Sadly I don't think I'll be back, I liked my nails just not the service. The front desk girl gave me an attitude when I made my appointment which was very strange, then when I was there the lady doing the nails next to our station was complaining loudly about having to be there "so late". It was 5:30 and they close at 7. Then another lady rushed around sweeping the floor and making us all lift our legs- couldn't that have waited until close or when I was no longer sitting there? Then when I went to wash my hands, the sweeping lady stood behind me impatiently and made me feel super uncomfortable. Finally the owner or manager loudly was talking with the guy doing my nails for 5 minutes straight and kept staring at my nails and I just got this feeling she was talking shirt about me or something. Which makes no sense- I am polite, friendly, pay without any issues, and tip very well. I am also loyal to places I like and will continue going back to places for years if I am happy, as well as refer others. This is one of my favorite nail salons.Its so clean and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Located on the north side of Glades just before 441, its next to the new Sprouts thats being built. There are plenty of stations and even though they were busy, they had no problem taking me right away. They use high quality products and if you don't see a particular color, just ask, they usually have it in the back. The only colors I know by name are OPI and 1 DND by number so I just ask for those and they usually have it or come up with a similar color. Always a nice experience, fast, but never rushed and gel manicures always seem to last longer than most other salons. Closer to 3 weeks, which is a definite plus in my book. read more

This place is the best, after trying so many different nail places raging from Boca to EXPENSIVE salons in Miami, boca nail bar gets a 10/10 from me. The customer service is always outstanding, the staff is so friendly and sweet and create such a welcoming atmosphere. It also is so easy to book appointments with them as their front desk staff provides exceptional service. The nails always turn out amazing with never a disappointment in sight. With every idea I have walked in with, it was perfectly created into reality, and for reasonable pricing, as well within reasonable time. To add on, I have always struggled with nails falling off after one week, or within a few days and after going here i can confidently say that does not happen anymore, the staff knows what they are doing and they do it well. I was here with only one other customer. Scared due to COVID but one of the doctor I work with recommend & I'm happy with my nails and toes. Late bday gift. :)))). I love that they allow walk ins here because my schedule was super tight. I walked in and was greeted by the guy up front who directed me to wash my hands then come and choose colors. The basic color's option list was very few. Not sure if they had more for gel colors but I was just going basic today. I also did a basic mani and I really appreciate the fact that they have individually packaged mani kits. You don't get this everywhere. The place itself is really cute. The red, white, and black decor is a great look. I really like the couch like seating. If you're with someone, I suppose you can share a bench. My nail tech got right to work. She did a good job with the scrubbing and cleaning. The painting was ok. I had to redirect a few times to get a smooth polish finish. Overall, my pedi came out ok. Nothing spectacular. I didn't get any special pedi scrub cause I was short on time. I'd def come back here to try them again. read more

Here visiting from California and have to say, wasn't impressed with service I got. Technician was gruff and not friendly. Gel pedicure I got was over priced as she just whipped through the treatments. The chairs were not the typical massage chairs and instead high back benches which were uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. The most crazy part is seriously she used a cheese grater for my callous treatment! I had to do double-takes just to believe what I was seeing! Trust me, my calloused heels were not that bad lololol. After reading some nice reviews I was impressed and had high hopes that I could find a nail salon that I could develop a loyalty for. I walked in and was greeted in a friendly manner. Afra did my manicure and it is perfect. I then moved to Lisa for a pedicure and this is where things went downhill. While she did a good job on my toes and they look beautiful, she was very rough. her grip on my leg was extremely hard, resulting in a bruise. More disturbing is that she attempted to do reflexology on my feet. This was excruciating as she pressed entirely too hard. I asked her three times to be more gentle and I was met with a smile but no change in her method. I left the salon in pain and my right ankle and right instep are still hurting. I believe that Anna needs additional training regarding proper techniques in foot massage. Also in listening to her customer and changing the amount of pressure she applies to legs and feet. read more

Ok update to previous review....Initial review I gave an overview....now the real truth after being a loyal customer for over 10 years,I called to schedule an appointment for services, I informed the staff member what services I needed and was given an appointment time. Upon arrival I was informed they did not allot enough time for the services I needed (full set and Pedicure). They could only perform one service. Normally this would not matter and I would adjust even though I'm not the one who made the error but I was slated to go out of town the next day and Boca Nail Bar was my only option. I spoke with the manager he said it was nothing they could do. Fast forward today I called to schedule an appointment and was informed they could no longer service me at their salon. I could only assume for the poor review given for the incompetence of the staff they had answering the phones and scheduling appointments. I am thankful that there are nail salons on every corner willing to accommodate customers and not ban them for stating the facts in a review. read more

I do leave a star off because when I made the appointment I specifically asked for someone who could do nail designs and ended up waiting a long time to get sat with someone who knew what they were doing. Go here if you want the weirdest looking nails ever. I don't like to judge places out of first experiences with them, now looking back I should have taken the first red flag from my first appointment and not come back. I would first like to say that they are VERY accommodating and have lots of availability, however the actual service is not as good. My first appointment I got dip powder (nexgen) on my nails. I cannot lie this first set was absolutely stunning. In the same appointment though, I got a regular pedicure. At first it was going fine, until the lady cut my toes and I started bleeding. It wasn't a lot of blood, but my cuts get easily infected, and the next day my big toe was already infected. I spent a whole month trying to heal it. A month after, my next appointment comes around. I booked at the same place because although the incident happened, it was the only place near me I could go. Let's start off with the fact that I asked for a pedicure and the SAME thing happened. When they tried to cut my cuticles, but also ended up cutting my skin. The only difference was that now it wasn't only on one side of one of my toes, now it was on both sides of both of my big toes. Secondly, I got dip powder and this time around it looked so bad. The nail technician made my nails look horrible. I clearly asked her for an almond shape and a french design. The nail tech gave my oval nails. All my nails are looking a different way, each one shaped differently. The french design goes higher up depending on the nail and, again, each french design, on my nails, has a mind of their own. The nails also were not finished properly, they are grainy on top and the sides are poorly done, they feel as if they are going to pop off at any second. While the nail tech was doing my nails, I pointed out the difference in shapes and design in the nails. She told me it was "fine" and proceeded to then treat me rudely, like pulling at my arms. I know when nail techs pull your arm to get a better grip, but this worker was doing it very rudely. I am a soft spoken person and have anxiety, speaking up to the nail tech was already enough trouble than what I'm used to. I to go pay for my services. And as I am about to say something again, the manager tells me "oh wow your nails look wonderful", I don't say anything back. I paid 90 dollars for a regular pedicure and dip powder with french tips. (Not including my 5 dollar tip) Went home and cried about my nails being ruined. As these were my own nails without any tip. My nails take a long time to grow out, now they are all ruined, and different shapes and sizes. I called the place after to let them know what had happened and that I wasn't happy with my service. (Calling from home because my anxiety would have been more controlled) Only to be told by the manager "that there was nothing that could be done" and when I told him about the rude nail tech he responded "that there is nothing he can do about the way workers treat customers". Tam beyond disappointed. The service was horrible and expensive. Do not come here. read more

I called and booked an appointment, I did not ask for anyone special, they booked with a Lady called T . This time I did not asked the price for my service. When I walked in I mentioned I had an appt and the gentleman said "Yes, Carly?" And asked my preference if I wanted my mani or pedi first which I LOVED.. so I opted for the pedi first! He did a good job (I will update if anything changes). I like my nails shorter because I have to take my contacts out and I wanted them even shorter but he wanted to keep them even.. idk that seems to be a common answer - just make them shorter!! But they look nice. I got the A6 light pink color. The host was really nice as well on the phone and in person and he says "sweetie" a lot lol. The place was very modern looking - I liked it.
