I was here a few weeks ago and had a service done and this lady starts cursing me out in Chinese. I don't understand Chinese, but I pulled out a translator that told me exactly what she was saying to me cursing me out. I can't see what she was saying, but it was pretty funny to me. I would not recommend this business. read more

I've been here a few times before and always had a pleasant enough experience to keep coming back. My only complaint would be that they're always running late, appointment or not, but so are most nail salons. Today I had an appointment at 2 PM. I took time off work to come get my nails done, but ended up waiting 45 minutes before they could get started. That said, Joanne did a fantastic job with the design and shape. I will be coming back to see her and recommend her to everyone. Pictures are my and my sisters nails. read more

If you're looking for a great salon, look no more! I've been coming here for a year and always had the same nail artist, he unfortunately moved away after quarantine and when I finally decided to get my nails done I was worried about not having the same results with another artist. Very fortunately for me, I was introduced to Champu. Her attention to the detail and incredible talent has me now as her loyal costumer! I do dip and my nails last me For 5-6 weeks!! However, other artists are also amazing! The owner Victor, did my nails and they looked INCREDIBLE!!! Duke did my pedicure and it lasted me forever! Came to mansion nail spa to see my girl Lilly as usual for a new full (Nexgen/dip) set. They take appointments and walk-ins until 730pm NORMALLY. Today, I walked in and am told first that they can take off my nails but not do a new set since everyone went home early (there was 5 of them sitting there talking and doing nothing but hanging out btw! Totally unacceptable. Not only are you the ONLY NAIL SALON OPEN til 7:30 in the area, and you have good nail technicians. Great nail salon! The salon is spacious with plenty of seating, making it easy for customers to walk-in for a nail service. I do enjoy the experience of getting a pedicure, so I appreciate a nice foot and leg massage. Mansion's foot massage does not disappoint! I also love how they wrap your legs with hot towels before starting to paint your toes. The complimentary bottled water is a nice added touch. The nail techs take their time, and my gel manicures always last over two weeks. I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area! read more

I have found my new favorite nail spa!! 0.9 miles away a from my house (doesn't get better than that) and what an amazing job Wendy did with my gel manicure and pedicure today! I am beyond happy with the way my nails look, love love loved this place! I called in the morning to make an appointment and when I got there I was seated immediately, friendly staff, clean premises, lots of color options, good prices. Wanted to try out this new nail salon since it just opened near my home and I will never go back. To start they tried nickel and diming for every little service that they could. The woman doing my nails was in a rush to leave so didn't care much about the quality of her work. And left my nails bumpy, mis-shaped, and the ombré sucks. While doing my nails she struggled a lot, she constantly was starting over and redoing the nails. It ended up taking her almost 2 hours just do do my nails....... I have never been so disappointed I work hard for my money and it sucks I had to waste it on this. read more

One week after getting dip, every single nail has chipped or broken (breaks started within a day or 2 and by 1 week they're all trash). I think the quality of the dip powder they use is to blame. They don't have matching colors for dip and pedicure so you have to sort through a zillion sample Sticks on rings to find something that comes close for both. My daughter and I both had the same experience with our nails chipping or breaking. The technicians were very nice and pleasant and the place is clean, but they need to do something about their product. Prices are higher than other salons I've been to in the area, which isn't ok based on my outcome. read more

Returned to Mansion Nail Spa this year and so glad I did! This time I got dip powder nails and David did a terrific job! Great shape and attention to detail. Got a regular pedicure as well. Best decision to go here! i originally went to KNails and the head lady ruined my nails and cuticles and they lifted the next day. so i walked into mansion literally less than 10 minutes ago to get a nail repair and everyone was incredibly nice and a accommodating. they made sure i was comfortable and did everything the way i asked them to. if i could give them a higher rating i would. this is by far my favorite nail place in boca!! RUN, DONT WALK! They forced me & my friend to get nexgen manicures. Literally gave us no option, we wanted regular acrylics. We asked for certain design & the guys who did our nails completely butchered it. My nails are chunky, the lines are uneven, the color is too pink, I wanted nude. The pedicure was terrible as well, I left with my feet still rough. On top of it all, the services took way too long. The final straw was when they tried to charge me $60 for my nails that looked like a complete amateur did them. It's less than one week later & the nail polish has been removed & the nail edges are coming off. COMPLETE & UTTER ROBBERY! read more

I love mansion nails!! The space is so calming and peaceful and everyone who works there is so kind. I've gotten my nails done twice by champoo, and she kills it everytime! I've come in with very specific nail art and end up walking out so happy because she always does it exactly the way I wanted. Both of the times champoo did my nails they stayed in perfect condition for over a month. The prices aren't too steep, and it's always a good day when I'm at mansion nails spa :) read more

I went to Lilly. She was awful!! Her instruments weren't sterilized, she filed my nails unevenly and had no idea how to trim cuticles and the polish is uneven. I think all the reviews they have on their page are phony. I didn't see any of the manicurist use sterilization with their tools. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Not sure if they're paying people to give them good reviews, but this place is TERRRRRRIBBBLLLLEE. Honestly, came here with my aunt because she got gift certificates and I wanted to see what my usual nail place had as competition and I left MORTIFIED. I told her exactly what I wanted and she didn't listen to the size or shape...my aunt said the sane. DO YOUR MSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO NAILS CHIC!!! They do the best and they're soooooo affordable. My new favorite nail salon in Boca! They took me in about 15 minutes before close (which I do not recommend because if its super busy they will turn you away if need be) so book an appointment in advance! They go IN on pedicures like IN there so if it hurts a little don't be afraid to speak up. They're definitely seeing me again because they are the only few salons that have the color I've been looking for (attached below) and they did a hell of a good job. read more

I live in West Boca but had an appointment out East and really needed to get my nails done. I was looking for a place open a little later as my appointment wasn't done until 6 p.m. I found this salon through their good reviews on Yelp, and they were open until 7:30. They lived up to them! A very large, very clean, very nice looking salon - tons of pedicure chairs and nail stations. They took me right away as it wasn't busy. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job. The pedicure massage was excellent and very relaxing. My Nextgen nails came out perfect. I really can't complain about anything, I was very impressed from beginning to end! I saw the reviews on Yelp, and I went to the website to try to book. I was able to start the process and then wasn't sure how to book more than 1 person. I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !! If you're looking to get nails in Deerfield Beach, this is the spot! Thank you Dey and team!
