I am really not sure how to leave this review . I came to the salon three times . Oneide worked on my hair solely by herself the first time while continuously stopping to get her cell phone , look at herself in the mirror and the list goes on. Then the second and third time she and 3 others did my hair . Needless to say it came out horrible . My extensions were sticking out on the sides and back. I was told it was the way I styled my hair which is not true my hair is pin straight . She would not refund me or even partial refund , she wanted to redo it herself . After spending thousands of dollars in her hair"salon" and twice having horrible hair why would I come back . So buyer beware . There are many other salons that do the same thing. read more

The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating! I would give 10 stars! My color and damage was a complete mess. They completely color corrected my hair, deep conditioned, applied many products to help with my damage, also they placed extensions to my hair with their custom application that is non damaging. All in one session!!! I have been getting my hair colored with extensions for 10 years and have never experienced this high level of service, quality and a customized experience. I had an appointment with Oneida and I expected her to work on my hair (Color & Hair extension maintenance). She told me what she can do for me, and I was happy with what she said. I asked for pricing, and thought it was expensive, but I agreed to it because I know talent cost money. But then she handed me over to Francesco who said he had a lot of experience but clearly had NONE. My brown hair was orange I literally started freaking out; Oneida came by and told him what he needed to correct it. AT this point I was very frustrated and upset. He was very rough, and I can tell he was panicking. He kept saying my hair is tough and it's going to be impossible to get the orange out. At this point I didn't know what to do. All I wanted to do was run out. All the other staff kept coming up to me and asking me if I was happy because even, they were very concerned with my hair color. At the end after my hair was bleached twice and toned three times, he got rid of MOST of the orange, but the hair line was left uneven. At this point I didn't care, I just wanted to leave. My hair broke off and what's remaining of it is very brittle and dry. I did let Oneida know and she did offer to correct it. But at this point there's no way I am putting more products on my hair. She insisted on letting her correct it but literarily my hair is broken and stringy. I asked her for a refund, and she responded my hair was broken and already like that when I came in... which is a LIE. Oneida was very unprofessional and unkind. I paid almost $600 to ruin my hair. The fair thing to do was to at least refund me and apologize for the experience. My hair takes a long time for me to grow and it's part of my self-esteem. Ladies speak up when something doesn't feel right, I wish I did. Now I must live with a bird's nest on my head. Not only is Oneida unprofessional but she is a liar... she didn't put back my extension, it was someone else.. and it was a very small piece... it was the least they can do after damaging my hair. I started using this other woman who was very kind and then the manager arrived finally after like 30 min and was so rude and was talking over me and told me I wanted cheap hair. She is rude and so unnecessary and fake. I walked out because she was talking over me and wouldn't let me use the other lady and told me everyone listens to her, as she is the boss - in those words. Yelp has this salon rated at 4.5 - THIS SALON SHOULD HAVE 5 STARS It is by far my favorite salon in the USA and I have traveled through 45 states. I was not blessed with a gorgeous mane- I have fine and now thinning hair that had become very unhealthy due to years of wearing Great Lengths hair extensions. When I met Owner, Oneide Peres, for a consultation on how to improve my look she provided me with several options- we both agreed on adding pieces without glue (which was what really damaged my hair) - via a technique she created herself. I returned one week later for what was the best hair makeover anyone in my 50 years has ever given me. I walked in with a horror show hairdo and walked out with a full, shiny, gorgeous coiffure. The salon doesn't have the attitude most salons do because the staff are so warm and friendly. The prices for a standard color/cut/blow dry are very fair- less than most of these rip off spots in Palm Beach County. As far as pricing of the various kinds of hair extensions: no one else is really doing the technique Oneide crafted so it's hard to compare but she will work to give you a style that works within your budget, she is very fair. Love these Keratin bonded hair extensions. the staff took the time to help me pick out a variety of different low lights in different shades/tones of brown colored hair because I was looking for a more unique look I was disappointed because my hair unfortunately cannot be bleached it falls right off... But the stylist was able to somehow make my dream come true and find queue blonde age blondish streaks in the front of my face otherwise known as a money piece I am totally in love with the texture of the hair stanchions I don't have to dry or even style my 24 to 26 inch long pin straight soft and damaged hair that blends perfectly identical to my own hair color making it nearly impossible to tail that my long beautiful hair is actually not naturally mine... Oneide has been doing my extensions for 7 years . I have followed her to 3 different locations and have recommended her to quite a few of my friends who are all very happy . I can't believe some of the nasty reviews about her . She will bend over backwards to make her clients happy . I started my first appointment 20 minutes late but thought nothing of it because these things happen. At the end of my appointment we picked out new extension hair that I was told would be ordered for me. I followed up a week later, my hair hadn't been ordered and she didn't know the colors we picked so thankfully I had taken a photo and sent it to her. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I followed up. Once again she didn't know what hair she was supposed to order so asked me to call her. When we were on the phone I sent her the picture again and she said she found it, had it in her hand and could take me at 8 am the next morning. So 8am I arrived at the salon and just as I was about to leave she showed up 30 minutes late. When she got there she didn't have my hair and wondered why I was upset. When I said i felt she wasted my time not only being 30 minutes late but also not even having my extensions she didn't understand why I was upset and felt as if her time was wasted too. I had an appointment at 1 PM and the owner arrived at 2:20 PM. She was having lunch with her daughter. SpaceShe suggested I have a keratin treatment because I would have to wait. I just needed a very small amount of keratin in the perimeter of my hairline . . I had paid another salon $60 for this service which included wash and blow dry. Owner charged me for a wash and blow dry $45 in addition. She charged me for a haircut. I had a very short five minute trim of wisps. In total the bill for moving my tape ends. That should say take ends know this is not working well. The total cost was $345 outrageously expensive good work but not when you pay a different price each time you have service tapes $160 wash and blow dry $45 haircut $45 perimeter Keritan $105 read more

She protects ombré color during root touch ups so they do not become muddy and ruin a substantial hair investment. She also does killer blow outs with curls that last. She is professionally certified in many extension systems; she will have an extension system to fit you and your budget. Oneide has used Nano netting, Klix and Hairdreams on me. All were great. Wow. Where do I start? Firstly, I expected to have Oneide working on my hair. She started the rows then gave it over to two other people, one who was rough. So I'm paying for you to train people on my hair? Also, I wanted them sewn-in. Instead, she took the hair I brought and had "someone in the back" sew them together with a bead in between. Worse than a heavy machine weft and with beads in between so they sit further off my head than just plain beaded. She is proud of this, claiming it to be her invention. Hmmm, I wonder why it didn't take off. Then she does my root color and it's warm and orange-y and keeps saying, "oh doesn't it look nice", which felt like I was being coerced into believing it turned out well when it hadn't. I left feeling r***: angry because I was taken advantage of and expected to worshipfully admire her doing so. Add to this her s*** talking of the person who referred me to her! A. I don't want to hear this at all, and B, wtf? He referred me to you. The blowout I received last time, (yes, apparently I had to go back to confirm the crap service,) left me with damp roots and wefts. After all this, I have never felt so violated leaving a salon, or a drunken one night stand's bedroom. And then she up-charged and told me after I've had the service. I heard a woman asking after every upsell how much it would cost. Clearly, she is familiar with this woman. The only good news was that the move-up was going to be less than the 175.00/a row they charged. I'm guessing she makes this low because few people ever return for this service with her? Oh, and my hair is being pulled so even if I were ok with the gnarly install and the way it sits off my head, it's pulling. Gotta love salon pros who ruin your hair and then charge you for it. A week later I am searching for someone to take over 1200.00 of work out. My guess is she'll respond asking why didn't I contact her to fix this? To which I pre-emptively say I didn't want to be up charged for you to correct your mistakes, or, more realistically, yours and the three other people you'll have working on it. read more
