Can't even give one star. Went last Saturday and had my hair done by Nadia. I went for a consult the week prior just to make sure we were on the same page. I literally said 100 times I wanted a natural blonde. After telling me the price over and over, I agree agreed to it, which cost me almost $600 with a nightmare I left with my hair looking like a banana. I went back in there to let her know that color and it was way too yellow for me and she added two low lights, which were just two black lines in my head to say I had to live with a week of hell Looking like this, Thankfully, a stylist at a different location was able to get me in and fix my hair today and make my hair exactly what I asked for Do not go here unless you want to be overpriced and underwhelmed read more

Joanne is terrific. I always had long hair and decided to change my look. Joanne gave me a wonderful bob cut. She took her time to make sure it was the length I wanted and the cut was perfect. The salon in itself is great for a cut and a hair color MAYBE a hair treatment if you really need it (otherwise hold off on it bc the pricing for it is crazy) but they sell Bellamy hair extensions which I've been doing for almost a year now. Do NOT get Bellami extensions. I have come across real Slavic hair and i am obsessed. It is phenomenal and absolutely worth every dollar. Do your research on bellami before you get it if you're considering. The pricing is expensive for the hair to be picked off of combs in Asia. I'm convinced some of it isn't even real hair as the quality was only good for about a month then it frizzes up and tangles easily ( a lot of people have this problem. It's said bc they spray it with a bunch of stuff to make it look healthy upon applying it then it goes back down to its original quality after all the product washes off). My hair now is 30 inches from applying Slavic hair. I wanted this from bellami but their longest is ONLY 24 IN!!!! That's nothing for extensions! Even my stylist was so happy to do my bellami 24 in extensions claiming that's the longest extension she's ever put in ...So if you want starter extensions maybe bellami will make you happy but over time you will notice the quality and not be very happy with the result. On top of it im convinced there a ton of drama in this salon it made me feel odd. My hair color was exceptional and i didn't need treatments as much as they were telling me to get. Overall, it's great for hair color and a cut. But anything more than that, find someone who specialises in extensions if that's what you're looking for. read more

I came in desperate for a good wash and blow dry. My hair has been very dry and being pregnant i just didn't want to take the time to do my own hair for my sons graduation. Nadia was amazing. She suggested a mask for my hair for the dryness and to get a light cut. And seeing how her hair was so nice i went with it and did not regret it at all. Andrew is the best! I moved down to South Florida from New York and had a very hard time finding a new hairdresser. Then I found Andrew and 001 salon. Andrew is very accommodating, he will stay late for me, talks to me first about what he wants to do and why. I have been getting my hair done in a salon once a week for over 25 years, I have very coarse, thick, curly hair and do Keratin treatments. I color and highlight my hair every 3 weeks. When I came to Andrew my hair was a mess. It was badly damaged with lots of breakage and the color was a mix of many colors. I wanted brown with blonde highlights. Andrew has fixed the color, and this was not easy to do and my hair is healthy again, with no breakage. Ola and Tony and everyone at this salon is so nice. I just returned from Italy and was in desperate need of a makeover. My hair felt like straw. Ola was so welcome. She made me feel relaxed and suggested what is best my thin hair. Looking for a TRUE BLONDE SPECIALIST- LOOK NO FURTHER! I found this salon on a Google search alone. 5 stars? Like a WHOLE FIVE STARS?? I have never seen such a thing in South Florida! I did my reading and I found the reviews were not only true, but glowing! I called Tuesday hoping to get an appointment with Nadia before Thanksgiving and the holidays around the corner. Receptionist was extremely friendly on the phone and I was able to get an appointment that same week, Thursday! First, I was greeted at the counter by the Owner Ola herself, just so warm and welcoming along with the gentleman she was with. She made me probably one of the best cappuccino's I have ever had and sat me down promptly at appointment time. I was introduced to Nadia who is just a beaming light of beauty!! She saw my vision for what I wanted, knowing it wasn't going to be an easy task...& provided me with upfront pricing. I, for one, was so appreciative of this, nothing worse than being blindsided at the end. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable, we spent half the day together so we had some time to talk! She has a rare true talent and took her time with me! My hair has a tendency to turn copper and yellow with the blonde. She didn't give up until it was the color we both envisioned. I am a mom of two young children so to even get out of the house is a task, let alone to find a blonde specialist who is as talented as she is! So when I take the time & spend the money...I like it to be worth it! Welllllll let me just say, it was beyond worth it. I left feeling like my old self, she brought this mommy back to life! Loved my first service at 001 Salon! The entire staff was so friendly from the moment I walked through the door. I was probably greeted by 4 people, all with smiles on their faces. After letting the person who scheduled my appointment over the phone know I was interested in color and highlights, she paired me up with Eva, who is a color (and other things) specialist. Eva was amazing! She listened to me, she was kind, complimentary and it was obvious that she was an EXPERT. She worked quickly, efficiently and made recommendations that were very helpful to me, as I wasn't sure what (colors) I wanted. Eva did a beautiful job on my hair and I immediately scheduled another appointment with her for another service in just a few weeks. I have to admit, this is not an inexpensive salon, but it's in Boca Raton, so that's to be expected. And it's definitely true that you get what you pay for when it comes to stylist's and salon's. I asked for one hair color that was darker than the one I already had and they bleached my whole head and ruined my hair just to dye it an ugly greenish brown color that I was stuck with for a while and i paid $600 dollars for it. All for it to fade in 2 weeks which I'm glad it did because it was absolutely horrendous but if i were to be happy with my hair color then it would have been bad that it faded so quickly for paying so much. Plus, the bleach made my scalp want to bleed it hurt so bad as well as after they were done bleaching another stylist made me mad when they were commenting on my hair. Horrible place, don't spend your money on overpriced hair color that barely lasts 2 showers. Even walmart hair dye lasts longer. read more
