You can expect to be imminently greeted by her when you walk in, and if you have visited the salon before, she'll even greet you by name. It always makes me feel like we are lifelong friends. I have been going to this salon for about two years now, and I have not always had a positive experience. However, there has never been a complaint she has not addressed and attempted to fix. This is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Most salons will do good work, but how they respond to unsatisfied customers keeps them long-term. Kieu strives to do right by her customers and trains her staff to provide the highest level of service, which you can tell by everyone's quality of work.
