La Vie is wonderful! Have only had the best experiences here. Consistently great mani and pedis with Jon and others. The receptionist is always very sweet and accommodating! My go to place in Boca! read more

This is what my nails look like after a week. I got them done last week, and yesterday I went to open my fridge and the 3 nails popped off. That has NEVER happened to any nail set I've had.I was then able to bite off all the remaining nails. No nails should be able to come off that easily. I do not recommend getting dip from here because they will break in seconds. read more

The salon was bought from Van and now they r the worst as far as I am concerned. I asked Natalie for Nexgen and she thought I was stupid and gave me acrylic. La Vie Nails - This is what happened to my nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Worst experience i've had since new ownership, 4 powder nails came off with part of my own nails a week after manicure ; I told them I didn't want powdered polish but no one paid attention. Natalie the manager, never helped me and I was unable to leave since he had already started the manicure. Will not be returning. read more

Again, visited La Vie Nails. I LOVE the new remodel look of the place. Checking in was a breeze. They sat me down immediately with open arma for a male pedicure. Lol... Extremely, satisfied with the service and how I was royally treated. Definitely, coming back for sure. Thank you, Natalie. read more

Love this place. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. The services they offer are fantastic. Staff is pleasant.

Very clean and very professional Accurate work They take walk ins Friendly good atmosphere read more

A young disabled woman had an appt and another lady without a appointment caused a scene.. they made every ableist disrespectful excuse on why they couldn't move their portable tools to accommodate a wheelchair user with an appointment. It was appalling and we definitely will not return. Ultimately, the rude selfish lady walking in got to get her nails done with her preferred nail tech. I have seen toddlers behave better than the temper tantrum this geriatric woman just performed to get her way. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. read more

Sweet ladies who treat their customers very well. My daughter and I both go here for mani -pedis and waxing. Very clean and well maintained

I have been coming here since I was in high school! This place is great and it is always very clean, which is something that is super important to me. They also have an endless amount of colors to choose from, in regular polish, gel and nexgen! I always get the nexgen and that is $35 which I believe is a normal price across all nail salons. The staff is super friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door, I always feel very comfortable when I'm there. I also recommend a pedicure. They are AMAZING! Their massage chairs are the best. read more

La Vie Nails - Nexgen manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I tried La Vie nails, saw Sam, he was nice, fast, which is appreciated, but I have not loved either set of NexGen that he did for me. I got a full set done yesterday and realized today that they aren't great, and that he put the wrong color on the accent nails. I called to see what could be done and was told "We can try to fix it, but if we have to redo them then you'll have to pay for them." I told them they lost a customer and hung up. There's no way I'm paying you to fix the nails you didn't do correctly. Most of the nails are crooked, he told me that was my nail shape, I had him remove one nail because you could visibly see that it place on the nail at an angle. The nails are not smooth, and the color on the accent is supposed be WHITE, and instead they're PINK. He accidentally put the wrong color on one nail and didn't fully take it off before putting on the proper color. So you can see the color underneath still. read more

Worst service. Worst manicure/pedicure of my life. I just left tge place. Spent $58.00, and had to stop in another nail salon to have my nails re done, because I am ashamed to look around the way they look I would take stars, if I could. 1 star is over-rated! Don't spend your money or your time at this place!!! read more

Went for a standard pedicure with Tom; it was inexpensive and just as good as anywhere else. Would go back :)

I am so disappointed. I used to go to this salon years ago, and just visited again. I had the Nex Gen done by Tim. The service was very poor. From the start I notice his lack of hygiene, the station was no clean and had dust all over from the service done on the previous client. I sat down and he started drilling my nails. He did it so hard that my cuticles started to bleed. I complained and he giggled saying Ops. Sorry! But he did it again. The service was terrible and I left with sore fingers! I won't go back. This picture was taken today, almost a full week later. My finger still hurts. read more

I didn't even get to go to this place, and boy am I happy I didn't . Went there to purchase a gift certificate for my sister(she used to go there with my mom and nieces, not anymore) I picked up the gift certificate for 2 pedis and 2 manís in case my sister wanted to bring someone with her. Somehow I lost the certificate! I called them and the man told me on the phone that he couldn't replace it. I suggested that he could cancel it and reissue me a new one, but to no avail!!! And told me that big businesses do that but small businesses like his, do not! So this is the SCAM, they charge you for the certificate and if you lose it you are out of luck and they still get paid for a service they never provided. Remember when you get money hungry, you end up losing more in the end. La Vie Nails in the Somerset Shoppes, Boca Raton, FL. I was very dissappointed with their customer service and I will not go back there. The owner, Sam, gave me a gel manicure. Within 18 hours, three nails had chipped while I showered, followed by the rest within 5 days. I called the owner within 18 hours and he told that I should come in and he would fix it. I told him that I was in New York for the next three weeks. He claims that he told me that there was nothing he could do. I heard him say that he would give me a credit, which he very rudely denied. I did go back for a pedicure, which was done well by Van so I gave the place two stars. However, I am just shocked that he would not have given me some financial compensation on any level for the horrendous gel manicure which he rushed through as well. I'm not surprised it didn't last. I had to pay again in New York to have it redone. In my experience with gel manicures, they grow out and not chip off in days. Stay away fom this establishment! Not Nice! They lost a customer! read more

Long-time costuner. My normal guy could do my pedicure so a new guy name David did my pedicure. They had someone sit and watch him. He must be in training. I ask several times for him to cut my nails shorter. He barely took anything off the nails. Everyone could tell I was not pleases but did nothing about. I guess time to look for new place. read more

Never been here before and wanted to give it a shot. Walked in, front desk lady was extremely rude. Couldn't test the polish colors to see it on, whatever. Then sat in the chair for my pedicure and the lady said not a single word. I don't think the tools were clean because now my toe is infected. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My toe hurts when I walk and I am disgusted. read more

This is a great nail salon. I'm always so happy with the work that they do. I get nextgen and gel pedicues. Their work is FLAWLESS. They are always busy and have a very loyal clientele. I believe because of the older crowd that it draws in from the near by century village they don't get all the positive reviews that they should actually have on here. read more

I have been coming to La Vie Nails on and off for about ten years now. My mom has seen the same tech (Diane) every two weeks the entire time, and when I accompany her, I like to see Amy (or Kim, if she is occupied). The prices are very reasonable, and services are consistent, if not outstanding. They are almost always able to accommodate our requested appointments, and they have no trouble setting us up with adjacent chairs, which can be a challenge at other salons. If you want, they also accept walk-ins, and I've never seen anyone turned away. The chairs are big and comfortable, with massage capabilities, and the cushions have been replaced very recently. If I had a special event, or wanted specific nail art, I would go to my regular, specialty nail salon - but when I'm with my mom or in a hurry, La Vie is the spot! read more

La Vie Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I left this place yesterday and went straight to Venetian to have someone fix my nails. I got a full set of nail that's were so thick, they looked and felt like bricks. He cut my nails too short, didn't shape my nails right and didn't file them down. The super sloppy application left gel all over the tops of my fingers. Don't trust this place for your nails. My pedicure was ok. read more

I have been visiting la vie salon for long time. The people are so nice and polite. The offer best quality nail powder . I usually see Sam , his job is amazing mY nails last for a month without chip or brake. He is an artist . Always a good experience at this salon. Thank u! read more

My experience at this nail salon was the worst experience i've ever had and i'm beyond disappointed. I walk into the salon and the guy who is doing my nails starts barking orders at me. Then when he goes to take off my gel nail polish, he overuses the acetone and was getting it all over my legs and jeans. Then he yells at me for having my phone in my lap..(excuse me?) The water was extremely hot, and he clipped my toe so bad with the cuticle cutter i was bleeding..All he said was "sorry" then proceeded to put more acetone and polish on it, burning and stinging my toe. I should've left right then and there because the manicure was even worse, i could have done a better job myself for free. He kept pulling on my arms as if they would grow, bossing me around, and did the sloppiest paint job i've ever seen a "manicurist" do; ie polished my cuticles and even managed to get polish on the bottom of my fingers. He tried to make it better by overusing the acetone yet again.. I don't write reviews often but this was just ridiculous- i would rate it a -1 if that was possible. I'm extremely disappointed that i wasted money on something that was unsatisfying and a horrible experience. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Never going there again. read more
