I needed gel taken off and wanted just a regular manicure. The technician seemed angry. I thought she was taking to me so I asked if something was wrong. She said in a quiet voice she was talking to her coworker. I asked her to be more gentle on my nails, maybe use tin foil wrap. That seemed to annoy her. She was rough on my nails. She took a tray of utensils out to use. I thought, great, they're sanitized. But looking closer the tray was dirty. I really didn't know what to do. She cut me causing my cuticle to bleed. I just recently had acrylic's done and I've never seen anything like this. Looks like they glued chiclet gum pieces to each finger. I wanted to be polite and not complain and told myself to just deal with it and not go to that tech the next time around. In the past couple of days I've had coworkers and friends tell me that they are big and chunky. And didn't look right. And their nails looked much better. I decided to go back to the salon and politely ask them if they could fix them? When I did, I was asked multiple questions. Such as, did you tell the tech you didn't like them the day you got them done? What is it you wish for us to do? What day was it when I got them done? The list went on. I don't understand why I was being asked so many questions? All I wanted to do was fix them and make them look more natural. Not so chunky, and smaller to fit my fingers. But instead, they were pushing me to answer their questions. Taken back by this, I said it shouldn't matter. I just wanted them fixed. Instead of them extending me the curtesy, they pressed for me to answer their questions. I told them I have never been treated this way and would never treat my clients this way. I couldn't understand it. They then asked me to leave. What? I was completely shocked. Whatever happened to client curtesy and customer satisfaction? Why was I being asked so many questions? I never said I wasn't going to pay and I wanted it done for free? I'm speechless. read more

I asked for Dip nails and gel pedicure. Owner came over as I was getting a pedicure and tried to do my nails at the same time. I asked why as I was paying for a relaxing delux pedicure. Later I realized is because they had other clients coming in. She also told me only gel was $10 more and I told her I just want to do regular and she told me my pedicure was going to be $45 when I went to check out and pay she charged me 60 it was a switch and bait very unprofessional! So I left very upset as a business owner I am myself then two days later one of dip nails came completely off it is now six days since I have had my nails done and three are off. I've been getting dip NexGen on my nails for years at a higher in place I will be going back there never to try this local place again a whole bunch of old people are in there that's the clientele they obviously cater to Howie I'm sure as great as the man in there so I was very busy but for the rest of them very unprofessional I had three different people do my nails. Not to mention it was over 100 and something dollars which I have no problem paying when the work is quality. Stay away don't believe the reviews posted as I did. read more

Both ladies did a horrible job. Neither of them shaped my fingers or my toes. Each nail has a completely different shape and it looks like a child did them. The dip is obnoxiously thick, and the color on my toes is a completely different color than the dip on my fingers. Save your money and go anywhere else read more

This place should be CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY! It is filthy and so are the technicians. The instruments are laying out on the station and they use it over and over disgusting!!! The technicians are so Rude this is probably why they have no customers!!! I bet the board of health will close them down and believe me it wouldn't be soon enough!
