5 or 6 times I have had wonderful manicures, with great care to my cuticles, moisturizing and careful trimming. I bring my own polish so I always have the color I want. This is the only place where my I get my nails done and the polish lasts more than a week, typically 9 days. Keep using that great top coat. I only had to wait one time. Go see Tina she's great!!!. I will only let her do my nails from now on. Unfortunately the sweet older lady with short hair did them last time as Tina was busy and she drilled my nail bed down so badly that the nail beds of all nails except 2 were sore for weeks. The nail bed Ms were inflamed red first couple of days then red bruising streaks in nails appeared and now the bruised capillary lines are black streaks instead of red so now I'm taking break from having my nails / nail bed done so they can fully heal and get back healthy but if I go back I will only let Tina touch them as I know she's great! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I payed $90 for a fill with a French tip and basic pedicure. This is their attempt at an almond shape with French which they kept redoing it and couldn't get it right after an hour. My pedicure was painful,I I had to tell her to stop. She damaged my tissue by digging too deep and it took days to heal. Horrible Service and I cannot recommend. read more

COVID review Look there were plastic everywhere on everything to include the tub for pedicures. Every step from and sanitization stand point was met and exceeded. Some may freak out from the level of caution but NOT ME! This is the level of cocooning I like, lol. Seriously. But my nail technician got started on my pedicure without even asking for my desires. Wow! I moved closer to this area and have tried a few different places, but I've found the one! I love getting pedis here they do such a wonderful french every time. So as a first time costumer I walk in and was greeted very friendly. But, first impressions when you walk in somewhere is what matters the most. I felt like everything was all over the place and the salon didn't look or feel the cleanest. My nail tech was the owner and I needed to soak off my gel nail polish. So, as she got the tin foil to wrap my nails I felt like the tin foil was already used my another person. Next, I went to get my pedicure done and I was scared they weren't going to use the cover for the inside of the tub but they did. As she got out the tools, she opened them fresh from the blue packet (which is okay). The. After she was ready to use the electric file and that just looked over used and not sanitized. I didn't say anything because I did need the file down but it's like GROSS! Then she bought out other tools from in her pocket that weren't even cleaned before she used them on me! Then she went to take off the dead skin and there was still much skin left hard on the bottom of my feet!! She filed my nails real nice but nothing seemed sanitized to me at all! The manicure wasn't bad but I still had cuticles left and she didn't even push them back that well! As I went under the LED light for the gel manicure, there was a punch of dried up nail polish inside and out of the machine and the numbers to count down was dying out! A day later my nail CHIPPED! The service took 1 hour 45 minutes, I'm okay with that. They switched me from one person to another in the middle of the service and I am okay with that too since I didn't have an appointment. I am not okay with the 2nd tech rushing because she kept saying she was hungry. I had NexGen done. She was annoyed that I didn't want to use a gel top coat. So I had her use the number 4 polish. She was annoyed that I asked her for a 2nd top coat (after over 5 years of having NexGen, everyone puts on a 2nd top coat). She then rushed me out of her chair to sit under the fan in the front, in case a walk-in came in (it was almost 7PM, they close soon) but again ok. However my middle finger got a nik and asked if she could put one more top coat on that finger to fix it. I got the biggest sigh of annoyance. Anyway, I went to pay and they charged me 5 dollars extra because I got 3 colors... no design, just 3 colors (pinky finger white, ring finger sparkles and the other 3 fingers blue. As you see in the pictures, the nail job is so sloppy. This is my 2nd bad experience here and I'll never return again. I have a great nail girl somewhere else but she is on vacation..next time I'll just wait till she gets back! read more

Haven't had my nails done in at least 4 years. I was recommended to this place by a friend and saw they had good reviews as well. My nails were done by Lisa and the whole time I was in pain. Not normal. The glue burned so much and every time she used acetone it burned. I thought it was just me being a baby, but I don't remember ever having my nails done and it actually being painful. And then she cut my pinky finger while filing and acted as it was totally normal. Cutting my finger enough to draw blood can NOT be normal. And because I work with blood on the daily, all I can think of is how many other women she's cut and how many other people's blood could potentially be on that file. Gross. I think my nails are very pretty but my experience was very poor. And now only a week later they are already beginning to lift. Super disappointed. read more
