Area is nice and there is parking on the 2nd and 4th floor for the salon. They have bathrooms inside. And it's easy to find. Lots of signage Now, it's been a long time since I've got my hair done nicely. I really have been wanting balayage and my hair has never been dyed. Last time I dyed it was over 10 years ago and it was a nightmare experience. I had a hair stylist that used to cut my hair and she was amazing and it was so nice and relaxing to come in and chat with her and she knew my hair so I was hoping to get a similar reaction from this experience but I did not get it. Giana technically did a good job. My hair was balanced nicely. I did ask for caramel/honey coloring and it came out much lighter. I know this can be for several reasons and color is something that is dependent on how your hair reacts. But I just wish it had been like discussed like hey it's looking a lot lighter but it looks really good etc. Mostly there was no talking like at all throughout the appointment. I tried to make conversation and it just fell flat. I ended up just reading my book instead assuming maybe she just wasn't chatty but then she seemed chatty with the other stylists. When I was done she seemed like extremely happy to be done with me. She never even was like wow it looks so nice look how it came out. And she knew how apprehensive I was about the appointment coming in and that I had a previously horrendous experience. Also when I saw her after my appointment like while I was paying she seemed like 10x more energetic and happy so it was weird she just like really didn't like me I guess. ‍ So, technically it was done fine. But it wasn't a friendly experience. It was very mechanical and when I think of a salon I think of a friendly comfortable place that makes me feel welcome and this just did not have it. Now I gave it three stars because maybe she was having an off day or something. But I'll probably chose another salon for maintanence which is a bummer because I would have liked to keep the same one. read more

I was in a real pinch, my regular stylist at a different salon was unable to keep my appointment due to health reasons. Luckily, she gave me a couple of weeks notice. I had to find another stylist to give me a full head of highlights before I travel out of the country. I was quite nervous, but Jillian did a fabulous job with my baby fine and thinning hair. The highlights came out absolutely beautifully and she gave me some suggestions for products that may help protect my hair. The visit was very comfortable. All the staff was very welcoming. They had water and coffee and some treats as you entered. The chairs were comfortable and there are plenty of hair washing stations so I didn't have to wait. Jillian made me feel very confident as she analyzed my hair, asking pertinent questions so she knew just what products to use. I am very grateful. read more

Isha was gentle while washing my hair and asked my water heat preference. But the reason I will return was Anthony, my stylist! I showed him pictures of what I wanted. I am very disappointed to report that the lady that took my call has just put the phone down on me. at my last appointment while paying I made a follow up for Dec.12th at 10.30am for a haircut and blow. I did go back for a root touch up and hair cut by Philip for a 2nd time. I was very happy here. He was very good- listened to my concerns with my first hair cut (needed more sass and need to be able to have some volume naturally which means more layers - I showed him some pictures that I thought would work for my hair). Everyone was super attentive. Especially love the lavender towel when I was getting my hair washed - and love the gloss that they put on your hair.
