Don't go here. The only good thing I can say is they are fast. I noticed it was not as clean today. And they used two different colors on my fingers and toes but told me they were the same color. I checked the names on the bottles after they finished because they were OBVIOUSLY not the same and I confirmed they lied to me. . I asked why lie and the manicurist said the colors are "similar" but they are not similar at all! Had they just been honest with me I would've happily chosen to do a French or something on my hands. Now I have that "close but obviously different" look between my hands and my feet. Ugh! The manager didn't even offer to fix it for me when I told him I wouldn't be back. He was super rude. The polish looked okay, but there was product on my cuticle, and when I mentioned it, the tech brushed it off. His station was noticeably dirty, with dust and product residue, which made me uncomfortable. This nail salon is so hit or miss. The best they can do is just okay. After this last disaster, I vow to never go back again. I only went here out of pure convenience, but what a waste of time. They have one job: to paint nails. I just got back and in the daylight, it's clear how awful this is! A five year old could do better. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The polish is thick, uneven, clumpy, and there is even some black grain in it from the nail file. They pulled out a foot grater from a toolbox that wasn't even sanitized. Just left the salon and this is the manicure I left with.. you can see the brush marks on every nail. I feel like this was a waste of time and money since I have to go home and re-do my nails. I came in as a walk in instead of seeing my normal nail tech and I was definitely disappointed. One star because I'm literally forced to leave a star... This is the most absolute hard place I've ever get you in my life, my five year old niece can do a better job. Run!! Busted massage chairs, the lady was extremely rude to me, and was super rough, she used a drill on my feet to remove regular nail polish because she was lazy. I am a customer of this nail salon . I had 2 bad experiences here with Stephan. I decided to give it another chance. I got Jason and he did a fabulous job . I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. He was detailed and patient. all of the other staff were gossiping about customers who left . Jason focused on me and would not partake in the gossip. I decided to come back and give Jason my business. As far as the other nail techs they gossip as soon as you walkout the door . For example a women came in looking for a manicure. . I have been going to Lina nails for the last three months since moving to this area. I had a great experience up until today. The woman doing my nails painted all over my skin. When I asked her to fix it she told me it would come off in the shower. It was my first time getting the next GEN dip with tips on my nails and I was taking a few extra minutes to pick a color because I was unsure and the woman doing my nails screamed at me that I was taking too long and then continued to do a horrible job painting my nails as she was rushing to get it done. Meanwhile there were no other customers waiting. There is glue all over my skin and the nails came out lumpy and uneven. I tried to call the owner to see if i could come in and have it fixed however the manager picking up the phone could not speak English and put a customer on the phone with me. They would not even fix them for me. I am completely disgusted with the awful customer service of this place. I am extremely disappointed and will never be returning. read more

I was very disappointed in this nail salon. Geri U. must have been really lucky. They told me to come at 3:00 pm. I was there early. I thought someone would at least set me up with some nail polish remover for my gel nails. I had 50 minutes to get a manicure. That should be enough time. 15-20 minutes of waiting made me believe that even after they got the polish remover on me and the polish was ready to come off, they would still have me waiting for a nail tech to clean them up and polish them. I saw two young ladies waiting in the pedicure baths the entire time I was there. Unless you want to spend a lot of time waiting in an ugly nail salon, I wouldn't suggest Lina Nails. read more

I am disgusted with the cleanliness and customer service of this place!!! The bad reviews I read in yelp kept me from trying this place for awhile but eventually I started going because it is conveniently located near my apartment. It was okay and quick the first few times. I was getting regular manicures. The women then convinced me to try gel. I asked the price and then when I went to pay they told me It was more. I remembered that someone else left a review on yelp saying they did the same thing to them. A little annoyed but still not that big of a deal. I returned on Passover/Easter weekend and it was super busy. They sat me down at a dirty station with other people's nails all over it. I made a comment and was moved to another station. I asked for a French gel manicure. The woman must have been rushing through because of how busy they were. she kept messing it up. The white tips were sloppy and the line was thick on some nails, thin on others. I kept asking her to fix it and she kept globbing on more polish so it looked like a mess. I wasn't paying/walking around with my nails looking like this for the two weeks the gel manicure lasts. I asked her again to fix it and she got frustrated and rude with me probably said nasty things about me in her language and yelled at me never again! The owner removed the gel polish so I could leave because I didn't want to spend another minute in there. He did not apologize, did not completely remove the gel, and still expected me to pay for the manicure, which I did. I really should have walked out without paying and listened to the yelp reviews that I read before I tried this place. Needless to say I am Never going back there. Do not try this place!!! read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but I was so disappointed and angry last time I went. I had been a few times before, and they always did a fine job. Not great, but they're so close to my apt that I kept going. The last time, I sprung for a "spa pedicure" instead of a regular one because I was having one of those days when a ten minute massage is in order. I had gotten one there before and remembered that it was a fine experience, so why not. But I've only had the younger women working there, as well as one man, and this time I was paired with the older lady. And when the massage never came, while I envied the one happening next to me, I just didn't feel like reminding her, figuring she forgot. But when I went to pay, I was still charged for the spa pedicure and told the kid working the counter that she never did a massage or anything. Well, she came up and claimed she did. She said that when she had the towels over my legs to wipe off the exfoliating stuff, that was the massage. She kept repeating she gave me the massage through the towels and after she wouldn't give in, I just paid the poor kid the spa pedi price because he looked so uncomfortable with the whole thing. But those extra $10 would have been her tip if she had backed down, so I guess it's her loss. I was just going to let it go until I got a closer look at my toes. Wow, she also did a terrible job on them. I could have done better at home. Hence the review. I couldn't let it go. So take your chances if you must, or learn from my mistake! read more

Local, friendly, inexpensive. Always a smile on the owner's face. They are very kind to my grand-daughters and me. If you botch a nail on the way out (or in your car), no problem. They fix it up with no eye-rolling and send you back on your way with a warm good-bye. read more

I've botched my nails before and they've fixed it without complaint and with a smile on their face. WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!!!! they were EXTREMLY rude to me and then said that "I wasted their time." I was there for OVER TWO HOURS for something that should have taken less than 30 minutes (a gel polish change). They messed up my nails THREE SEPERATE TIMES and had THREE seperate techs work on them. After I stated several times that I was not happy with the service and that I wanted my nails re-done, they continued to treat me horribly. I asked my tech to cover my entire nail with polish, a normal request, and she refused. She then proceed to snatch my hands several times and yell at me to keep them under the UV light. When the horendous work was finally "finished", I told the manager I was not paying for the horrible service and that I was treated very badly. The MANAGER then proceeded to SCREAM AT ME in front of an entire salon full of customers, and then call over the tech who worked on my nails so she could yell at me as well. THE MANAGER then tried to get other customers involved by asking their opinion. Then THE MANAGER said I was "too picky" and "wasted his time" when in reality, they wasted mine. Finally, as I was trying to leave after saying I reused to pay for the joke of service I recieved, THE MANAGER LITERALLY LOCKED ME IN THE SALON AND WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE. THE MANAGER!!!!!!! After 20 minutes of further argueing and me explaining that he cannot hold me captive in his salon, he tried to say that i had to pay EVEN more than the original amount. To end this RIDICULOUS adventure, I threw a $10 bill in his face and left. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. HORRIBLE WORK, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
