The girl who did my nails was incredibly sweet and honestly did a great job, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. But the cleanliness of this salon was really concerning. Nail debris everywhere, chairs covered in nail filing dust, and the fronts of the drawers were splattered with old paint/product buildup. The whole place just felt dirty and unkept. The polish selection was also strange -- random bottles from different brands thrown together with no organization or consistency. It honestly felt like a junk drawer of nail polish. Then at the end they told me I had to pay with Zelle instead of a credit card, which just added to how odd the whole experience felt. Everything about this place was weird. Again, the technician herself was lovely and talented, but this salon seriously needs to clean up its act... literally. read more

I LOVE going here- the ladies and the gentleman that owns the place are so nice and do amazing work. My nails don't fall off (I cook, clean, swim, at the beach all the time). Ive been to places where my entire nail falls off but never here. They also work super fast without losing the quality of their work. So I get in and get right out which is SO NICE so I can swing by after work, or come during lunch. Found them online and because they were so close to my dealership I stopped by afterward. I called for an appointment and asked if I waited if I could come in earlier. They said yes. Once inside, I sat and waited and watched as the three workers multitask between two to three clients. They were so efficient! They went from pedicure to mani with ease. Everyone worked together to get the clients going. I really like that they made sure not one person was waiting too long. I was in and out in an hour. I did gel manicure, I didn't love the color I chose, but I love the way she did them. A regular Pedi and waxed my eyebrows and mustache. All together I paid $85. Not a bad deal. I love they also accept zelle to send payments. I love this more than you know. The price is right, they are very busy so patience is key, and they are very reasonably priced. If you go in for a dip powder they say they use the brush it's faster. They are actually using acrylic. My cuticles were so cut up. They leave you soaking for 40 minutes. Fingers are burning. They are rushing and so rough. Went to another salon and they couldn't the "dip powder" off because it's acrylic. They jump from person to person. When you go in they put you in a pedicure chair and you're sitting for 20 minutes before they even start. read more

Not Worth Your Time - because they don't respect your time, or value regulars and they're not friendly or welcoming. It's not a good customer experience. I've had a few bad experiences, but, for the sake of fairness, went about 10 times before writing this because they usually had three beautiful babies running around -- and it's not easy to run a biz and take care of kids. The first time, though, I didn't write a review and probably should have. Though I called ahead and had an appointment, I waited thirty minutes and then a family of four tourists came in. Though at that point I'd been going regularly, they took the tourists first, so it would have been another hour's wait. It was very rude, and I was disappointed and felt slighted, but, figuring it was more money for them, I let it go and just quietly left. When similar happened today though, I decided rude is rude and I hope to spare others from the bad customer service because they don't even do that great a job and they charge higher prices than places that provide better quality and more courteousy. read more

On Facebook US N is the correct address but the storefront showing is from 2016. This is from old owners and does not look like anymore. US is clean but sort of dilapidated. As long as there are no bugs, just do a good job and I am happy. Benny has been doing my nails. I don't mind waiting 10, 15 minutes for my appointment. This time I waited 45 not including showing up early. This is not acceptable. I had to postpone my appointment twice because of work. I called 15 minutes each time before my appointment to say I was stuck at work. They told me there would be no problem. I was still going to be 15 minutes late and again they said no worries. I was stuck in traffic and I thought I would be 10 minutes late. Again they said no problem. I had no reason not to believe them because they are usually not very busy. I actually arrived 5 minutes earlier than before I was supposed to. My belief is that if you don't arrive early you are arriving late. I have always respected other people's time. I waited the 45 minutes when I was told it was told my appointment was still available. I told Benny I was very upset by this because I did not have to rush out of my job if I had that half an hour. He said he would get me out quickly so it wouldn't have been so long. He did a HORRIBLE job on my Nexgen. You can't do this in 17 minutes. He then charged me $3 more than the last times I had been there and he wouldn't answer why as he turned away from me. I guess he wanted to lose a customer and a $10 tip. US N is in an extremely inconvenient location. They are more often than not busy except maybe for Benny. I was happy US many years ago. It simply was too far to go. I thought I would give them another try since they were close to work. I'm not going to suffer. I will have to make sure to book way in advance with my former nail salon. They are busy and you have to book in advance to get your appointment. I had to have my nails redone in two weeks. writing this review because of Benny's horrible behavior. read more

U S Nails Thought we would give this place a try since we were driving 10 miles each way to our usual nail salon! What a mistake. My nexgen manicure which always lasts at least three weeks began chipping after 6 days. My husband had a manicure and pedicure which were equally as terrible. Add to this the distraction of infants, toddlers and young children of the owners running around and crying and you will get a clear picture of everything you DON'T want. I don't get my nails done often but when I do, they need to be done to last. I was referred to this salon by a friend and I am so thrilled that I went. I had both a French pedicure & manicure. The pedicure started first. Sitting in a massage chair and getting pampered this way was a great start. The water in the foot spa felt great and the foot/leg massage even better. While my toes were getting done, soon after, Benny, an owner, Sat by me to do my manicure. He told me the best thing to do would be powder as this lasts longer. Well it is now almost 3 weeks since I've had my nails done and they are perfect! This is after traveling for 2 1/2 weeks in Europe.. packing and unpacking bags and a lot more. Update: My first time was great. 2nd time it was rushed and was rushed again on my 3rd visit. I even asked the lady next to me if she got a regular pedi or spa pedi because we started at the same time and my pedi had finished 15 min before hers! When they get busy they don't know how to handle it. Don't rush the customers in a chair just so they don't leave...people will wait for good/personal service. I had a dip done and when i came in to have it removed the girl took some sort of a knife and took layers and layers of my nails off with the dip.my nails are ruined and the man came over to finish my nails and tried to tell me that they will be fine , they're completely falling to pieces and peeling off .I spent a very long time to strengthen my nails.. This is an addendum to a previously reported review! Five yes FIVE days after spending $60 at this salon, my gel nails were already chipping and peeling! I went in and the owner actually gave me, the CUSTOMER, her bread n butter a hard time and told me and I quote ... you had the gel for 4 days???? I said the whole point of gel is it's suppose to last two wks, if not longer! I told her they needed to be fixed and she should do the right thing! Of course there was a lot of non English now going on! An employee, who was my original girl offered to fix them.. one of my nails was literally bending back that's how great there gel was, she told me she could fix it and knowing I am highly allergic to acrylic and nail glue , she said not to worry she had something to fix it! Well here we are not even another 5 days later and I have a rash under my nail! This will Result in the nail growing deformed! Thanks so much!!! I went for a basic manicure & 3-4 days later all of my nails had chipped or peeled polish. I use special polish by Esse that lasts longer which I brought with me. Before polishing the Owner put oil on my nails but never used acetone to clean the nail surface before polishing. I was charged $20 because he removed the gel manicure I had prior. I went back to show the Owners that all 10 nails had chipped & they wanted to charge me another $10 to fix it. Needless to say I walked out & will never return. Horrible Attitudes.... read more

The first two times I went there I LOVED my results. A dip French ombré, and a then a regular UV gel French - beautiful. Went back 2 subsequent times. Both times I sat with foil and acetone on my fingers for at least 30 minutes maybe even 40 minutes, waiting for a seat, my finger tips were raw. I wanted to love this place. Trip #3 3 days into my uv gel french manicure my fingernails were yellow. I went back, and they wrapped my UV gel nails in foil and acetone and I sat for 30-40 minutes. Again my fingers were raw. ( I know ... why did I go back?) Finally in seat, the young lady power filed off the UV gel and acetone (after a 40 minute soak) and then proceeded to give me the lumpiest French dip nails I have ever seen. She told me I had lumpy nails. I have been getting my nails done for 40 years and this was a first. This is not the look I was going for. One week later 5 nails have cracked down the middle. I will not give them another chance. So many other places here in Delray! Yes they are nice and they will tell you to sit... be prepared to wait and to potentially not be happy. read more

Went for a pedicure my first time & it was great. Services & prices were fantastic & employees were very personable. The second time, I called ahead & asked for a dip manicure. Benny was super great at first, until one of his clients walked in. He rushed through my manicure & cut my finger with a drill to the point where it was bleeding. I now have a painful cut on my finger. The French dip was not as even as I expected & when I asked him if he could fix the white on my thumb, he said that I could come back later since his other client was there. Went here to get gel manicure. Manicurist suggested the gel dip polish. I was not disappointed. It's like having acrylic over your own nails. Great colors, too. Everything in this salon is brand new.
