My designs usually take the technician around 3-4 hours to do. So I have now had to take a break and now I only get pedicures around 6 times a year. I've actually started to teach myself just to save me some cash. (See photos below) They are gentle and do a wonderful job on pedicures. The nail color always lasts me months. I've also never ever had any infections or problems. I usually always have someone different so I can't give a shout-out today.

I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

The technician, Rupal (hope I got her name right) could not have been more skilled, and was so warm and friendly. She runs the salon with her niece. They offer a variety of facials, threading, and waxing, along with other services (see attached photo), and are currently offering a repeat customer bonus (3 eyebrow threadings, get one free; 5 facials, get one free). I had the Skin Brightening Facial, which also included a fabulous bit of arm, shoulder, neck, & face massage. The zen-like background music was quiet & peaceful, and all the massage lotions & potions smelled fresh & terrific - a fresh herbal scent (I can't stand the chemical/overly floral scent that I've experienced before in other salons).
