Went to have a pedicure and my dip nails removed to give them a breather. I asked for a clear coat on my nails when they were done just to give them some support. Didn't get it and I gave up asking. The pedicure was great but the polish didn't last long at all. The location is a little run down and could use some love. For what I wanted, they (kinda) got the job done. Every once in a while a pedicure is needed and a comfortable massage chair really makes the experience. Queen Nails encourages appointments but certainly not needed. The wait time was five minutes and we were quickly seated and taken care of in about 20 minutes. I probably sat an extra 5 minutes just to enjoy the massage chair. The store is on the west side of the strip mall with plenty of parking. They do have a 1.75% service charge on credit card payments, so bring cash to save and don't forget to tip. read more

Wow just wow!! My partner made the appointment for me after he raved about his pedicure appointment. His feet are still so Soft and well manicured though I'm sure he probably is due for a new one. He didn't remember the name of the manicurist who did such a painstaking great job on his feet but he did say she was a petite young dark haired lady. I didn't know what to expect but I do know he has a high standard so I trusted his judgment and boy was he spot on GIGI did an absolute incredible job on my builder gel nails . I loved the pointy shape as most try but wind up making more of an almond shape which is not what I want. She did such a good job and even though everyone left and her family was waiting she assured me that she was okay and continued to do a her great work . I never felt rushed the entire time . Not impressed my first and last time going/ Medi Pedi sat in the chair for the pedi my tech got up 3 different times to purchase gloves as I guess the glove guy was at the back door mind you she beardly touched my feet maybe a toe nail clip here or there. Then I was sent a different tech because the first went to do a Mani on a Man who came in/( TO bad he only left you a 1 dollar tip as she mention that after he left not professional) 2ND tech was also up and down several times also to buy gloves at the back door. She didn't communicate well as I wanted a lite pink on my French pedi. I finished up with the mani that was some what better then the Pedi/ Also instead of sitting around when there is no-one in please clean your place is dirty dusty and needs cleaning / PS thanks for not offering me a drink as you did to others. read more

I have left some great nail place reviews but this one so far takes the cake. I am kicking myself because I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me on New Year's Eve. Today is 1/23 when I am taking my nails off - and only for hygienic reasons. They still look amazing !!! I walked in right when they opened at 9am, and unfortunately, New Years being one of the busiest days of the year, all techs were booked. I decided to wait and luck had it that her standing Monday morning appointment did not want to come on New Years. I got nexgen nails in funny bunny color, with a perfect shirt coffin shape. She fixed all of my jacked up cuticles, and the nails looked natural and even. She was friendly fast clean and accommodating and I had a great experience. I didn't think to make a review because naturally it was a busy day but as I removed the nails tonight I realized this is the longest EVER nails had lasted me without lifting up, breaking, discoloring etc. I lift weights 6-7 times a week. I do all of the dishes and cleaning in my house and I type all day long. I put these things through the ringer and they still looked almost brand new to this day (a little bit of space from nail growth but still natural looking) I will update the post when I find out her name for sure because my tech deserves credit. I called yesterday and asked what would be the earliest appointment they would take for a pedicure. Even though they officially open for business at 9am, the lady I spoke with said I could come in at 8:15. Great! So convenient to get it done before work. Well I show up at 8:15. The door is locked but several nail techs are inside getting their stations ready. They looked up and saw me as I knocked and waved, and proceeded to completely ignore me and continue setting up their areas! So incredibly rude. I called their number and got no answer. You do not need to lie to potential customers! If you open at 9, then you open at 9! This was a complete waste of time for me and I will never return. Thanks for nothing! read more

The woman doing my nails was SO incredibly rough during my whole pedicure! I brought it to her attention and she told me she had already spent 15 minutes doing my pedicures as if that justified it. She then messed up two of my toes being rough again and tried to paint over it as if I wouldn't see how chunky the polish looked. I asked her to redo to the two two and she had a rebuttal and that when she adds the then 5th coat it would look better...absolutely not. If you want a pedicure after a long day of work DO NOT come here. You'll leave just as annoyed as you did when you came in. read more

I went here once because my awesome dentist is in the same plaza but this nail place is the kind of nail salon you always want to avoid. Bad service, not very clean and they really messed up when painting my nails. The guy painting my nails put globs of polish on and it looked terrible. The entire experience was uncomfortable and he was sloppy. I would never go back. Then I brought my out of town Sister with me to my dentist appointment. Little did I know she went to the nail place while waiting for me to get out. She also has a horrible experience with it me even warning her. The health department should look closely on this place. Today I had my nails done by Susan and she was terrific. I got acrylic over my real nails and I am very pleased with the results. Susan took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure that it was being done to my satisfaction. This was my first time here but I plan on being a loyal customer of Queen Nails. Having your nails done by a new nail technician can be very scary because you never know what's going to happen when you get into the chair. This place is very friendly. I rarely have time to make an appointment because of my schedule and they always try to accommodate me. The ladies are nice, clean, polite, and friendly. It's been a full year since I got my nails done because I've been terrified of covid. Decided to go today and came here. Let me say I got up mid pedicure because not only where we separated by shower curtains which ok I understand they were social distancing but when I started getting a pedicure she half pushed my cuticles and for someone not having had their nails done in a year she barely did anything and honestly I was so annoyed I just payed and left mid way in the pedicure and Went to another salon. Just had the worst pedicure experience I have EVER had. Chi, the person that did my pedicure, didn't seem to care about the fact that another Nail Technician had to redo her work. Chi sat in a chair reading a magazine knowing full well that Cindy took over. Chi never did my cuticles, making a comment that they didn't need to be done, and didn't even make sure that the polish covered the entire nail. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the tools. The tub certainly is was clean but the tools didn't look like they had been sanitized. I recommend highly avoiding going with Chi. I'm not sure why Queen Nails would want someone like her representing the salon. read more

I got nexgen and less than 12 hours later one tip just fell off?? I went in to get it fixed and the new nail was completely the wrong length and shape and was much thicker than the rest of my nails. I went to a my friends salon and had them fix it. Now a week later my thumb nail cracked and I go in again to fix it and the same problem. Completely different shape and thickness...it looked better with the crack in it. read more

Let's pretend there was an option for zero stars! I don't even know where to begin! They sat me down in the pedicure chair for about 20 minutes with no one assisting me. They sent a girl that was about 15 years old to start my pedicure. She clearly had no idea what she was doing because she was asking her mom (sitting next to her doing my friend's pedicure) which tools to use. Then after about 15 minutes another lady took over and did a half ass job. Overall, it was a terrible experience! Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!! AWFUL!! read more

I made a reservation and showed up a few minutes early for a gel manicure. They soaked my fingers for 35 minutes (usually only a 15 minute soak) so they could take walk in customers while I waited. I ended up removing the old gel myself and refusing service because by the time they could take me, I had another time sensitive appointment I had to go to. I've been coming here since 2003. I usually bring my own nail polish but when I've forgotten they have tons to select from. I've made both appointments and have called in last minute. They've always been able to accommodate me within no more than 10 minutes of me calling, if I do so, last minute. I always ask for Tina or one of her sisters but if they're not available, they're very well staffed and regardless of who you go to, you can count on a job well done. The place is always very clean, they're always very friendly, they give you a very warm welcome, thank you and goodbye. Great customer service!! Very quick and efficient! I had stopped in as a walk-in and was taken right away. As a nail technician myself, I pay close attention to detail but I was very pleased with who I was serviced by! My technician was Moon, she was very friendly, speedy, and polished well! I enjoyed my time with her. She is possibly my new go-to for "me time". Only downside was color selection so I will bring my own polish from now on- but that is my only complaint! Worst pedicure ever! Will never go back. She did not trim all of my cuticles or file my nails to a nice shape. She didn't spray the nails with alcohol prior to applying the polish. And she put so much polish on, that it went up over my cuticles and took forever to dry. read more

Worst place to get full set of acrylics!! Had a full set put on and after 3 days they were popping off and breaking. I went back to the salon to show them and they tried to get me to pay for fills instead of fixing their crappy work!!! What a flipping rip off!! It's a shame that people would completely bash a place they've been going to for years because of one bad experience. It really makes many businesses seem subpar when they're actually amazing!! And this place is amazing, very elegant and they do a great job!! They are all so sweet, and the manager, Vickie, she knows whats up!! They run a great business over there and I always get my nails done exactly like I want them done! It is always a very labor intensive job, so I am shocked they're still able to make some beautiful art at the end of the day. The color selection for regular, gel, nexgen, and acrylics is huge! One thing that I love about them that sets them apart from any other nail salon is the fact that they see you more than just a customer. They have a big storage where they keep personal tools with your name on them. Whenever you come, they just look up which one is yours and use it only on you. It's their way of using high quality products without being wasteful. They of course always sanitize your products once they are done with them and just put them back in the cabinet for when you come again! I love that so much. Especially when a lot of nail salons use nice products on everyone. Or they get single use item(which is wasteful, and the quality is not entirely top notch!) all in all, come here. I had my fair share of never sticking to nail salons and i went to this place because they have colored acrylic and was highly recommended to go to suzanne. The first time i went she cut me like 3 times. okay she was sweet i let it slide and i went again. This time she actually cut my nail to the point where its down to my bare skin below it says sorry and cuts me again on the next nail. I shouldnt of paid and called the next day for a refund and they wouldnt do it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company i hope this horrible place closes down! read more

I always had my pink and whites done well here. Very evenly and they seemed to pay attention to deal. However, last visit I allowed a male to do them...and wow...he glopped on too much material, left my nails crooked and uneven, and within 4 days 2 of my nails were coming off. Within a week the whole set was trashed as he couldn't properly form the base by my cuticles. I also always tip $20 in cash for a full set of pink and whites, but last visit, the ATM was being serviced so I had to tip on my debit card, and the guy doing my nails seemed visibly annoyed...despite the fact that I was tipping him $20 on a $45 set of nails. I asked him twice about the fact that the base of my nails didn't fit correctly and the nails themselves were crooked and both times he brushed me off saying, "they're fine." He took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes for the sloppy job, and didn't care about paying attention to detail. Meanwhile, and disgustingly I watched two other nail techs chewing down at their stations on raw corn on the cob. How hygienic is that?! I also got nicked 3 times by rage Dremel tool, which he proceeded to only wipe down with acetone. The experience left me disgusted. There are way too many nail places in the area you can go to, my last experience left me grossed out. This place is like the Denny's of nail salons. I expect very little other than a professional and courteous job, with at the least some level of attention to detail. My last visit soured me on this place. I not only wouldn't allow that guy to touch my nails ever again, but after watching the female's eating at their stations, I'll never return. Neither washed their hands after chewing down on their corn on the cob, before starting on their next clients. The place is just gross to me at this point. read more
