I walked out of here covered with blue green turquoise wax (how many people can actually know the color of their wax unless it's left behind in big quantities) and still with hair that a Brazilian wax should have removed. After a wax I normally tip and walk out feeling like I'm on a cloud. Today I went home laid back and started taking pictures because I wanted to be sure I wasn't being over critical. 17 pictures later I'm disappointed at the time I wasted and won't get back. I don't know if the service was rushed because of a packed schedule since next appointment called in while I was there. She asked for next appointment to give her two minutes. Two minutes I was out the door. My only other thought was maybe the hair wasn't long enough for the wax. She could have said that in the beginning and I could have rescheduled. She is sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend her to someone doing a Brazilian for the very first time ever. She has a eye for attention to detail and makes my eyebrows look perfect. In addition, she makes sure I'm happy with the shaping and in between shows me how the shape is coming along. I highly recommend getting threaded instead of waxed on your face. It's so much better for your skin. If you have never gotten your eyebrows threaded, in the scale of pain, it's not so bad. Even if you have sensitive skin you will be able to handle it and if you can't only a few uncontrolled tears will come out. In the past year they have added two more service chairs, meaning wait time is less now since they have two additional ladies who joined their team. They have replaced the sofa with bar stools while you wait. Overall, good changes. The prices have not increased this year, which is great because compared to other threading salon this one is decently priced.~

I gave them a shot and tried out a few of their threaders, who did an ok job. But then I found Nesha (spelling?) and I've had my brows slayed ever since! You can tell she's really good because many of the other women who come to the shop are sitting in the waiting chairs just for her, even though there are other ladies available to provide the same service. She takes her time and makes the unpleasant experience of threading bearable. There is one other lady named Saima who did a great job when I had her once and she works weekdays when Nesha isn't there (Nesha works Friday-Sunday) so you have someone to get those brows done if you can't wait til the weekend. Prices are okay, $11 for brows. Make sure to ask for a punch out card if you plan on coming back often-they don't volunteer that information but they have them.
