I live locally, so it's been convenient to occasionally stop in for a quick manicure or pedicure. As of now, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. Of course, I can change my mind, but I always regret going back. Really depends on how bad I need a manicure or how far I feel like driving. The salon is clean. Modern decor. Very comfortable pedicure chairs. These are the positive features. Inconsistent pricing, old and diluted nail polishes, and rude staff, including management, are the negative things that bother me. Most importantly, their work is average at best, and I have tried three or four nail techs now. These are big negatives, and unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. I showed up a few minutes after they opened on a Saturday. There was one or 2 other people in the shop. No one else. I thought the place would be packed! Lucky me, I got right in - once the nice lady yelled "Andy?!?!" and a young guy came from the back and asked me if I wanted my nails done first and YES, I always want my nails done first, so I can sit back and relax during my pedicure and allow more dry time on my hands. Thanks Andy for asking! My manicure was good, the only thing that could have been a little better was the hand/arm massage. There wasn't much of one, just a tiny little rub. Not like I get back home. Once my nails were done, which he did a good job on, we stepped over to the pedicure massage chairs and Andy put a plastic liner in the tub before filling it up. I like that it helps with germs and such - a new liner for each person. I sat, started up my massage chair and Andy got started and I sat back for the rest of the time and got my feets done. The pedicure was pretty good, the only thing that could have been a little better was the dead skin removal process. I could have used more but didn't realize it before I left. So, next time I will check before we finish the whole process. All in all, I liked the shop, it appeared clean, I got a great price on the combo and I think I'll come in during my next visit in town. read more

Great experience with Mint. She was professional and did a great job. My nails look smooth and the shape is very much to my liking. I went to this location since it was located near my work. The color selection for the dip was some of the best I've seen. The location is remodeled and looks great. The ceiling is painted to look like the sky making the sky nails a relaxing location to unwind. Price is pretty reasonable for the area and the look of the location. read more

Manicure completely bubbled on every finger. They tried to blame it on the polish but it was the same used in my toes which came out fine. Management was rude and offered no discount. I had a hair appointment so I didn't have time to sit there and let them fix it. I scheduled a time to come back after for them to fix, but they wanted me to pay before that. Walked in for an appt. Turns out they close at 6 and not 7. Not listed online or on the front of the store so beware.

They are clean and cheap but customer services is the worst. Skip it. Not worth the headache.

Three times is a charm. 1st time poor service, no waiting; several techs appeared to be avail but was told i needed to schedule one for 3 days later. Was new to town so ok. 3 days later, no smile, no greeting, no hand washing -- dip nails were mediocre at best. 2nd time needed a nail repair less than a week later; was denied the repair; was told nail tech not avail for at least a week out. Again poor customer service no smile, no greeting -- diff receptionist. 3rd time had an appt after waiting for 4 days. Again 'you need mask' before a greeting. After going to car to retrieve mask; still no greeting but an abrasive 'you got appt?' Oh it gets better...nail tech applied tips, and after one nail was pointed, another longer but squared off and the third filed to close as though pointed but then squared off; the nail tech said she needed to start over and that i had to wait until after her next appt. I left. Again 3 times is a charm. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

This is an unprofessional, zero service place !! The owner and technician was beyond rude ! Asked for a French pedicure (which was way over priced ) and the white line was crooked , so asked her to fix it and she called the manager / owner and they had a ten minute exchange in another language and tried to convince me it looked fine . Seriously ?? All that over a line across the toe ? Then he said I'm too picky !! He also mentioned they deal with senior citizens only . No idea what that was supposed to imply ? At the last visit, she tried to make an appointment and the owner insisted she has to call in despite their sign saying they take walk-ins and he rudely told her that if she's not happy there then she doesn't have to come back. Literally 2 customers were in there and 4 employees. She told me it's "busy" and they were only doing appointments today. Well this was the worst customer service I have seen. I walked in with my daughter to get our nails done as I have done in the past. The person at the front desk told me they had no openings and I should have made an appointment. I pointed out that they encourage walk ins and that I have been there before. The girl looked at me and said they would not have any openings for the entire day and with an attitude said, "You're lucky we took you." I said that I would not be back" She responded with a smile saying, "okay that's fine." I was floored that they did not care about the customer or their business! The owners are rude, nasty, and phony, and are only somewhat nice to customers who have a standing appointment or are requesting multiple services. They actually hung up on me!! Wear high end clothes, purses and shoes and if you're lucky, you may get in. They think they're in Beverly Hills, not a crappy local nail shop. My acrylic fills never lasted more than a couple of days. Terrible job, terrible service, terrible people. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! ZERO STARS. (This is the one in Oriole Plaza) read more
