The high-end products that they use (Kevin Murphy from Australia), the free drinks you get with your services, and the beautiful ambience make this place feel like an utter oasis. I haven't even gotten to my nails yet! My manicure and pedicure were both equally flawless, and given with the utmost care and precision. Regardless the acrylics are off now and it was the WORST experience of my life. I moved down here recently and haven't been able to find a good nail spot. When I was leaving the salon the female owner made a comment about not tipping her son as much as her husband for my pedicure, she failed to realize the rest of the money for the tip was on the counter. It was extremely rude and entitled especially the circumstance when I was looking at my nails seeing how displeased I was and I could tell something was wrong my nails felt raw and were stingy.
