Worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment in advance with a woman named Kelly. Confirmation on my phone. I arrived and she told me that the man would wrap my fingers. Then I was told that it would be him that would do my pedicure. His hands were very shaky, and consistently needed guidance from someone else as to what to do. I asked him who was doing my nails and he told me he was, to which I responded "oh no you are not! I have an appointment with Kelly"! The pedicure took 1.15hrs. The manicure (dip) took 30 minutes. My pedicure lasted all of two days. My manicure (dip) maybe 5 days. Aside from the deplorable service, they are not friendly at all. I paid $95.- for my experience, and will never return again. I would suggest that you look elsewhere for a nicer, friendlier and more professional experience. read more

I can definitely vouch for Michelle! I came in for my acrylic fills. My salons have been taking so long I'm sitting in there for an hour or two. It's really annoying. I finally gave this place a shot. The plaza in a little bit shady, at least for East Boca, but my experience there was great. Michelle was so fast I was in the place 45 minutes and that included my dry.. She knew what she was doing she shaped my nails beautiful, and I'm really picky. Not sure how they have such a high rating.. both my friend and i had a bad experience today after we waited 25 minutes to get a manicure, the lady clipped each one of my nails once, then started painting them without shaping or cleaning them up. I got powder gel & she did a half-ass job. She put it on extremely thick, uneven and roughened my cuticles even made me bleed. The nails are beautiful so I'm gonna give this a four star review but I would say that my experience was more of a two star. I went in asking for a short dip polish of a purple shade and when I tried to find a sample that looks like the The photo I sent her I did the best I could and I picked one that looked close enough. The color was not at all what the sample look like in fact it was red and not purple. When I asked her if it was going to end up looking like the sample she said that they did five layers on the sample and only two on my fingers. The nails turned out beautiful and she gave me tip even though I didn't want them but I'm really upset with this color because I hate red nail polish. They are great and super nice and very talented I would just say be very careful with the samples. read more

Mehhh.... So I went to this salon for 15 years until it was sold to the current owners. I went once a few years back after they purchased and now I remember why I never went back. Today I went and I asked for a very simple natural nail gel manicure and regular pedicure. Long story short they do a horrible job. The owner told me I was too picky and picky people can go somewhere else. LOL!!!! I wanted to bust out laughing. I am not picky, but I do like quality work, have standards and work hard for my money and will not just accept crap. Ladies you may want to work on customer service, because it's horrible. Oh I forgot the best part, after the owner continues to ramble because they can't do the simple things I asked, she said she has lots of picky customer and her customers love her! Whatever lady. There are much better salons out there and I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you're considering this place. One star is still being too generous for this place. I had acrylic on my nails and I went here to get a new set of nails. While she was taking off my nails she was being so violent on my nails that she was literally yanking my arm. When she got to my thumb she messed it up so bad that she caused my nails to bleed on both side of the nail. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away! read more

I love this salon! The people who own it and work there are very nice! They make it a very comfortable environment. The salon is clean and set up nicely. I get gel every time I go and I've loved my results every time. They do a great job and it lasts for about three weeks. They get the whole nail, like they should, (I hate when some salons miss the sides near the skin). Their prices are reasonable, $25 for gel. They do nails, toes, and waxing. You can make an appointment - I usually walk in - but sometimes it's too busy that I'll have to leave and come back. Parking isn't too bad, it's shared with a plaza so it all depends how busy the plaza is that day, but I've never had an issue. read more

Not sure that I'll be back honestly. Initially when walking in I noticed that a lot of their equipment is outdated, old and not the cleanest. The guy who did my toe polish change did a decent job but once he got to my nails I felt it was rushed. He couldn't get the shape right, it was way off and pointing in a different direction. Then he got frustrated when I brought it up Again for another nail. Then my most hated pet peeve he started speaking Chinese to his boss I assume and who knows what they where discussing. My cuticles still needed more plucking and his polish application was not smooth at all. The only thing he did well was massage, other then that I'm kind of disappointed. The prices on the other hand are very affordable but i guess you get what you pay for. read more

Lmaooooo terrible customer service. Terrible job as well if you are getting the powder dip. 4 of my nails broke within the first 5 days. I call to let her know and she tells me that it's my fault. My nails were 1.5 inches atleast and now 4 of them are broken & cracked. also, they are that type of shop where if they are rushing they burn you with the files. 80 dollars for a pedicure & powder set.... lol waste of money. Overall, the place is nice and clean, everyone is friendly, and they have a great selection of polishes. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because there is some variability between the nail techs. Most of the nail techs are absolutely great and can file and polish nails perfectly, unfortunately my last experience there wasn't perfect as after I came home I realized that a couple of my nails were filed poorly, and the polish wasn't applied cleanly (there were bubbles and irregularities). I'm sure that if I noticed that in the salon the issue would have been corrected. All in all, this is a good place, and there seems to be a lot of clientele that returns. read more
