You can be the judge of these nails look great... also, after seeing this work, I suspected that the guy doing my nails may not have been licensed and his license wasn't displayed when I inquired with the owner about the license. There is a newer owner now who is accommodating and lovely to work with. The salon is clean and reasonable. They have done powder and liquid gel and intricate design work. I decided to give Noire another chance since it's been a year. I was hopeful that I would have a pleasant experience, but that wasn't the case at all. My pedicure was a hot mess. The tech was incredibly snarky and unbelievably rude. Prices are very high. I don't mind paying a higher price point if the service is great. This was a complete disaster. The following day, I went somewhere else to get another pedicure to fix the poor job they did. The nail tech at the other salon looked at my feet and said, "Wow, we will fix this," and she did a great job of fixing someone else's mess. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon to anyone no matter what the circumstances are. What a freaking nightmare. To end this review on a positive note, the salon is clean. read more

I can't recommend this place really it was not the best experience. I do not live in town but have been to plenty of Spa and Nail salons to know what is quality and what to expect reasonably. I came in for a little pampering as my father was seriously ill and I was his care taker, needlesss to say, I needed to take a break. I did not check my Yelp on this, I happen to just drive by and walked in and next time, use the Yelp! It is overpriced and I had to stop on the Pedicure because in my observation, the tools are not as sanitized and the tub looked dirty. Buyer beware: They charge an extra $5 to shape the nail. This was our first time at this shop. My Mom got a pedicure and dip powder on her nails. As we checked out, I noticed on the receipt a $5 charge for "nail shape." I asked, "What is this?" The manager/owner said it was because my Mom asked for an almond shape. In my opinion, this is a common nail shape at most salons. Needless to say, we will not be going back. My mom also left with nicked cuticles from the drill that she didn't mention to me until well after we left. Raising your prices is one thing but to nickel and dime at check out? I just moved to Delray Beach this summer and was in need of a new nail salon! I have found my place and don't plan on going anywhere else. Emily is the best nail tech ever!! Usually I'm very tense and not relaxed but when Emily does my nails I'm very comfortable with her. She is gentle and really listens to how you want your nails done !! Highly recommend. Found this spot out on Yelp, and was decently satisfied with the service. The nail salon itself is super clean and was following all COVID protocols, so we felt comfortable the whole time. Only downfall was that their computer system broke down, and we were forced to use the ATM machine (which charges a fee) in order to pay. My nail tech was very thorough and took her time. It'd been a long time since I'd had a pedicure, so it was SO nice and relaxing. Another downfall, they do charge the same price for a men's manicure and pedicure as they do the regular one. I didn't think that was right, since there is no nail polish involved, and it should be cheaper. This place is taking reservations over the phone, and walk-ins are not welcome at this time to ensure social distancing is enforced. So far my pedicure has lasted about two weeks with no chips, so I am happy! They have a wide selection of nail polish, gel, and dip! read more

I really want to love Noire Nail Spa because of their flexibility and talent, but after 3 experiences getting a Nexgen manicure, I have lost faith in the accuracy of their colors. They give you the pallet of painted nails to choose from, all 3 times I have gone there, the color was way off. First time I had wanted a light pink glitter and it was plain light pink, second time I chose a light nude and the color that came out was a beige orange, and third time I chose a dark royal blue and it came out more purple. While all manicures were done beautifully, I didn't appreciate the end result not what I asked for. If I'm gonna pay $35 or $50 (the cost of the manicures I got), then I expect the color to be accurate (Nexgen). Update 2/7/20...I went back to give them a try again because the only issue I was having was the NexGen color never matching up to what I chose. Today my manicure color came out to what I originally choose. read more

Really great experience here! All the employees were very friendly and made you feel welcome. They also seemed really happy to be there and seemed to have good relationships with one another which I don't see at most nail salons I go to. Kelly did my nails and they turned out really great. My nails weren't in the best condition when I arrived and she was careful with the more broken ones. She also didn't cut the top of my nails when she used the electric nail roller, and I was impressed because at other salons they haven't been as careful. She was also very efficient and paid attention to detail. I got a dip manicure which is $35 + tip. The price was pretty reasonable especially for the quality. The overall environment was relaxing and well decorated. Kevin was another employee I met who was super nice and funny! The customer working with Kevin said he was the best. I definitely recommend trying out this nail salon if you've never been. Call ahead and make a reservation, they seemed to get pretty busy. My pedicure and gel manicure seemed to be great when I left but a few days later my nails started to chip. By the end of the week my manicure was horrible and needed to be redone. I spoke to somebody about coming in to get the ones that were chipped redone. I was told it was OK. When I got there a woman told me that they can't guarantee a manicure especially gel. I was so polite and said I didn't expect a whole new manicure, I just wanted the ones that were badly chipped to be redone. I told her that I wanted to come back to the salon for more services but I just wanted them to fix it. She refused and I walked out. I am in the beauty business and I would never treat a client like that. If they were unsatisfied because of a poor service I would fix whatever I could, within reason. I don't think I was asking for a lot. I'm not type to complain and I've never written a review before but I'm so upset. I can't afford another manicure this week and I have a job interview tomorrow! Yes, I am very particular about my nails. Even the most expensive places often fail to complete the details of a great pedi. Well, today, I was pleasantly surprised by SAM. I usually walk into all nail salons and get whomever is available. I'm thinking they should all be great. If they are not, why would they be there, right? I'm usually disappointed. Today, everyone was busy at Noire, so I was asked to return at 2:45. My nail tech was SAM. He was very detailed with my pedi. Lots had to be done. I could see he worked hard on trimming my cuticles and treating my calluses. I left with pretty toes and soft feet. Before I left, I went ahead and made an appt for my next gel mani and pedi. SAM said he doesn't use the drill to clean up the old polish. That's what has thinned my nails from other salons. The tips chipped like crazy. I'm looking forward to getting my gel nails again, but at Noire with SAM. read more

Ive been going here for a while. I used to really enjoy Noire but unfortunately I've been disappointed recently. The staff are great and friendly. Most of my experiences here have been wonderful and my nails are done great. However, the last few times I've had horrible gel manicures. I actually can't believe the most recent time. It's insane to me that a nail tech allowed that to be the job done. There are bubbles and craters in the gel and it's so thick and uneven on my nails. Got butchered during a pedicure, then lied to as though I asked to walk out in the condition I did. Very unprofessional & racist. Came in with my husband to get nails done & he was extremely excited due to the fact he lives out of state & I would not stop talking about how good this place was. Keep in mind, I've been here several times before never had any issues, seen couples get their feet done all the time. We arrived around early noon. Upon entry, I told the front desk what we wanted, he looked at my husband than at me & said they were busy, we offered to wait the next excuse came shortly after that they only specialize in woman's feet. Great physical space, with separate alcoves for pedicures. I was in an alcove with a friend and I dont know (but I hope) that they leave chairs empty for covid precautions. No separation between customer and technician for pedicures, but there is for manicures. My pedicure started before my friend's technician came over, which was a bit uncomfortable. We finished after 6pm, which is when they close, and they practically pushed us out the door, encouraging us to wear our weird pedicure slippers. The woman who came over said they even if we waited an hour, our nails wouldn't be dry enough to put our shoes on without smudging. Of course, even with my slippers on, my nails smudged. My friend, who has balance issues, wasn't able to walk out in slippers and put her shoes on. So smudges there too. The pedicures themselves were good, and the 20 minutes of massage were great. The descriptions of the different types offered were confusing, and the technician didn't seem confident in what the differences were either. All this said, I really want to love this place, and will probably try them again. read more
