Located in a small plaza on Federal Hwy in Boca not very glamorous inside but thats not what you're going for. If you want quality and service then you come here. I brought my mother for some girl time- mani pedi. We got a regular pedi, massage was good and cleaning was thorough. They have plenty of colors to choose from and we were both happy with the pedi job. For mani we both tried nexgen for the first time (woo! I know we're late but better late than never). Paul did mine and they came out perfect! I have waited a week to write this review and they are still top notch! Hard as ever and have not budged. Definitely recommend nexgen with Paul here!! My sister and I had fantastic French pedicures with sisters Lily and Delilah (their other sister Diana was off today but I'm sure she's fantastic as well.) Popped in last minute after going to a few other salons who were too busy to take me. It was Mother's Day weekend so I get it ; so I was so happy they fit me in. The salon looks fairly new and is very clean and decorated very cute. All the instruments used were wrapped up and very sterile which is so important when getting your nails done. The staff is friendly and the woman who helped me did a beautiful job despite the mess my nails were. It has been a long time since I got My nails done and she did a beautiful job. Price is on par with others 40$ for a manicure and pedicure. It's a great place and if you need your nails done I'd recommend it for sure. read more

This is one of my favorite nail salons hands down. Owned by a husband and wife, they won't let you down. Everyone there is so dedicated to their work and it really shows. I have been coming only here for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. They take their time and make sure it's perfect to your liking. I always get Nexgen acrylics (usually with Paul) and they turn out flawless every time. They also fix your broken nails without question (for me, probably more times than I can count!) And to clarify- mine break sometimes because of my job not the quality of the nails. So if you're looking for the answer to your search, I definitely would recommend going here. This review is for the business practices of the owner (Paul). I came here several times, and each time he became more and more rude to me. I'm not sure if it's because he likes to talk/joke with customers, and I prefer to relax and listen to a podcast while getting nails done. Maybe he took that personally? After getting stuck at a broken railroad crossing on the way to an appointment, he started calling me passive aggressively before following appointments, leaving me rude voicemails, being overtly aggressive to me in person, and even raising his voice at me. The final straw was HIM (Paul) messing up the date/time of my appointment, blaming it on me, and chewing me out on the phone. I'm not sure what I did to offend him, but I truly don't deserve this kind of mistreatment as a regular customer that is polite and tips over 20% on services. I regret ever coming to this salon. Having your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, and no manicure is worth the stress of dealing with this man who clearly has serious personal issues outside the salon and an extremely poor management style. Unbelievably unprofessional experience. I have found a different salon where staff are actually nice and have GOOD VIBES. Avoid at ALL COSTS!! By far the the worst salon I have ever been to in my life and the WORST in Palm Beach County. read more

I've been so happy since finding Paul, Vyna and David. I was traveling to Boynton to have my nails done but was was increasingly unhappy with the tech over-filing my nails to the point they were too thin. Paul fixed this issue and by my second appointment my nails were growing stronger and the shape was so much better. Fast forward a few months and they're now perfect. I'll never go anywhere else. The shop is small but clean. David does a wonderful job for my pedicures and Vyna also did a beautiful french manicure for my daughter! I started going here last year. I thought they were great, until they blamed me for how slow their nail tech was. She would take 2.5hrs-3hrs with me for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I never complained about wasting my entire Saturday afternoon there, I just sat there patiently and let her do her thing because she was sweet and I was always happy with the finished product. I also tipped her $15 every time as a good faith. I thought over time she would get faster but she didn't. In her words, I'm not nasty, mean or picky, I just like my nails a certain shape. Meanwhile I get my nails cut very short and square, nothing special..... Now around Halloween I got my nails done and the next day I called and told them the polish was all bumpy-no big deal right, come in let us buff them, put a fresh clear coat, but instead they made me feel like I was crazy, the lumps were not there yet the owner proceeded to buff and polish all while talking shit. I shrugged it off. Now let's get to 3 weeks ago I go in and again the tech is rushing around like crazy. I always get there early and wait patiently-sometimes I've waited over 30mins for her to take me and never once complained about how inefficient the owners are at scheduling clients the way they do. So anyways pedicure gets done and I bang my toe-complete accident, well when I tell you it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed, it was ridiculous. Again the owner and his wife try to make me feel like crap because they are short staffed and can't handle their salon-that is not my fault, that is their fault...... Yesterday I called to make an appt and they were too busy to schedule me and at that point I was like are they refusing service to me? The owner calls me back today and tells me he is short staffed and I take too long so I need to go somewhere else! Lol-how do I take too long, am I the one doing my nails?!?!?! Accountability would've been nice, how about your tech takes too long????? I've been nothing but nice, tipped well, arrived early for all my appts and once again, they used their famous tactic of making me feel like I did something wrong. I highly suggest you go elsewhere if considering this place or be prepared to waste your entire afternoons sitting there.
