She helped me pick the color out and gave me her input without being pushy at all which I really appreciated. I walked in with some man hands and left feeling like a princess. Jessica took her time cleaning my cuticles and really took care of me. I love when you can tell that the person loves what they do and that HER Lacquer has an extremely friendly staff who is very talented and they take pride in their salon. Then when I went to wash my hands, the sweeping lady stood behind me impatiently and made me feel super uncomfortable. Finally the owner or manager loudly was talking with the guy doing my nails for 5 minutes straight and kept staring at my nails and I just got this feeling she was talking shirt about me or something. Which makes no sense- I am polite, friendly, pay without any issues, and tip very well. I am also loyal to places I like and will continue going back to places for years if I am happy, as well as refer others. Hi there! I am…read moresending an updated review, it has been almost 20 days since my last review regarding my Nail Fungus. I had received gel X and supposedly I didn't realize that there were gaps in between my nail and the false nail. The day after I sent in the last review, the manager reached out to me with a full refund. As my nurse told me, "it is safe to say, always make sure your false nails are COMPLETELY sealed since that was the reason for the fungus growing underneath my nail." Unfortunately, I can not receive new nails for sometime. I truly hope this will not happen to anyone else, Instyle Nail Spa, "please take this into consideration."
