I'm writing this review with 3 chipped nails.. I went back in once 3 days after getting my nails dipped because they weren't sealed correctly and started chipping. Outside of the nail experience, my fiancée is new to getting pedicures with me. He has been loving the experience but not since this last time. The guy nipped a chunk and while yes he cleaned it, not once did he apologized or mentioned the mistake. My fiancée was wincing in pain for a couple of days wearing his socks and shoes after. He urged me not to make an appointment here again. I personally wouldn't go here unless you have some extra time on your hands. read more

I got a regular mani/pedi from Danny. The service was great. What was not great was that I used OPI Lucky Lavender, a color I've used since 1999, and in less than 24 hours, three nails were 50% chipped off. This means that either, 1, they didn't use polish remover on the nail surface efficiently enough before polishing, or 2, they are watering down this polish. Once my friend suggested they may be doing that, I lean towards that explanation because as these polishes were sitting on the shelf, it had a layer of clear liquid at the top in a way I have never seen before in my entire life. They also have an attitude because of their lack of English, their lack of common sense to explain why they do some things the way they do, like the woman who did the polish change, took the polish off two fingers, then moved to the other hand. It's odd and she couldn't explain it. So they copped attitude and didn't thank me for my business. I'm happy to take it elsewhere. read more

I was working an event at Mizner Park and had 45 min until I had to be there so I decided to find a place close by to get my nails done. This Place was four minutes away and had pretty decent reviews, so I took the chance. The Establishment it's self was clean, not busy and had easy parking. I was taken in immediately for a gel manicure which was exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the gentleman who did my nails did a terrible job. When he told me he was done, I still had nail polish all over my skin. I asked him if he was going to remove the polish around my nails and he said "oh when you go home you can just scrub it off" I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable!! I started complaining to him about how unhappy I was with the the whole situation and an older gentleman came over to try and help....He started filling my skin!! I told him, he was hurting me, so he used the cuticle clippers to remove what he could. I stated to him that I was very unhappy with my nails in general and I wanted them fixed. He was nice enough to offer to take all the polish off and give me a new set of gel nails however, I didn't have enough time before I started my shift at the park. He said he would give me five dollars off, which I suppose is a nice gesture, however I wasn't worried about getting a discount, I wanted my nails to look good. I wish I would've had time for him to fix them but unfortunately I didnt and I left very unhappy even with my five dollar discount read more

Last minute I called this place and they were able to help me right away!! I was so happy they could as I did not have an appointment. They sat me down as soon as I walked in and the guy who did my nails did an amazing job. I got a liquid gel fill, with almond nails and they turned out so perfect and sleek. The ambiance is nice and it was quiet and peaceful which I enjoy. Pretty fair pricing I will be back. read more

It's a very nice clean friendly place . Every time I got my gel / acrylic powder nails done and will last one month . Happy !!

I only had my nails done for a week and they already cracked and has torn off. The guy who did them, did them to thin. And I called back for a refund and he would not give me one. I didn't want them to fix it because I did not want to have to go through this again. They look so bad and I paid $75 for them. read more

This nail salon is clean, efficient, and thorough. I'm not one who enjoys sitting to have my nails done, so I appreciate that everyone works quickly, yet the work never feels rushed. I always get a gel manicure, and they last over two weeks, which is not something I can say for most nail salons in the area. The staff is polite, as well. I would definitely recommend this place for your next mani/p read more

worst nail salon in Boca Raton, booked appointment for myself, daughter & granddaughter from Canada for a special day! walked in with gruesome acknowledgment of our appointment, uncomfortable environment, as thought we were a burden, waited patiently only to find out they didn't have space for the 3 of us but if we waited they could do us one at a time? Hello??? I'm shocked they're still in business! AVOID wasting your time I'm SHOCKED they're still in business read more

Wondered why every nail place in my area was fully booked on a Friday but not this place. But I tried it. Could have saved my money and done a better job myself. The place was uninviting, the nail person didn't know how to shape my nails I had to call the boss over and it was a very old I wouldn't call it dirty but it seemed very dirty and not sanitary it was a big yuck. read more

Good services. Good technicians. Clean. Waxing and pedi and gel fills are done very well. I returned. Have to ask for cuticles to be clipped. No hand lotion applied, which seems strange to me. Busy place, but they move quickly and take walk ins. The pedi chairs are a bit beaten up. But they are generally fine.999p9p read more

I went here a week ago, Bella did my nails they came out bumpy and she cut my tips different sizes, I decided to take off my dip powder at home realizing she put toxic MMA on my nails which is banned in the United States, it took 4 hours to take off. Not a professional place to go. read more

This place is the worst! I give it zero stars do not waste your time here. They want to rush you to pick a color as they're still taking your nails off horrible customer service from the manager to Bella. They schedule an appointment and don't keep it because they're squeezing everybody in and then rushing them to pick a color. do not waste your time or money on this place. The managers response was because I didn't like the color I did the last time they had me waiting so is that a punishment? after I was a loyal customer for two years. This place is horrible do not go! fifth Avenue nails on federal does a better job. Here now I'm getting my nails done with excellent customer service and the proper way I should be treated as a paying customer read more

I won't be back and neither will my sister in law. She gets gel nails and I get natural nails but neither were good. Hers are peeling and have changed colors. Soo happy & worth the trip from plantation FL. Nice/relaxing/professional atmosphere. Parking is little crazy(go when it's not busy if possible). Annie is the BEST nail tech(pedi/manicurist) I've ever had and I'm very picky. I had to follow her to Boca Raton. :-)! read more

Royal Palm Nails - Who needs falsies when you have an awesome tech (Annie)who makes your once crapy/thin nails look like this. - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Asked and paid for a deluxe pedicure and left with sore, bruised shins from the pedicurist rubbing the same spot on my leg over and over again for the "massage" for what had to be at least 20 minutes. All could be forgiven if the actual pedicure was done well, but my toenails are sharp at the edges and painful to wear shoes with. They didn't even give us time to let our toe dry and told us to head to the front to pay as soon as they put the top coat on, leading to the polish being messed up before we could even get to the car and sit down. Not worth the almost $90 I spent on 2 pedicures in my opinion. read more

They did a great job on my nails. She made sure the color of my toes matched the dip color I picked. Would definitely recommend. read more

I can't stand when nail technicians rush, which is understandable if it's busy or they are about to close but not when I am the only person in the entire salon getting their nails done at 3 in the afternoon. There is no attention to detail when the work is rushed. I got a regular polish mani pedi. The shape of my nails is so uneven on both hands and toes. There are also streaks from uneven polish coating. They also applied something on my fingernails that smelled so bad, like old cheese. Wouldn't go here again. Thumbs down. read more

I gave them two stars because they were nice other then that the pedicure I got left my feet looking the way I already came in. No attention to detail, the man did not trim my nails or cut my cuticles correctly. The woman who intervened to paint my toe nails couldn't paint them for some reason, she blamed it on the nail polish but, the nail polish was new so I then opted for clear polish. Because of this, they gave somewhat of a discount. All in all it was not worth going. Next time I'll choose somewhere else. read more

I am a regular customer there, I have to say these are very kind people, not pushy. Most of my manicures have been really good. I trust the owner, Jimmy, for French mani, but for anything else, they are all good. I love to see them busy as I want they're business to succeed. read more

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. They completely took advantage of my grandmother. After getting a manicure and a pedicure she waited a half hour for her nails to dry and left the salon. She has difficulty seeing close up so she did not see what a terrible job they did. When she came to me it looked as if a 6 year old painted both her nails and toes. I took her back for them to fix them and they did re-do her polish which is the reason for my one star. Even when they redid them with me there the woman still did a horrible paint job. I could have done them better myself. My grandmother will not be returning to this salon and I recommend that you don't either. read more

don't let them use that "grater" on your feet. My feet were bloodied and raw by the time one technician finished. She was careless and too rough! Training is essential with technicians and I'm not sure all of them here have it! Not going back and will tell my friends what happened to me here. read more

My nails were beautiful when I left the salon! I got gels with a French manicure. But after not even a week they started to crack. I have had the same type of nails from other salons and never had this problem. So if you are looking for a salon that gives you a great gel to last for 2 weeks don't go here. read more
