I have been here three times now and the staff is always very friendly. I haven't made an appointment and I always go at lunch time and while the place has been fairly busy, I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes. There's a large selection of colors to choose from. I usually get the step up from the basic pedi (might be named deluxe, but can't remember). This pedi is about an hour long and involves longer leg and food massage which is always great! It also includes a mask and lotion in which you get to pick your scent/benefits. I've done the olive oil twice and the grapefruit once. I love the smell of the grapefruit! The pedi chairs are very comfortable with a good massaging system as well. The last time I was in, I opted for a gel mani as well with Kati. She did a great job and a week later my nails still look super fresh and pretty! She was gentle on my nails and cuticles and took her time to ensure the finished look was perfect. I deducted one star because two of the times I got a pedi, I realized a couple nails were filed crooked. I need to get better at inspecting before I leave so they can fix any issues. So my recommendation is just to give your file job a quick look over before you leave. read more

The worst place ever!!! Two nail techs ASKED ME what the FORMER nail person used on my nails - As IF I AM A NAIL TECH AND DO NAILS AND KNOW!!!! DONT GO TO THESE IDIOTS!! When I said I didnt know, they persisted - I told them over and over, what I always say "I want a fill with gel polish, period" to which they said no, it isnt acrylic...its something else...(I'm like all I want is my nails done!!! ) so I got upset and raised my voice and said I dont know what they put on my nails! The nail tech who did my toes did an amazing job. However the tech who did my finger nails was extremely rude and did a poor job. She rushed everything because she "wanted to be out by 6" I mean come on, this was robbery. She left so much gel polish and acrylic material behind. Not worth the over $80 I paid. I know what the experience is going to be fairly quickly in the process. This lady does not know how to apply acrylic. I came here to brag about how amazing and wonderful Wendy my nail tech is. She really lights everything up. It's a nice and clean nail salon and the owners are very polite. But Wendy really is the best part. First of all, her skills are beyond amazing and every single time I want a new style she's able to do it. Second, you will never feel awkward or uncomfortable because she is so conversational to the point where you feel like best friends. Started coming to nail depot a couple of months ago to get my pedicure done. If you know me then you know how picky I am, especially when it comes to touching my feet. Its the reason I did my own for years at home but the only reason I looked for a place is that I had an ingrown toenail and couldn't take care of it myself. Luckily Nail Depot did a great job and prevented it from getting worse. Yudi is the nail technician I used and she caused me no pain at all. I was so happy with the service that I now get my pedicures done by her only. She always greets me with a big smile. She does my pedicure quick but ends up done very good and doesn't look rushed. Well, everyone was very nice, but the place is pretty grungy looking. Pedicure was pretty good. Manicure just so-so. I got powder dip, and they don't do a powder base coat or powder top coat. I had a fantastic pedicure with a lavender soak and scrub treatment, and a gorgeous gel manicure by Maricela. All the manicurists are friendly and give off a happy vibe at this spacious salon. It is bright, and well-appointed with massaging pedicure chairs. They are attentive to current (Covid) health protocols with ample distance and plexiglass partitions between stations. Actual worst nail salon ever. They take forever to do your nails and they don't even come out good. Nobody knows how to do any nail art at all. Not even ombré. My friends simple French manicure took two. They switched me around from person to person because no one could figure anything out. I took a gamble this morning and went to Nail Depot for a powder gel manicure. I live out of town and was desperate. The staff COULDN'T have been nicer or more eager to please. Greg immediately gave me an appointment with Lina and she was WONDERFUL! She was engaging and smiley and chatty and interesting. She even offered me coffee and a donut. I immediately felt at home. Even my usual nail salon back home doesn't give me that personal treatment. Nail Depot appeared to be extremely clean and well organized too. Everyone is very friendly and I end up getting a high-quality manicure for a steal when you compare the cost to other salons in the area. Came here with my cousin for a couple pedicures while in town for the weekend. Was happy to be accommodated for a last-minute reservation but overall very disappointed in my experience. The tub water was lukewarm (even asking repeatedly for it to be hotter) and was never instructed to turn on the massage chair or how it operated. After playing with it myself for a few minutes, the nail tech said she was new and didn't know how to operate it. Another few minutes in, the receptionist also tried turning it on only to discover it was broken. Not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer and would've been discovered had she offered to turn it on. Lastly, and most importantly, my pedicure lasted under 10 minutes and didn't include more than half of the typical services provided for even the most basic pedicure. I know this because my cousin, who was seated right next to me, had the same service I did and got twice the services and double the time. When I subtly mentioned this to the receptionist (who I presume is the owner) she responded with "yeah, she's very quick"... quick isn't a good thing and while she could clearly see I wasn't too happy, didn't seem to genuinely care. As a business owner myself, I'm never one to leave bad reviews or complain about small inconveniences but I was charged full price for a half priced service. If I was in the area again, I'd definitely seek spa services elsewhere. read more

Patty does a great job on manicures and pedicures. She is very creative and has a selection of nail art she can incorporate into your mani and/or pedi color. For Christmas, I got a couple of snowflakes. The previous time she did a sort of hombre effect using gel on my fingernails combined with a sparkly color she painted on the tips over the base color, and then used a differently shaped brush to create the sparkly tip effect. I went in for dip and pedicure. The lady that did the service was super sweet and did a great job. However, my nails did not make it to 1 week. I have been getting dip nails for 5 years now. She missed doing a base layer. My 1st nail chipped after 2 days. They start lifting and cracking. Also the top was not smooth. Would not recommend this place for dip nails. read more

I've put my time in traveling from one Delray Beach salon to another. By far Nail Depot has been the best. Everyone speaks English which is quite pleasant. I've gone through the majority of nail technicians to see whom I like best. Sonya provides the best nail art in my opinion. She's creative with designs, is it not afraid to take on new challenges and does clean work. My only suggestion is that she provides other services such as waxing so that tipping isn't all over the place...that becomes costly. It is an uncomfortable feeling, and I called them to see what I could do and what they might be able to do ease the pain. I spoke to the owner and she said nothing. could be done.
