I'm writing this review with 3 chipped nails.. I went back in once 3 days after getting my nails dipped because they weren't sealed correctly and started chipping. Outside of the nail experience, my fiancée is new to getting pedicures with me. He has been loving the experience but not since this last time. The guy nipped a chunk and while yes he cleaned it, not once did he apologized or mentioned the mistake. My fiancée was wincing in pain for a couple of days wearing his socks and shoes after. He urged me not to make an appointment here again. I personally wouldn't go here unless you have some extra time on your hands. read more

I got a regular mani/pedi from Danny. The service was great. What was not great was that I used OPI Lucky Lavender, a color I've used since 1999, and in less than 24 hours, three nails were 50% chipped off. This means that either, 1, they didn't use polish remover on the nail surface efficiently enough before polishing, or 2, they are watering down this polish. Once my friend suggested they may be doing that, I lean towards that explanation because as these polishes were sitting on the shelf, it had a layer of clear liquid at the top in a way I have never seen before in my entire life. They also have an attitude because of their lack of English, their lack of common sense to explain why they do some things the way they do, like the woman who did the polish change, took the polish off two fingers, then moved to the other hand. It's odd and she couldn't explain it. So they copped attitude and didn't thank me for my business. I'm happy to take it elsewhere. read more

I was working an event at Mizner Park and had 45 min until I had to be there so I decided to find a place close by to get my nails done. This Place was four minutes away and had pretty decent reviews, so I took the chance. The Establishment it's self was clean, not busy and had easy parking. I was taken in immediately for a gel manicure which was exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the gentleman who did my nails did a terrible job. When he told me he was done, I still had nail polish all over my skin. I asked him if he was going to remove the polish around my nails and he said "oh when you go home you can just scrub it off" I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable!! I started complaining to him about how unhappy I was with the the whole situation and an older gentleman came over to try and help....He started filling my skin!! I told him, he was hurting me, so he used the cuticle clippers to remove what he could. I stated to him that I was very unhappy with my nails in general and I wanted them fixed. He was nice enough to offer to take all the polish off and give me a new set of gel nails however, I didn't have enough time before I started my shift at the park. He said he would give me five dollars off, which I suppose is a nice gesture, however I wasn't worried about getting a discount, I wanted my nails to look good. I wish I would've had time for him to fix them but unfortunately I didnt and I left very unhappy even with my five dollar discount read more

Asked and paid for a deluxe pedicure and left with sore, bruised shins from the pedicurist rubbing the same spot on my leg over and over again for the "massage" for what had to be at least 20 minutes. All could be forgiven if the actual pedicure was done well, but my toenails are sharp at the edges and painful to wear shoes with. They didn't even give us time to let our toe dry and told us to head to the front to pay as soon as they put the top coat on, leading to the polish being messed up before we could even get to the car and sit down. Not worth the almost $90 I spent on 2 pedicures in my opinion. read more

I can't stand when nail technicians rush, which is understandable if it's busy or they are about to close but not when I am the only person in the entire salon getting their nails done at 3 in the afternoon. There is no attention to detail when the work is rushed. I got a regular polish mani pedi. The shape of my nails is so uneven on both hands and toes. There are also streaks from uneven polish coating. They also applied something on my fingernails that smelled so bad, like old cheese. Wouldn't go here again. Thumbs down. read more

No attention to detail, the man did not trim my nails or cut my cuticles correctly. The woman who intervened to paint my toe nails couldn't paint them for some reason, she blamed it on the nail polish but, the nail polish was new so I then opted for clear polish. I am very disappointed with this nail salon. They completely took advantage of my grandmother. After getting a manicure and a pedicure she waited a half hour for her nails to dry and left the salon. She has difficulty seeing close up so she did not see what a terrible job they did. When she came to me it looked as if a 6 year old painted both her nails and toes. I took her back for them to fix them and they did re-do her polish which is the reason for my one star. Even when they redid them with me there the woman still did a horrible paint job. I could have done them better myself. My grandmother will not be returning to this salon and I recommend that you don't either. read more
