After visiting a few other places, I decided the quality of the work was worth the price increase. The Nail Techs There are a few new employees at this location that I haven't worked with yet. However, the three that I have are amazing. They have excellent attention to detail and strive to give you the shape, color, and style you want. Stephanie, for example, is great at color matching. She has an eye for it, and I love getting a bubble gum color dip from her. Stephanie is friendly and loved by all her customers. She has one of those personalities that get along with many, and you can't help but love her for it. She books up fast, as do most. Kieu is the owner and has an incredible memory. You can expect to be imminently greeted by her when you walk in, and if you have visited the salon before, she'll even greet you by name. It always makes me feel like we are lifelong friends. I have been going to this salon for about two years now, and I have not always had a positive experience. However, there has never been a complaint she has not addressed and attempted to fix. This is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Most salons will do good work, but how they respond to unsatisfied customers keeps them long-term. Kieu strives to do right by her customers and trains her staff to provide the highest level of service, which you can tell by everyone's quality of work. Her clients have been going to her for decades, and although she looks VERY young, she is a strong, talented business owner. Ashley is the most recent stylist I have been visiting. I love how she checks in with me by painting one toe or nail first to make the selected color I want and doesn't hesitate to switch if I ask. She has incredibly strong hands, so her massages are heavenly. She jokes with me about adjustments I ask her to make but doesn't hesitate to do them. I feel comfortable getting my nails done with her and experimenting. Sometimes the experiments don't go as expected, and she is willing to adjust for me. Her laid-back, friendly personality is contagious, and her quality of work matches. I have to confess, I really like my nail tech here and don't want to risk losing her to someone else. So, as much as I'd love to share the secret of this amazing salon with everyone, I'm mostly kidding when I say don't book with her. You're more than welcome to book after me, but be warned - you might fall in love with her too!" In the past, I used to struggle with speaking up to nail techs if I wasn't completely satisfied with the color or shape of my nails. It made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged me from returning to those salons. However, I appreciate that this salon is different - they're very accommodating, but that doesn't mean they'll tolerate unreasonable demands. It's important that we communicate with kindness and respect. Kindness is vital here! The place is always very clean, and if you need a new nail tech, I recommend you try this salon. I should mention that I always get gel polish on both my hands and feet, so I can't speak to acrylics or other services. My favorite is Eva. She's fast and does beautiful work. Connie is also amazing, and I recently had Ivy do my nails, and she's fantastic as well. For me, what makes a nail tech great is how my nails look as they grow out. Does the base of the polish grow out in a nice, even semi-circle? If so, that's a win in my book. Second, does the polish chip? If not, I'm happy! With these techs, I can often go three weeks with no chipping. Sure, my nails look grown out by then, but thanks to how evenly the polish was applied, they still look... polished! (See what I did there? ) My husband recently got into having his nails buffed and shined with a manicure and pedicure, and he really liked Lynne. So there are quite a few techs here that I highly recommend. My advice is to always call and make an appointment, even if it's for the same day. You'll be seen on time. Also, arrive a little early because they have so many polish colors to choose from that you'll want time to browse. Free parking is available, and there are lots of great places nearby to shop and grab a bite to eat. I drive all the way from Boynton Beach to this location because, in my opinion, it's the best!

Shortly after, my acrylic nail broke during normal daily activity (picking up laundry), which caused my natural nail to split, bleed, and later become infected. This has never happened to me before. This isn't an isolated issue. In previous visits, at least one nail has always broken shortly after the appointment, requiring me to come back and waste additional time. If you want to spend two hours getting your nails done only to have them break and need repairs, this is the place for you. When I contacted the salon to discuss a refund, the manager was rude and unwilling to take accountability. I also encourage others to read through the existing reviews there are multiple mentions of infections and similar health concerns, which is alarming. Please avoid rushed services. Your health is far more important than speed, and no beauty service should result in injury or infection. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I specifically asked for GEL polish, but they used regular polish instead and still charged me $58. I even tipped because the nail technician was very nice, bringing my total to $63. A few hours later, my polish was already chipping. I went back to the salon hoping they would fix their mistake, but the man with tattoos on both arms was rude and told me it would cost an additional $30 to change it to gel--even though that's what I originally requested. So I was given the wrong service, overcharged, my nails chipped within hours, and then they wanted more money to fix it. Terrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
