I could have rescheduled. Comparison is the thief of joy and she made me miss my old regular waxer.

I absolutely LOVE this place . Before I found this spa, I went to three different shops to get everything I needed done. Once I came to Kim Nails, I haven't stepped into any other nail salon. I'm very picky and not easily impressed, but when I come to Kim Nails I'm impressed every single time. My fullest, my pedicure, my eyebrows and my eye lashes ALWAYS come out PERFECT. Especially my pedicure, nobody does it like them. My nails are always perfectly shaped (coffin nails) and painted. My lashes always last two weeks or more and no one has ever waxed and shapes my eyebrows as well as Kim. I love how everyone in the salon are always sweet, caring and welcoming. "I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon with Kim. She appeared visibly frustrated due to a previous client's complaint and unfortunately directed that frustration toward me. When I requested a simple white coat on my nails, as she has done in the past, she refused and made a comment to her staff about customers complaining that day. Things escalated when she began raising her voice and ultimately asked me to leave the shop without finishing my nails. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncalled for. I have been going to Kim Nails and Spa for about two years now and I love it! Kim and Peter are very hospitable, the shop is clean and inviting, and the prices are good. Mr. Lee has been giving me a pedicure and it always turns out perfectly, especially with his attention to detail. I have tried several other places in Boca and Delray, but won't go anywhere else since I found them. Everyone who works there is very warm and welcoming. So I made a review last week about how unprofessional the owner is and how dirty the establishment is and I guess Kim felt the need to delete it because she doesn't want people to know how unprofessional she is. How rude she is and how nobody should go there there's so many good nail salons in the area. Save your money and don't go here. The owner of the salon is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She will berate her employees IN FRONT OF THE CLIENT. And then when you try to speak up to her about it she will berate you as well. She's a huge bully and deserves ZERO business. I don't care if you have a "talent" for nails (which I can't even say she does since I never see HER doing them) if you are a shit person you deserve no business. I think the owner is the woman who gave me a manicure. She was very rude. She kept telling me to stop shaking. Nobody has ever requested that of me during a manicure. I asked if she was going to take care of my cuticles, and she told me that was extra and I should have told them that I wanted that done before.
