All she said was, "Im sorry you don't like them Michelle." It was a sloppy job. I was her last client for the day, I guess she really wanted to go home... the least she could've said was to fix it up the next visit. I was excited for the nails since I was flying to Vegas. The nail polish was very thick, uneven- bumps you can see from streaky polish, you can see the polish on my skin. I was very embarrassed and insecure so I had to get them redone once I landed. Really disappointed with my last and final visit. I liked my nails done by a different tech, the picture with the burgundy and gold nails prior but with my last appt with Julie, the owner - it's a no go for me. I had received gel X and supposedly I didn't realize that there were gaps in between my nail and the false nail. The day after I sent in the last review, the manager reached out to me with a full refund. As my nurse told me, "it is safe to say, always make sure your false nails are COMPLETELY sealed since that was the reason for the fungus growing underneath my nail." Unfortunately, I can not receive new nails for sometime. I truly hope this will not happen to anyone else, Instyle Nail Spa, "please take this into consideration." Which makes no sense- I am polite, friendly, pay without any issues, and tip very well.
