I love when you can tell that the person loves what they do and that HER Lacquer has an extremely friendly staff who is very talented and they take pride in their salon. The nail polish was very thick, uneven- bumps you can see from streaky polish, you can see the polish on my skin. I was very embarrassed and insecure so I had to get them redone once I landed. I had received gel X and supposedly I didn't realize that there were gaps in between my nail and the false nail. The day after I sent in the last review, the manager reached out to me with a full refund. As my nurse told me, "it is safe to say, always make sure your false nails are COMPLETELY sealed since that was the reason for the fungus growing underneath my nail."
