I just moved into this neighborhood close by to Snappy Nails. I've only been there twice but both times they had the color I liked and each tech was very good. I was able to just walk in and get a manicure and was happy with who they assigned me. read more

This place is disgusting. They speak about their customers in their asian language which is so disrespectful. They need to realize that it's 2026 and we have a way to translate and hear everything you are saying!!! I would never go to this disgusting nail salon. They should be shut down read more

I must say this place is absolutely amazing. I called in late to get my nails and feet done and they did not hesitate to take care of me last minute. Their accommodation is outstanding. They didn't even rush through the process which was my worry entering the place late. Dona and Debbie are amazing at what they do. I had one lady for my pedicure and the other for a full set and neither one of them disappointed. Debbie made a new recommendation for my nails and I loved it! Both were very sweet and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I'm in love with my nails! Thank you guys for always being so kind and fully delivering my requests. Highly recommend. read more

I have been going to snappy Nails since it opened. I always had a nice experience and I always recommended them to my friends and neighbors. In the last few years it's been downhill. I had a broken leg. I went in there in the wheelchair to get my polish changed on my feet. It was $28 and the girl tried to charge me $95 thank God I had somebody with me and they fixed the charge. Today I went for my first pedicure because I usually get just a polish change, I called and asked how much it would be they said $33. When I got there, they said gel so it's $48. I don't know the prices cause I never got a pedicure. When the girl finish, she said $70! I would never have got it if I knew it was going to be that much money. All the girls there are so shady and I will not return again. read more

This place is filthy. They don't follow proper sanitation protocols. I knew the girl that was doing my nails did not have a license.just because the salon had a license doesn't mean the nail tech has one another filthy south Florida ,unlicensed chipped gel done by someone that has no clue what they're doing overpriced as usual read more

Snappy nails is my Go To! Every nail tech I have gotten while here is very talented and super sweet. I have walked in every time I go and there is rarely a wait, but I believe they take appointments too. Pricing is on par with other salons and I am never surprised by the price when my nails are finished. read more

Always friendly at Snappy. Rarely a significant weight. I go for a petty every three weeks.. Keeps me out of trouble with my wife.

Seriously the best place around for a foot massage. They just did a major upgrade with these super elite massage chairs. If you are looking to get someone a gift for Christmas get them a deluxe pedicure from here. It's super clean and they do an amazing job. I've been coming here for over a decade but the new chairs are an added bonus. read more

Not only did I have a fantastic pedicure, but the customer service went beyond. I had Dae do my pedicure and she did great with massage and painting my nails. I messed up one toe when I got home. I went in the next day and they fixed my nail without hesitation. I will definitely be back! read more

Clean and comfortable environment. I love Debi she does excellent fills and is very efficient.

I have been there 5 times. If you can get an appointment with Dae(you will be happy). Dae took vacation for a month. I was in there today(Great Service on Pedicure). My manicure however was all messed up(she didn't really understand the Cat's Eye procedure) , so I refused to pay for the manicure. Dae is the only one I would trust with my nails Just look at my cuticles! read more

I made an appointment last minute. I asked for the longest and most relaxing pedicure and OPI bubble bath as the color. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend Kevin. The water was cold, the arm to the chair was broken, the polish was old and crusty and peach. Kevin was fast, rough and rude. Not a good experience. read more

I came here many time and it was the best! I would recommend Amy she did my nails so good and it look so pretty like the design I ask for.

Simple mani and pedi with a classic old school 90s leg/foot massage. No deep ingrown removals, just Nice staff. Let's see how polish lasts will update review. But really polite staff super helpful read more

I've yet to find a great manicurist been here a couple of times they're nice, but I feel like I've had better manicures and pedicures. The polish job is not the greatest and my nails don't look like they were done. read more

Always does a great job. The other day I noticed the cleaning people are not doing a good job. On the walls towards the bottom and baseboards are filled with thick dust. I have been a long time customer with standing appointments. I never arrive late and am accepted upon arrival. I make my appointment for the next service before leaving. Over the last several months, I have been left waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment. One time ....okay, another... well its just busy, and now after many times having to wait 15 + minutes, I have chosen to leave. I am happy overall with the salon, but unexplainable wait time has taken its toll. read more

Getting my nails done is always a frustrating experience, so I was hesitant to try this place out. I came in an hour before closing and they seemed to accommodate me without any issues or complaints. They even asked me if I needed to add on to my services instead of rushing me out the door. Pricing is pretty fair, not cheap or expensive. My basic gel pedicure was $45. My pedicure looks great, I usually hate how people shape my nails. I went in the next day to get a full set w/gel, eyebrow waxing, and upper lip waxing and spent $78. No clue how much was what because they prices aren't listed. Complaints: * I wish they had there pricing on a menu so you can see it. * I didn't see my nail tech use clean tools, where's the sanitation process? * My feet are still pretty dry even after using the scrub (they were extremely dry when I came in), I wish she also used lotion. read more

I have gone here before and gotten my nails done no problem. Today was terrible! I asked for medium length. What I got was short not medium. She talked me into getting gel that it would look better. The gel looks splotchy it's not a smooth finish there's gaps in between my nails Missing polish. There's nail Polish on my skin and I'm so upset. They are awesome there! I've been getting nextgen done from them for over a year now. Whenever I find a good place I always go back and they are amazing. They have put in a lot of covid protecting barriers, have everyone wear masks the entire time, they sanitize everything. Nice job Snappy they even had a waiver to sign to ensure we are taking our temps and are free of all covid symptoms and/or contact with anyone with symptoms. read more

Ana is always patient with me when I get my nails done. I got a fill and a polish change on my toes. They have a variety of colors and options to pick from. They offer you water & soda. They prefer cash as tip(if not they have an ATM). I would recommend making an appt as they do have regulars who book2-3 weeks in advance. Def recommended if you are in the broward area! read more

Update: like everything else in the market, they raised prices. My new total before tip was $72, leaving me at $86 cost after a 20% tip. However, the quality has suffered. 3 of my nails have snapped off within a week after seeing Anthony. They looked beautiful when I left but with the increased prices & no longevity, I don't think I'll be back now read more

The last time my Dad and I went in for pedi's the two girls we had to do our pedis began making conversation then blatantly asked if he was my sugar daddy. Which was disrespectful then proceeded to then pointedly ask me about additional services that when turned down their attitudes continued to sour. They made us uncomfortable and the service was just disappointing to have spent 30+ for each person. It's a hit or miss so if you wanna chance it and end up with these type of people then go ahead but I implore you not to. Other occasions I've had a great experience but as of late they've just gotten ruder and service is horrible. *** The picture I attached is how she painted my toe nails in a rush and me not wanting to argue so I walked out it wasn't worth staying to fix. read more

These guys do the WORST nails, like it's laughable. This was my first time coming back after years of avoidance and what a mistake. I got a simple short gel fullset yesterday at 10 am, now today (next day) one of my nails is just PEELING off and the middle is wet ‍ like what is this, I didn't even go out for my nail to be messed up the literal next day, barely 24 hours. Yea now I'm really never coming back. Terrible. read more

This was the WORST nail experience I have ever had, start to finish. The woman was incredibly rude, rushing me to pick a color and took maybe 20 minutes to do an awful pedicure. I then said I wanted the dip which I always get, she chose to do gel instead, telling me I was wrong. The shape of my nail looks like a first grader filed it. I am SO disappointed and will never return. Horrible service, rude people and awful awful nails. read more

Nails looked better before I went in for my 'manicure'! They only use the cheap tiny disposable buffers and files which come in one grit and it damaged my cuticles! I asked if she had a softer one because it was hurting and she just said no and continued. There was not even cuticle/nail oil and it was more expensive than a west boca nail salon. They didn't seem to care. And applied the polish so thick it took over and hour to dry. Too boot, I asked for a more oval shape and got square ( but that would be the least of my worries) read more

So I've tried to give this place a more then several chances, but unfortunately they just suck! They are the most laziest place I've ever been to. They are so dependent on those filing machines that I think they forgot what a professional nail technician's work really consist of. Forget about them caring about your natural nails. They rather file down the gel then take the extra 5 minutes to soak your nails with the acetone and cotton with the foil. They rather soap your nails in a small ramekin that they use in restaurants. Like isn't this suppose to be a nice relaxing experience and not one that your all cramped up shoving your hands in a small container?! Really! I've tried dip.. and it was like dio with a side of sandy jacked nails cause they always bubbled up and just didn't look as fresh and professionally done. I went for gel today and they must mix their products because the "brand" DND just doesn't look like it comes out when I go to other places. I strongly believe they mix stuff to their products cause the quality of the gel manicures are garbage. I hate writing bad reviews but to save whoever a disappointment and money, stay away! It never gets better here... I've tried for months now close to a year. read more
