The staff was friendly and I liked the service I got. I got a manicure and a pedicure. The price was great for both. The place looked clean. The pedicure chair was comfortable. My dip nails are ok... the length is uneven and the color is a bit messy. Some nails are crooked. Definitely not my favorite manicure I've had. Lilly was pleasant but at times it seemed like I was inconveniencing her. read more

I have been going there for a while. Janice is great, but the owner is so rude to me and on the phone - she actually hung up on me today because I had to change my appointment. Also, their manicures do not last at all. And, they are expensive for what you get. How can they treat returning customers so rudely? Anyway time to find another salon. read more

A dear friend recommended Janice and I went to her for the first time. she was a pleasure but only does regular manicures with gel polish. I found the manager to be rude and disrespectful to customers. I had a 10 am appointment with who turned out to be the manager Judy at 10 am. I came in 10 minutes early and and she said in a very rude manner you are early come back in 15 minutes we are backed up. understanding that this is before the holidays I came back at 10:15. I sat there until 10:40 and no mention to me to reschedule . The manager Judy was taking walk ins and ignoring me. finally at 10:40 . I could wait no longer. I went up to Judy and said I can't wait any longer. She didn't even have the courtesy to look up and acknowledge what I was saying. I had witnessed her complete,y rude and nasty attitude to others. I can't understand how you can run a salon and treat people so miserably. it's a shame because the other nail techs seem so nice. In this day and age where businesses are closing you need to be respectful of people and their time. read more

I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times. The first time was pleasant so. I returned, my pedicure looked great. I have gone two more times since and have had to leave on behalf of time. The first time I waited a long time, I stayed and was unimpressed, this past time they said 30 min....more like 45-60. Don't come here unless u have nothing to do ALL DAY. This is a great and affordable spot for sfl locals hidden in a shopping center. Janice is super friendly and professional, she does a great and thorough job. One thing that i enjoyed that stood out is the invigorating scrub used during my pedi and she went the extra mile to use a dremmel and even out my wonky newly growing big toe nail since it was damaged during a recent ski trip. I unfortunately was not aware of the cash tip only policy and got reprimanded by the boss lady at the front. Janice was very nice, though and offered for me to get her next time with grace. I wanted the tip to be taken from my CC, but will ensure to bring extra cash for her very soon. read more

This place treats you like you're family. It's awesome. Great prices, and great service. Eyebrow waxing is always on point and pedicures feel good while lasting longer than the usual. A pretty big color selection, as well. Just a great place to go to relax and put yourself at ease. Love this place! Judy and staff makes it enjoyable whenever I come in to get my mani and pedi done. They take good care of their clients and I always recommend this place to my friends. They can get pretty busy in the afternoon but if you call before or make an appointment it's usually not a problem. read more

I've been a happy customer for more than ten years. All of the nail techs are friendly and accommodating. One of the many highlights of this particular place is that it is clean! They use individual liners in the tubs of the pedicure chairs, which is discarded and replaced after each customer. I love this because my feet never touch where someone else's have been! The color selection is HUGE. I always get gel polish on my hands, and there are hundreds of colors to choose from. They also have matching toe polish for most of the gel colors, which makes it easy. Also, their gel manicures actually last at least two weeks, or until you take it off. Highly recommend. read more

This place is closer to my house than The place I usually go to so I decided to give it a try. The lady that did my refill was so rude and had an attitude. It would be a longass paragraph to type but the experience was terrible. The lady didn't even care to ask once if I liked how it was going or if I liked how they ended up looking and she made it hurt, she didn't even ask me how I wanted my nails filed and then I asked her about the nail polish because the one I had picked first was too clear and I asked if the new one was dark enough because I had white tips on before that and she was like "I don't know I'm not inside the color" like she had no reason to be a b about it. When my mom picked me up I told her about it and she went inside and complained so I'm pretty sure the rest of the employees that were there would know who im talking about. And that's just a part of my experience there. It was my first time here and I'm NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. however I do recommend going to Top Nails which is a close place to this place also on Hillsboro and the pricing is good and the service is excellent and it's always my go to place! read more
