The products she used felt and smelled amazing. You can tell there was a technique to the way she managed my scalp and hair. Also she was gentle on my hair. If this was the LAST salon ON EARTH you can find to do a blowout... I'd say just embrace your…read morecurls, frizz... whatever. This salon RUINED my thick curly hair with a blowout. I had the kind of curls that people would stop me on the street, down below my bra line... after this blowout, I had to cut six inches off my hair ... and I STILL have straight pieces (pictures below.) I made an appointment for 4:10pm, Saturday 10/18/25 (I wanted 4:30, but Arielle said that was too late.) so I showed up at 4pm, and waited until 4:35! For my blowout with Glaucia (I didn't complain ... not about waiting, or EVEN WHEN SHE BURNED MY SCALP WITH THE BLOWDRYER.) Blowout looked pretty good, I left it in for a week, until Saturday 10/25/25. Went to yoga, where I kept smelling sulfur (turned out it was MY HAIR...) So I went home and washed it. AND NO CURLS. I FREAKED OUT!!! 40 years of occasional blowouts... NEVER BEFORE!! Have my curls not come back immediately after washing!) So, I think... maybe I just need to wash it again on Sunday (the next day...) a little more curls in the middle and six inches of straight'tails.' And all straight around my face. On Monday I was freaking out... I just moved here and had a job interview... thank GOD, I found Khaliman Salon (the curl whisperer.) he came in on his DAY OFFF!! He said it was severe heat damage; cut the 6 inches off And told me I'd need to cut more (which is true.) From there, I went to my interview and then to Blowout To Paris. The other young lady who was there the day I got my blowout gasped when she saw me... 'what happened to your long hair?' I said: you guys burnt it and I had to cut it. 'Let me give you a treatment! She says... 'Please! Deep condition...?' ME: 'No, I said... I really don't want you guys to touch my hair again; I want to speak to the owner.' Got Arielle on the phone, (the manager? Turns out she and her husband Ron actually OWN the salon.) I told her the whole story/ situation... said' your stylist ruined my hair; all I want is a refund.' 'You're trying to shake me down!' She says... 'Why didn't you come here first?' (Because I had an interview and was on a time budget and didn't want my hair ruined further, maybe?) In the meantime, her husband Ron (who's listed as the owner in Florida records) swears he isn't... yall, crazy town...is there the THIRD time I stop in. He tells me a story... that my hair couldn't be heat damaged... he'd even TRIED that with a client he didn't like in Israel!! 'And it didn't work .' (I will tell this story under oath!) Lordddd... crazy town indeed. FINALLY, they agree to give me a refund, 3 weeks later after multiple visits and phone calls: by now, I'm angry. I said 'what about the $150 haircut I had to get?' I admit to using salty language.. and 6 weeks later, NOTHING. If Arielle IS indeed the owner, she's never there. Their employees don't know what they're doing. Run like the wind. Bottom line: 1) Hair (and scalp) burnt to a crisp. 2) had to cut 6 inches off my hair for $150. 3) no apology, no refund... treated like a lowlife when I asked for my money back. 4) Ron flat out lied to me about owning the salon (repeatedly.) Arielle' works from home' and is never there. 5)... AGAIN, no even ATTEMPTS to rectify the situation. I have NEVER written a review like this in my life. I was raised 'don't say anything if you have nothing good to say.' But these people need to not be in business. Avoid at all costs... curly girls, go see Khaliman in Boca for everything curly, including blowouts!!

Stay far away from this salon…read more I came in for a simple face frame and toner. I already had two blended money pieces I loved and only wanted to add a few baby highlights added around my face. I showed Muzo a photo of what I wanted and explained that I like warmer blonde tones, just not orange. Instead, he bleached the pieces around my face to platinum and toned my entire head so heavily that my hair literally turned blue/gray. He then tried to remove some of the toner, but the end result was still harsh, uneven, and completely different from what I asked for. My hair now has bright platinum pieces around my face that do not blend at all, and the rest of my hair is just super dark and ashy. When I asked him to tone the blonde darker so it would blend better, he told me he couldn't because he was worried about the integrity of my hair (after he had just over-bleached it). To make matters worse, I was charged $250 for SIX total foils around my face, even though his booking page lists a partial highlight at $175. How is a face frame $75 more than a partial?! I was never told that price beforehand or I would have never gotten it done with him. My total bill was over $600. I now have to pay another salon for a full color correction. I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the scam pricing and would not recommend this salon to anyone. It now makes sense why I was the ONLY client in the entire salon for almost a 3 hour appointment. Pictures of what I requested and what was done.
