I am not one to leave a bad review but some places just ask for it. Think of what you put out before you speak them. I am stunned that they actually asked me to remove their salon sandals after I got a regular polish pedicure. I only had heels with me, and they were willing to risk me stepping on potential glass while it was pouring rain outside. Instead of offering to grab an umbrella and walk me to my car, which was parked right in front of the door, they grabbed my arm and asked me to take off my shoes. read more

I take my mom (Donna) to get her nails done here every 2-3 weeks. They are always so nice to her and professional. When she's getting a pedicure, they graciously help her with getting in and out of her wheelchair (into the pedicure chair). My mom always comes home with a beautiful manicure and in a good mood when she comes here. They're a really nice group of people and so close to our home. Plenty of parking in the lot too. Been coming here for years, and many clients appear to be regulars. Positive: they are very clean, efficient, and majority of time run a very tight (on-time) appointment schedule. Large parking lot, always find a spot, even on busy days of the week. The well trained friendly staff who do your nails appear to get to know their clients well. So it's not uncommon to hear a lot of personal talk between clients and staff. (I prefer none to minimal talk - just focus on my nails, not my personal life. But that's me...) Negative: it's tight inside, 10 manicure chairs, 6 pedicure chairs, waiting are for ~6. A/C and ventilation system is good when it's on, sometimes the odors from acrylics can be overwhelming - I'm real sensitive to all odors. This issue exists in many nail salons, not unique here. A few male clients, mostly 70 years +. Would appreciate a nail salon where there were more guy clients, less acrylics, and a different vibe. read more

Staff was very friendly, and the establishment was clean. However, I paid $30 for gel nail polish, and they look horrible after only 3 hours. I got them done around 6:00 pm today, and they looked like this by 9:30 pm. All I did after getting them done was go to dinner. I won't be returning to this nail salon. Even though this is close to my house / they are always really crowded and work very fast not doing the best job. They only take cash or check. I just got a manicure 5 days ago (gel) and already they're lifting and one peeled right off. Also you can rarely find parking here. I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi while visiting and this place was right down the street from where I'm staying, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The nail girls were so sweet and did a great job, but definitely were going as fast as they can, which made it hard to relax and enjoy. The prices were average for the dip gel mani and regular pedi. I think the salon could use some renovations and updates, but it was fine for the one time I went. Terrible! Helen did my nails twice. Both times I noticed polish didn't cover the edge of the gel wrap. Not even two weeks after Helen did my nails the second time my wraps were chipping. Called the salon talked to the manager and went in to have someone else fix my nails. I was told that if they repaired my nails they wouldn't be smooth. I explained to the manager that if repaired correctly my nails wouldn't be bumpy! As a result of his stupidity and refusal to have someone fix my nails correctly they lost a customer. I had to go elsewhere and due to the poor quality the chipped wraps had to be taken off and new ones put on!! They don't stand behind their work. read more

my manicure is chipping like crazy after 3 days. I got the next gen and as she was doing my nails she put one top coat on and it burned every single one of my nails like crazy. She gave me a pedicure and said she was mixing colors to try and match my nex gen on my nails but she just put one coat of black under and one coat of the color on top. This place has many regulars that are going to pay their high prices because it Boca and many people have lots of money to spend. I have been there before and they do a good job but nothing you couldn't get at another nail Asian nail salon for less than they charge here! I find it to be very overpriced! $24 for a pedi and today I asked for her to give me a pedicure and put pok a dots over the regular coat of polish. They charged me $5 extra for something that took 2 min to do and hardly any paint used! I won't be going back to say the least! read more

I am here to not only get Boca Nail onto Yelp but to absolutely RAVE about Lisa, their esthetician. She does the best wax EVER. I have been going to Lisa since I used to live in South Florida 5 years ago. I can honestly say that I have not had another wax that even compares.
