First time here and I received a acrylic fill with gel polish. It's been a few days and they're holding up quite well considering I work in catering and they get chipped or broken easily. When making my appointment the front desk was very nice and helpful. When receiving my service the nail tech, I forgot her name but she was very sweet and helped me pick out the perfect red for the holidays. She did a thorough job and was very gentle. I was offered water during my visit and had a wonderful experience! The salon itself is clean and modern. Above all it's good customer service that will bring me back.
Really consistent, and I appreciate this so much! It's my 3rd time visiting and getting my nails done by Susan. She's always very sweet, and through with her work. The location is never busy when I go, and I love this! Specially because I'm terrible at making an appointment and often times I just walk in. I enjoy the place, great parking, and I can just stop in before doing some grocery shopping or on my way home from work. The location is really convenient.
I have tried many different nail salons in Boynton Beach, but this one is the best. It is a smaller salon but everyone there is welcoming. I do recommend making an appointment and not walking in without one since they get very busy. Each person is very talented, but tech is Micki. I guess I'm okay to let out that secret and share her talents with others.
I just went for a pedicure for my daughter and myself and it looks like a kindergarten dit it. he even redo it when I told him it was dots on my nail and still looks horrible. My daughter nail polish is missing 1/4 of her nail. Update: I called and the owner asked me to come back and this time I have Leyla she did an amazing job for both of us. I will keep coming to her.
I wasn't going to write this review but I called them to voice my complaints on my gel French. I even told the receptionist I felt bad because the girl who did my mani/pedi was so sweet and friendly. She told me Andy would be calling me back that day to discuss and I even sent her pics of the terrible nails. (Didn't even mention the pedi polish, I had to clean up the polish on the skin at home). I NEVER have complained to a salon for a bad job normally just wouldn't return but for $100 plus a $20 tip I feel like I deserve the respect of a call. It started with a spa pedi added paraffin, which was very relaxing and felt great. The polish job looked good until I got home and really looked. No biggie I fixed it and was very happy with the pedi. Then came the mani. I've been getting the exact same style mani for 20+ years. A pink gel French. In new York the same 2 girls have been doing my nails for 10+ years. First issues here is they use a drill to remove the previous polish which isn't good for your nails it makes them thin, but it's quicker to remove for them. I like a soak off then they use the tool to remove without causing damage to the nails. I normally have very strong nails this makes them think and weak. The gel polish was applied and it looked good but when I left and really looked I saw the polish didn't cover the full nail length and width, had tons of cuticles and just looked messy. Day 3 it began to chip. It's now day 4 and I had to cut my nails down due to the polish chipping and my nails breaking due to how thin they are. I've never ever had this happen. A normal gel mani lasts 2.5 - 3 weeks. Here it lasted days and was terrible from the beginning. I've told many people to come here based on the cleanliness and friendly people when you come in and now I'm regretting that and will no longer be referring and telling people to avoid instead. All it would have taken was the respect of a call back and a resolution. I would never return and if you want quality service that lasts I'd recommend elsewhere.
Spatique Nails- I really appreciated the quality job done on my nails by my technician. The services that I got were manicure and pedicure plus paraffin treatment. Paraffin is suppose to alleviate pain of sore muscles and joins. And recently with some pain, I'm hoping this really helps with it. This nail salon is nice and new with being open only about eight months. Two of my friends and I met up to catch up and talk life. My manicure and pedicure was done nicely by Kim. She took her time on my pedicure specially with the paraffin. Things they can improve on- I was surprised that no employees offered us any drinks. That is whatever but since they had them behind the counter, I was expecting some water or coffee etc. Also we saw a promotional offer on their website, they didn't allow us to validate that too, the manager said it will be for next time. That was a bit of a let down, but this place is convenient, might be back in the future. But then again there are many nail places with better customer service as a whole. ~

I make an appointment with specific people, but don't get that when I arrive and on top of that I was accused of not paying when their credit card machine was down which seems to always be down now I don't like that and I don't like paying $80 and I have my nails look like this sad
Loved this place! I didn't have an appointment I did call before I just showed up and he said come right down they could get me in. I walked in and picked my color and sat down. The pedicure was really lovely, she did a great job. I asked not to cut my nails they're already short and she was cool with it. While I was drying we talked about where I was visiting from and the crazy weather in the area lately. $30 for a basic pedi is super reasonable. Heads up they only give you the option to tip in cash, luckily I had some. Looking around everything looked clean, the staff were super nice, would recommend!
Pretty salon. I got a pedicure and gel polish change. They did my pedicure in 10 minutes which is good if you looking to get in and out but not so much if you looking for a pampering experience. No one was in the salon and they still rushed through my services. Not a single person who didn't work there LOL but it was a Tuesday. They also didn't wrap my fingers for the gel polish remover process. They put some type of clear remover on it that looked like nail posh and drilled the polish off. I kinda don't like when salons just drill the polish off because one of my nail beds were burning. The polish isn't too neat and looks slightly caked but good enough for the week. Oh and FYI They also do not honor the Yelp discount on this page.

Don't listen to the bad reviews - I have never had a better experience at a nail salon. Amazing nail tech, friendly, felt comfortable, staff went above and beyond. Owner came up and introduced himself and was very kind. All the staff made sure I had a great experience and I will be back. Also I love my nails! read more

Worst nail salon experience I've ever had, even under new management. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place has completely missed the mark. I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend. read more
Made a first time appointment online on the busy Saturday before Christmas. Upon arrival was told online appointments not always recommended, better to call. Although every tech was super busy, the owner and a tech accommodated me and gave me the best service ever! Did a dip with Next gen and came out super nice, left very happy and will be back for sure read more

I went here for the first time, but needed up making two visits in 7 days. The first time I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel mani has to be the worst I've ever had. My nails were peeling after a few days. I called to complain and was told to come in and someone will correct it. The second time the last did a fairly good job, or so it seemed at first glance. When I got home and examined longer I discovered she didn't paint in the corners of my nails. My nails started to break and peel again. I will not be returni read more

I came in for a pedi and dip mani. Mia was very friendly and kind. She is very detail oriented abs focused. I told her my feet are ticklish so she did a soft yet firm mini message. I don't trust many people with my feet. We had a wonderful conversation about her life at home. I go to Spatique every time, I don't even doubt or question if this is the right salon. I trust all the staff to do a quality job (and they deliver every time). Andy is an amazing owner and has obtained well trained, skilled staff. The environment is always friendly and fun! Today I decided to try out this salon. Upon walking in you notice the beautiful space. Andy greater me with a huge smile and was happy to help me. It was just about six o'clock in the evening. I had a photo of what I wanted done. He was so knowledgable and eager to give me what I was looking for. Well he did just that. He went above and beyond for me. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. I am so happy I stopped in and going to be a repeat costumer of his. Every other customer in the salon he also knew by name what he was really awesome. They have a great point system also I signed up for. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since October of 2020 so about 10 months after my original nail tech moved out of the area 1 year prior. Yes took me 1 year to find someone . Danny was amazing I go ever 4 weeks or at least try and he executes it every time. Labella is a very clean and relaxed salon!
