Very disappointed with this place! I will never go back. I got my nails done on a Monday and by then following Monday 2 nails were broken. I went back and was told I was outside of the 3 day policy & that it would be $5 per nail To fix! I paid $60 for a gel fill in + $10 tip. I was told I should have called if I wanted my nails fixed outside of their 3 day policy. I can't believe they wouldn't just make this right. I would have easily tipped the woman but I'm not paying $5 per nail. Within 4 days nail one broke and then nail two popped off while tying my shoes. Overall the nails were super thin and the polish was milky. Also the nail tech that did my nails was extremely impersonal however I was willing to go back because of the location and look past her not even saying anything to me other than asking if the length or cut was okay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR GEL acrylics. read more

Came with my husband for pedicures, I got gel, he had a regular one. First all of I must say these ladies are pro! The way my technician removed the gel polish I came with was the fastest and the best I ever had. Hubby's technician gave an excellent ingrown nail treatment. This is a great little salon. I was referred by a friend to go here, but unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I had a picture of what I wanted, which was a dark grey into a light grey ombré and Kim told me she could do it! On contrary, what they allowed me to walk out of their establishment with, 1) was not anything like what I asked for and 2) looked atrocious. Now I hate to be that person that asks you to redo my nails, but I had just paid $55 for the ugliest nails I have ever received and I could not last 3 weeks with these things. I go to Bi for nexgen nails and she gets the almond shape just right - not too pointy and not too round. She makes sure they are not too thick also, which I like. My nails have grown so much longer and stronger than they did when I used gel polish. I usually get one nail glittered or chrome - nothing crazy - so I can't speak to her ability to do actual nail art but for basic dip powder nails, reliably good. read more

Went in on a Monday to get a full set done. They stuck me with what appeared to be a fairly new nail tech. I was getting a set that was pretty intricate and was quoted $70. Because it was my birthday I said fine. I told the nail tech I don't like thick acrylic. He went on to apply mounds of acrylic to my nail. I had to tell him to shave it done but he would only do so much because "my nail was naturally curved". I've been getting my nails done for years and no one has ever told me they had to be thick because they were curved. He missed acrylic on the side as well as polish. I was left with glue and fuzz all around my nails. I had nails with tips that were too small put on. The manager walked by in the middle of the service and asked how I liked them. I told her they weren't exactly what I wanted hoping she would get the point. Over and over I had to tell the nail tech what I wanted and he just wasn't listening. I called immediately after I left as to not make a scene to complain about how my nails looked. The manger told me to come in the next morning and they would redo my set. I come in and, what I've now learned was the owner , tried to just file my nails to "'make them look pretty" as opposed to actually fixing the issue. I had to tell him to stop because he started hurting me. They put me with another nail tech and I repeated what the manager had told me. She told me it would take way too long to redo my entire set and I actually told her I didn't mind. Nonetheless they still wouldn't fix all my nails. Only two. Fast forward, not even a week, and all of my acrylic is cracking and a tip completely popped off. My gel is peeling off in one layer. I called to complain and they refused to redo my nails or give me a refund, so now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Looking back and reading the reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue with people having nails break and them not wanting to fix it.n Update : the owner actually just messaged me and told me they don't give refunds and to thank me for never coming back. LOL no sense of customer service or or respect for paying customers. Thankfully I've disputed the unsatisfactory claim with my bank and they will be calling the salon to find out why they didn't rectify the service. Tip for anyone who goes here: MAKE SURE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND POOR SERVICE. Protect yourself from losing money on this place! read more

Everything was fine until the male nail tech used the grinder and was getting a cuticles badly. I thought maybe I was just being sensitive until her put alcohol on and my nails were on FIRE. I showed him and said I was bleeding by he insisted that it was the red nail polish I was seeing, not my BLEEDING FLESH. I paid and hoped he was right. I went to wash my hands and he was gone. I waited thinking he should at least say goodbye and give me a receipt, but the other staff basically pushed me out of the door. My nails were sore for until Sunday and I still have large gross scabs on my cuticle beds which defeated the purpose of getting my nails done; I wanted to look out together for for an important event I was managing. I went to this nail salon twice. Both of my experiences were awesome! The first time, I came with a friend and it was very busy but they said that we could go to Starbucks if we wanted to (which is right next door). So we did so and enjoyed our coffee for 15min when they came in to say they could take us. When we left, we had smile on our faces because we were proud of our new set of acrylics and definitely pinned that salon for its expertise and friendliness. And then, came the day I needed to get my nails done again! I did not hesitate. I even brought my French mom to get a pedicure and gel manicure! I can go after work and then take the train home. My technician is Amy, she does amazing work. I get a gel manicure and it is perfect every time. The gel lasts up to 3 weeks when I have not been able to go sooner. All the technicians are very friendly. Love that you can do your appointment online. I found this place through yelp made an appointment over the phone and the guy did not state I have to be there 15 minutes before in order to be considered as "on time". When I got there there were two ladies who had an appointment at 12:00 and it was 100. and had been sitting there for an hour already and when they asked the manager how long it would take he got extremely rude and said you were 5 mins late for your appointment so now you have to wait! He went off on them in front of all of us and just kept saying you have to be 15 minutes before your appointment in order to even be attended he compared his salon to a doctors appointment. Girls who work there are great. However, the manager Vivian is a problem. She sleeps at the desk and spends her time watching videos on her phone. When you ask her for something, she gets annoyed that you are disturbing her. She controls the remote, and she played a video of half-naked women, which was inappropriate. When I asked her to change the channel, she was obviously annoyed with me. She then put on music with the volume so low I couldn't hear it. When I tried to explain, I was hard of hearing she became even more annoyed with me and went off on a tangent that I am going to be blocked because I am a no showi which isn't true I always call. I am a diabetic on some medication that makes me nauseous, so I call. I tried to explain this to her, and she called me a liar. I have filed a complaint with the owners, the BBB, and Americans with Disabilities. The owners have not bothered to respond. Don't go here if you are deaf, diabetic or don't want to see half-naked women. read more

I was very disappointed with this establishment. I went in to have my acrylic nails taken off, and a regular gel manicure. I have never had a nail salon take my nails off the way this place did. The man at the counter took care of me and began ripping my nails off with another acrylic nail he pulled out of a drawer! I was extremely bothered by this. To top it off, he then proceeded to clip my nails that had finally grown underneath my acrylics without even asking! Not only did the gel manicure cost $30, but the lady who took care of me was too busy talking to her entire staff the entire time to really focus on the treatment of my nails. Really happy! I was in need of a last minute manicure and found this place. It was perfect. The facilities are clean and it doesn't smell like fumes. They have an ATM to withdraw money for tips which is very helpful. I was seen right away and Vicky was my nail tech. She was awesome! If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. Not only did the gentleman who did my nails, Paul, cut my fingers, I left completely bleeding. The past time I went he told me that it was my fault that I was bleeding and that he cut my cuticles for moving. My nails had polish all over my cuticles and looked awful. I sat there for an hour and a half to have him completely butcher my nails. It was " my fault my nails looked bad because I moved" every time he cut my cuticles with the metal cuticle scissors and with the electric device they use to file liquid gel, my fingers would bleed. He responded to me pulling my hand away from pain by laughing. After I told him to be more careful he would tell me to stop moving. After being frustrated and leaving with my hands bleeding, I noticed an infection. Over the weekend it got progressively worse. By Monday it was completely infected, even after applying neosporin. I went back to ask for a refund and he argued with me for 10 minutes, once again saying it was my fault, and then saying when I left my fingers were fine. Also that the cuticles were not something he touched.. Non sense. He then told me he would give me a GIFT CERTIFICATE... that's crazy.. As if I would ever set foot in that cesspool of germs again. I tipped him generously because I believe they need to support their families and what not..but I regret it now that I experienced this horrible string of events. I found this salon on Yelp and it had really good reviews so I decided to try it out. Worst decision I made. I came in and was seated with a lady named Bi. Stay far away from her. She kept trying to upgrade my nexgen to chrome and gel and I kept saying no. You could tell it bothered her that I didn't upgrade because she threw her tip box onto the table and the rest of her instruments. The technician next to her even stopped working and looked over to see what was going on. she continued working on my nails and she was very heavy handed. she shaped my nails and i pointed out that some of them were crooked she said "ok" and she continued dipping my nails. she made my nexgen so thick. i worked at a nail salon for about a year and a half. i know how nexgen should end up looking. i asked her if she was going to drill them thinner and she said yes but then began applying the finishing top coat. also by this point she had an appointment so she was rushing everything. i had even told her if she has an appointment she can go ahead and I am okay with someone else doing my nails, when i told her that she just rudely stood up and walked away from the table. at this point she went away and the manager came over. Lillie was her name and she was very sweet and tried her best to fix them but at this point it was too late. i left and paid. my nails on one hand are much thicker than the ones on the other. under neath my nail is disgusting. i will not be returning nor referring anyone to this salon. read more

This is my first time at this salon and my experience was less then enjoyable. I got a polish change on my toes and gel dip with gel top coat on my hands . The toes came out great but after only 4 days my ENTIRE set of gel dip nails came off .. and this has never happened to me before and I do nails myself so I know it was a prep issue . So I decide to call and let them know what happened and I wasn't even looking to get a full set again just a regular polish because I spent 60 dollars on this and the manager said sorry he couldn't even do that for me that I would have to pay full price . She is amazing and my nails always look perfect and the only reason I need to get fills is because of the growth. I have had to try other nail salons because of travel, busy work schdule etc and am always so thankful to go back to her! She is very efficient, professional, friendly, and quality is always consistent! They have a fantastic color selection and she is great at shaping them however you want and also what is best for your hand.
