I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. Unfortunately, I felt like there was very little attention to detail throughout the appointment. I found myself having to point out a few steps that were being skipped, which made me feel like I had to supervise the service instead of just relaxing. For the pedicure, the polish color I originally chose wasn't applying well, and instead of suggesting another option, more and more coats kept being added. It ended up being so thick that I finally asked to switch colors. Once we changed it, it looked much better, but I wish that had been suggested earlier instead of continuing to layer the polish. The dip manicure turned out okay overall, but it's much thicker than I prefer and doesn't look very natural. I also wasn't asked about the length I wanted, and a few of my nails are filed a little lopsided even though I requested an oval shape. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either. I was hoping to find my new neighborhood nail salon, but I left feeling like I had to pay close attention throughout the appointment rather than trust the technician. I don't think I'll be returning.

I asked her to fix the shaping and the crooked nails multiple times and they still look like this. I just got back from my appt and they already look like they're starting to grow out because she didn't put the acrylic all the way down. She didn't do enough coats of the polish so they're splotchy and my nails weren't dry when I left. I'm extremely disappointed with the shaping and I asked her to fix it enough times to the point where I felt like I was offending her. I never leave reviews like this but she asked me to come back for my pedicure the next day and I said "I'm sorry honestly I don't think I'm going to come back I'm just unhappy with the way my nails turned out." She asked me to point out what I didn't like, so I did, and then she told me I never asked her to fix them. These nails took an hour and a half and they look like this. She then said she's never spent that long on someone's nails. I already felt bad someone was waiting and despite my attempts they still were not fixed. Then she started denying that anything was wrong with them. She took my hand and showed the other customer waiting and asked her if she saw anything wrong with them and brought her into it too. It felt very unprofessional to bring another customer into the situation. She charged me $85. I wanted to see if I could pay half but she had a tone that made me uncomfortable and an attitude. I'm extremely disappointed and upset not only with the services but the behavior. If I'm paying $85 I want to be happy with my nails and I'm not. This was very uncomfortable for me because I never speak up and I always try to trust the process but this was unacceptable. I apologized for taking up her time but I'm simply just unhappy with the way they look. Now I'm out $85 and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and do my pedicure. It felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

From the start, communication was nearly impossible. She insisted on doing only highlights first and told me to come back for the balayage (???), which made no sense but I went along with it. After the highlights, she randomly started coloring the rest of my hair without asking. Then came the "trim" -- I asked for the bare minimum, maybe an inch and a half max, and she chopped off four inches and added layers I never asked for. She didn't even blow dry my hair, claiming "it'll lighten once you dry it at home." Spoiler: it didn't lighten. It came out nearly black -- the complete opposite of what I asked for. I left with shorter, darker, uneven hair, and no balayage in sight. For $285, I basically paid someone to ignore me and ruin my hair. Save your money and your hair -- go literally anywhere else. Also, it should've been 15% for new customers and they didn't apply it. Very odd.

He had a lovely lady start my pedicure between the pace and bookings of the day, she was gentle and kind, and said "I got you, ". Sometimes it's hard finding a person you can rely on when you have those pesky ingrown on your big toes that leave you aching. They location is very very clean, super organized and offers luxury seats that I haven't tried ever before! I felt like I was sitting in first class airline. Very professional and responsive team , and I'm so thankful they were helpful enough that they did what they could and help me out. Give them a kind visit, they are in the Publix plaza , don't be swayed away from the construction they are here and ready! Also their pedicure includes hot stone massage with the process, and they don't offer the tool that scrubs and removes excess skin from the bottom of your feet. I appreciated the care and time with cleaning the cuticles, they even extra sanitized everything before and during- a nice touch to keep clean and quality practice of care!

I had one I was going to for about a year before T and L and they changed the prices without anything written down. The blame on the pandemic was for supplies going up, blah, blah, blah. So off I go and found the salon on Yelp. I have had manicures and pedicures done and I have been happy with the experience. The prices are actually printed out and you are able to see them. The staff is very nice and everything is kept clean. They have a busy calendar and are very organized when it comes to appointments. Thanks for getting the nails all pretty!
